She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. Because what a relaxing experience! I have discovered that one of my favorite ways to relax and reset is to sit in a dark cave, surrounded by tons of Himalayan salt. It's called halotherapy, if you want to be fancy, and it's also called "salt cave" if you want to be less fancy. A few years ago, when I visited a salt cave for my first time, I fell asleep during my session. Do you know how difficult it is for me to nap? Let alone nap in a salt cave?! I knew I had found something special after that session. This time, I did not fall asleep, but I luxuriated in that comfortable in-between twilight stage of being awake and being asleep. I probably could have fallen asleep, but I wanted to be awake to enjoy every second of my salt cave experience this time. There are two different salt caves. They don't mention the sizes of the caves on the website, so I'll mention it here! The Harmony Cave is located downstairs and is the biggest salt cave. This one can hold several people. The upstairs cave is the Tranquility Cave, and it is smaller, although I haven't seen it myself. Keep in mind that, unless you book a private session, if someone books at the same time that you do, you might be in a salt cave with other people that you don't know. That wasn't the case for me, though. The cave is so peaceful and dark! There are chairs with electromagnetic fields pulsating out of them, and blankets that you can use to be snuggly and ultra cozy. The chairs recline, so you can lie completely down or elevate yourself to whatever degree you're comfortable. Sessions are one hour, and that hour goes by very fast! The spa itself is impeccably cute. There's a gift shop as soon as you enter, with lots of things like salt stones, lip balm, candles, jewelry and many other things. The whole place is spotless and inviting, and the perfect place to visit when you want to relax.

While receiving the infusion, the 2 ladies at the front desk were chatting so loudly about their night and how their evenings went, all very unprofessional and they were more engaged with each other than the clients. I was going…read moreto just write about one area of this place but now I think I may have to add to this later...I mean they have a Yoga room you can go stretch in anytime unlike some place that close off the rooms if no classes etc. But I really wanted to focus on how when my back goes out I have to make the drive north (I live closer to Livrite INDY). It is the one place I can go to that has the water massage table that is better than any other massage I have ever had. It literally just takes the ten minutes of that, swim some laps, hit the jacuzzi and steam room and kind of hit the pool again, if needed and I feel like I can walk again. I love that they have areas all around that are peaceful , quiet and with comfy chairs. When I was younger I didn't need all of that but now it's nice to take a minute between exercises and have a little mindfulness. It is also nice to have more than a bench in the locker rooms to put on shoes etc. Sometimes Mary Kay ladies etc will leave catalogs and samples out as well and that is always nice to check out. They also have little micro fiber towels available and cleaners. The shampoo/body cleanser is nice too and smells good (just the fact they have it is huge). When I was there yesterday, they had bagels out and the trainer was in the kitchen making a plate.. I though to myself I'd better run---here comes the hard core sale- he never did that:) He was so nice and even let me take his picture. I love the books up front and that God has a place here. I love that it never smells like pot -- and is always clean. You feel safe here and can breathe easily even if you have asthma like me. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcome here. I have taken classes here etc and they have alot of equipment but today I wanted to focus on how it is more than just a place to workout. It is a place to get centered and heal. I love it.
