We had lunch. The food was great (mahi). The service was fantastic for a Saturday. Our server Martin (Olivia) was very courteous and on time. Our food came out quickly too. Highly recommended! We sat outside and there was a nice breeze. The view is amazing. I sat across from my wife.

I didn't have quite as great of a visit today as I have had in the past. The view is fantastic and the service was great- it was just the taste of the mahi tacos weren't good. I did eat them all and the picture I took for some reason didn't take. They just weren't 5 star tacos like they were before. My friend ordered the grown up grilled cheese with fries. There were so many fries and they had a strange taste. Also, I am a bird person but for people who don't like birds - beware! They are everywhere! At your table, on the railings, just everywhere

Salad with the works! Black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and southwest ranch dressing.

This was our second time here and we always sit outside because why not!! It's nice to see the boats pass by or boats just pull up for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Started off with a glass of Sangria and some appetizers. We had an order of calamari, peel away shrimp and fried pickles. They were good and tasty. For the meals we had shrimp tacos, the Islander and the Baja salad with grilled chicken. The Islander was big and the fries were just right! The shrimp tacos were good too and the salad was pretty large that I ended up sharing it. For dessert we tried the brownie and that was also a hit! I think the kids licked the bowl!! This place gets busy and the service is always good. You can't go wrong where you sit if you want to enjoy the outside unless of course it starts raining but it is great place for families and groups! We will be back soon!

Another great meal and view! We come to WB every year, multiple times, and this is a consistent spot from good food to good service.

Little pricey but good food! The salad was amazing! Nice place on the inter coastal waterway.

Had a great dinner! I love sitting outside when I come here. It's such a relaxing place to meet and take in some delicious seafood. There is also a variety of options on the menu for anyone who doesn't care for seafood. We rarely have had to wait for a table, there are a lot of seating options. We started by sharing appetizers of fried pickles and nachos w chicken added. Both were really good! The tacos are my favorite and I had the blackened shrimp. The crab sandwich was also good per my daughter, be prepared though the legs are bartered and included on the sandwich. The lemon pepper fries were also good (side option). You can't be the views and a great selection of drafts or mixed drinks. We'll definitely be back!

The interior was clean, but if you're hoping for waterfront scenery, the indoor views are lacking, we couldn't see much of the water from inside. Keep in mind that while there is outdoor seating, it isn't well-protected from rain, so keep an eye on the forecast if you plan to sit outside. On the plus side, parking is a breeze; they have a large, free lot that easily accommodated our full-size truck. We sat down for dinner around 5:00 PM and started with the crab dip and a cup of New England chowder. The crab dip arrived hot; it had a slight fishiness to it, but was decent overall. The chowder arrived lukewarm, though the flavor was good enough to make up for the temperature. For entrees, we tried the newly added sweet corn risotto and the lightly blackened seafood trio. The risotto was excellent (though I wish it came with a few more scallops!), while the seafood trio was just average, good, but nothing spectacular. Service fell a bit short during our visit. Drinks weren't refilled promptly, and we experienced a few lulls, waiting over 10 minutes for appetizers and another 10+ minutes just to get our final check. A small detail, but there were no coasters or napkins provided for our cold drinks, which left the table wet and dripping on the sides from condensation throughout the meal. Overall: A decent spot with easy parking and a few standout dishes, but speed of service, indoor view placement, and small details could be dialed in.

We had a situation with a booster for my niece but our guy max saw the stitch and fixed it in a heartbeat. The food was amazing. The only thing I would say is that the couscous was a bit over done on the mediterranean mahi. The corn bread was amazing had coconut and cheese in it. Very decadent. Crab dip was superb although I wish the toasted bread that came with it was a more toasted. The crab cakes are not your traditional type of style and has a different almost kind of a tumeric or some kind of light masala almost tasting profile. The kids fish and chips were spot on.

I thought…read moreserving The Low Country Shrimp Pot would be enjoyable, especially for our guest from Minnesota. We ordered online and then went to the Wrightsville store to pick up our order. The store was clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The meal included: - 3 lbs. Large Shrimp - 1 lb. Andouille Sausage - 8 Pieces of Sweet Corn - 10-12 Red Bliss Potatoes - Homemade Seasoning - 5 containers of Cocktail Sauce - Paper tablecloth (also used for cleaning up) - Instruction card I also ordered the following additions: - Extra Corn and Potatoes for $6. 00 - 2 dozen Little Neck Clams for $20. 00 - 1/2 pound Andouille Sausage for $6. 50 - 1 pound Kielbasa Sausage for $13. 00 - 2 Lobster Tails for $30. 00 The meal preparation was easy, involving just a few steps. First, remove the protein and add wine, beer, or water. Second, steam the vegetables for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your stove. Third, add the protein back with spices and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes. Lastly, drain and serve a delicious meal. Cleanup is simple; roll up all the shells in the paper tablecloth, put them back in the can, and you're done. One small criticism I have is about how the add-ons are delivered. Only the lobster tails and clams were in separate packaging; the extra vegetables and sausage were mixed in with the regular ingredients. Making it difficult to verify if you got all you ordered. I usually don't give a five-star rating on the first visit, but in this case, everything they promised was true. We enjoyed a delicious meal that was easy to cook and could be enjoyed by people who don't like shellfish (I would prepare separate meals for them). I plan to order from them periodically and recommend that you do too.

We had a little trouble with the cooking, it simmered but didn't boil so took longer than expected. We also used too much of the spice so it was way too salty. That wasn't Topsails fault though! The seafood was delicious and a really fun way to have a meal. I think the cornbread should have been included though. Next time we will make our own corn and cornbread to go with it.

We started with an appetizer we have not had before and we really enjoyed it. Get the Crab dip. You get a hot, bubbly dish of the dip with some fried pita chips. Get some bread at the table too, so you can enjoy the dip if you run out of chips. My husband loved it so much he ate it plain. We got some excellent entrees this time. We had the Figure 8 stuffed flounder. Instead of the green beans and risotto, he got risotto cakes and sautéed spinach. Risotto cakes are really good. Nice and crispy and so tasty. We also had the lemon pepper scallops with risotto cakes and asparagus. We really enjoyed everything and our server was so nice. I didn't take a pic but I also had the handcrafted lemonade which is delicious. Unfortunately no room for dessert, but they have some yummy selections to try. The culmination was a lovely sun kissed luncheon on the Crystal Pier seated where we could catch the breezes and see the rolling surf. Having grown up in Wilmington, I was blessed to have the delightful experience of enjoying freshly caught fish lovingly and skillfully prepared by my mother. It has been years since I've truly enjoyed fish. On Saturday, my lunch choice was the Fresh Catch which was locally caught Sea Bass, hand cut and pan seared. It was seasoned to perfection with just the briefest dash of salt and spices and lightly browned by the pan searing. It was served with grilled asparagus and a bed of rice with an elegant white sauce. I don't know when I've enjoyed a meal so much. The lovely end to the meal came with a tempting and delicious slice of Key Lime Pie. Vera G.
