This bakery has so many food and drink options - from pastries to full on lunch meals. There will be something for everyone's taste. The chicken pesto panini was delicious. The sugar cookie and bundlet cake were not very good but the macarons were. It looks like a local favorite. There are a lot of seating options, both indoor and outdoors. Everyone was very sweet.

First timer here! The area is under construction, but luckily, the businesses are open. The workers were very welcoming. The menu boards are big and easy to read. I chose a half and half panini and soup. I chose the tuna sandwich and roasted tomato soup. I chose a mousse dessert that I was told was chocolate and peanut butter. All desserts were labeled except this one, which is why i asked. It was not, and it was super rich. I would not get it again unless I was sharing with someone, perhaps. The dining area was homely, and patrons appeared to enjoy themselves. I enjoyed the option to eat inside, especially since it was raining that day. I'll be back to try more food and a different dessert.

Fave Bite: Bacon Egg Cruffin Fave Drink: Honey Lavender Latte (Iced) Luna is located in a quaint Cedar Fairmount neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. The bakery may as well claim "best croissant" in the city award because their croissants are flakey goodness. The bakery itself is very unique for the city, brings a European touch. There are so many other options to try. Their bakery case is filled with scones, croissants, flakey pastries, occasional quiche and brioche, macarons, cupcakes, cakes, and seasonally decorated cookies. They also have cafe menu featuring paninis, crepes, soups, and toasts. The coffee list is also fun with seasonal new coffee/tea options and traditional favorites. There's something for everyone here! This morning I got some of my favorites - bacon egg cruffin (croissant that's a muffin shaped home for egg and bacon), coffee cake muffin, and traditional croissant! Everything is always fresh and delicious. The service is consistently good and has seen some major improvements recently. The staff remembers guests' names, which is amazing. The service is generally very quick unless it's a very busy time for the bakery or you have a to-go order from the menu. Busy times are usually weekend mornings/brunch time. Seating is available inside and outside, limited. The bakery has a fun spring menu with new drinks and eats. In warmer months you'll be able to enjoy food on the patio overlooking the historical architecture of Cedar Fairmount. Parking: The bakery has a big parking lot in the back. There is a single entrance available.

Came here on a Sunday for some brunch! So many options of pastries, salads, and sandwiches. Ordering was easy and quick. It all looked so delicious! I decided to get the Bistro chicken panini with a chocolate croissant. Inside is cute with lots of seating options. I loved both of them! So yummy! My food did take a little come out and was a lot slower than the rest of the group. But when it came out I really enjoyed it!

I stopped by Luna Bakery and ordered the herbal scrambled egg--it was fresh, flavorful, and a great light option for brunch. Simple, but done really well. The place was very busy when I went, which shows it's popular, but it did make things feel a little hectic. Service was a bit lacking--not rude, just not super attentive, probably because of the crowd. The space is cute and cozy, and with its vibe and seating, it's probably a good spot to study or get some work done when it's less busy. Just keep in mind there's only one bathroom, which can get inconvenient during peak times. Overall, the food was great and I'd come back--just maybe not during rush hour.

So good! We walked here with our dog and took some treats to eat in their outdoor area. They saw our pup and even brought out a water bowl for him - great service! We tried two of their new items, the blueberry lemon pastry and the eggs/bacon pastry. Both were absolutely delicious!! Also got a iced lat

Excellent food with a warm, welcoming and chill atmosphere :) We ordered and really enjoyed the nutella and banana crepe, fresh mozzarella crepe, and smoked salmon toast. The ingredients were all fresh, items were flavorful, and were good portions. They offer a variety of breakfast, paninis, salads, crepes, soups, cup cakes, pastries, coffee and beverages. I opted for oat milk with my matcha latte. There are plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Great spot to meet up and is family friendly. Parking is available in the lot in the back.

First things first the wait was not long to order, and the cashier was helpfull it get old 4 stars due to price. I found it slightly over priced but if that isnt an issue, then the food was good and fhe bakery is excellent! Me and mine ordered there breakfast burritos and they were made well woth good ingredients. The mocha and latte we gor were not hot which was a disappointment. The atmosphere is as you would expect for the type of café it is! It was nice to see that they are restoring the outside of the historic build so scaffolding was not an issue! If your in the area not a bad place to stop if you have deep pockets.

Came for brunch on Saturday afternoon - first time here in a while. As there was 4 of us, we got to try variety of things. Most were very good or good and couple were disappointment (2 of the biggest disappointments were lemon curd crepe and side caesar salad - especially salad, it just tasted like store bought). We liked the Bistro Chicken Crepe, Nutella Banana Crepe and Chicken Panini. Coffee was okay, nothing special. I will say this, my wife is gluten-free and their GF crepe is really good, can't tell it apart from a regular crepe. Good place for brunch/breakfast.

I stopped in today for a cup of morning coffee but walked away with my hands full. I got iced coffee which came in a smaller than I wanted cup. I also got mushroom latte which was perfectly spiced with cinnamon, and very smooth. I selected almond milk and feel like it paired well with the ingredients. Also I had to have some baked goodies after looking at the bakery case. I ordered croissant which honestly I found to be not fresh but still good. Apricot tea cake in the perfect world deserves its own paragraph. It was delicious, generously filled, and everything a tea cake should be. It's a must have! Service here is phenomenal! I mean top notch, attentive, and very genuine. There was only one employee serving the line but she did it with such a level of positivity that it made my morning. She asked if baked goodies needed to be warmed, asked about drink carriers, milk preferences, everything. She was consistently friendly with all customers. I really applaud this cafe on having such warm and friendly service. I wish more workers were in this morning to attend to the line but the service was incredible. As far as the cafe layout and amenities, here's the scoop. The cafe has wine, beer, coffee, and breakfast/lunch grab and go's. They have a coffee club where you get your own tumbler and you can join for $20. They also have plants for sale on a display much like Phoenix coffee. They also have a printer that you can use to print things. I don't know about you but I always feel like I need to print things. I mean it. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, was quiet when I was there and is somewhere you can really focus and do your most meaningful work. I also like the separation from the counter to the seating portion that makes it more secluded. I could totally see myself sitting here all day outside and enjoying the sunshine. Overall, if you have wine or caffeine needs, stop by this cafe. It's an unexpected gem of Larchmere. Order mushroom latte, it's a unique local find and is very tasty. Lastly, the cafe seems to have many regulars. One of the customers said "it's always a joy to be here" to cafe employee. That's exactly how it felt here - joyful.

Tucked in Coventry neighborhood, there's Phoenix Coffee. The first thing you notice walking in is the vibe -- warm exposed brick walls, quirky and ever-changing local art (currently fairytale motif), and the smell of seriously strong, seriously good coffee. The Siren Eclipse art on the wall is alone worth the visit. And the scones? Unreal. Flaky, buttery, and somehow always fresh out of the oven. Really probably the best around. There's also other breakfast snacks like muffins and such. Very limited options but very tasty. Bonus points for the greenery -- the place doubles as a mini plant shop. There's a few leafy ones you can pick up. I got large drip coffee while I was there and it perfectly strong. There's two size options, light or dark roast. The menu also features some seasonal favorites. I had recently spring matcha there that was so vibrantly green. There's also a pretty extensive tea assortment. For warmer months, consider seating outside. They have very fun and aesthetically pleasing wooden benches. Street parking is available in the area but it gets busy. Try parking garage on the street to park. It's free to use.

I had never had Yemeni coffee before so I asked the barista for suggestions. Based on the fact that I wanted to also try one of their beautiful milk cakes (like a tres leches), I opted for the Mufawar coffee since he said it was less sweet and a bestseller. It was served on an adorable bamboo tray, piping hot and very strong! It had a unique flavor and paired well with my saffron milk cake. Yes...I said saffron. I was very hesitant to try this after he described saffron to me, so I actually got both saffron and biscoff milk cakes. Wow, this man knew his stuff! The saffron milk cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! And who doesn't love a biscoff cookie?! I had to take that one to go. It's very casual, has pleasant light blue hues (furniture), couch, innovative lightings plenty of space for solo or group visits. It was steady customer flow considering it was after 9 PM on a weekday. Street parking is available in the area. Your most convenient option is to park in the Coventry parking lot across the street (free). Service was very attentive, the owner friendly and providing personalized attention to all customers. Your experience starts once you scan QR code with the menu, then you pay, pick a table, and wait for your order. The orders are up pretty quickly. Most guests chose to dine in tonight. So did I. Karak Chai: I love to sip different ethnic teas and coffees. And so, Karak chai (pronounced kah-rak with the emphasis on "rak") was an immediate "yasss!" The owner said that the recipe is his mother's. It's a traditional Emirati dessert chai. He said that the spices are a secret, but I picked up on cardamom and condensed milk. Traditionally, I read that saffron is also added. The tea was on the sweeter side, very tasty. It was lukewarm when I ordered it. Since I drink scorching hot beverages, I would have loved to try a hot version. I'll ask for it next time. The chai is pretty popular, many guests ordered it. Their website states that guests can also ask for a free sample/sip. Other options include refreshers, lattes, and matcha. Waffle: Waffle choices all looked good both by description and when they were presented to customers. I sat close to the counter and watched them all be handed to customers. By the way, each choice on the menu can be served as a waffle or as a crepe. I ordered The Celine with berry compote, vanilla butter cream, and vanilla ice cream. The waffle was very good, considerably better than any other similar waffle destination in the city. Compote was so flavorful, contained huge berries, and really tasted homemade. I was a huge fan of this compote and bet it would even be better on a crepe. The waffle was overwhelmingly sweet. Mixing waffle with Karak was definitely not the best choice, it was too sugary. Next time I'll order the two separately. I spent $19 something on the entire order. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. It was low key, welcoming, and flavorful. I would have loved to see definitive hours when this place is open. Various websites list different times, they seem to change (check before you venture out). I also would have loved to see some savory menu options like perhaps crepes with cheese and meats, fish, or other creations. I feel like I'd visit more often given some variety and savory options.
