I had paid to join the 28 day challenge, ordered the supplements from Trulean as they suggested to be ready to start the challenge. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the call or email to set up orientation for the challenge. I emailed the corporate email as suggested if you don't hear back in 48 hours and still nothing. My stupid mistake is this is the 2nd time this happened, I thought the first time maybe I missed the challenge date, but I'm thinking this is a fraud to get money and have you order supplements for their company they affiliate with. Never again will I sign up for this place or fall for their tactics. You all are thieves! read more

I am so in love with Tempe FBBC! Weeks ago, I began searching for a new gym as I was getting tired of wasting money at the YMCA and not having a personal trainer. So of course Groupon was where I did my initial search for discounts and deals close to my new digs. I found FBBC's deal an absolute steal (~$50 for 5 wks unlimited classes+ nutrition booklet), and their website very informative of what to expect. I did have to do some digging on class times, but showed up to my first class enthusiastic. I left my first class exhausted, out of breath, and ridiculously sweaty after a mere 40 minutes. Each workout will be the same on the same day (I.E. all Monday classes will be the same workout no matter if you take the 5AM or 520PM class). No workouts are the same- I'm at the end of my unlimited pass and yet to do the same workout, and I've been going 3-4x a week. The nutrition aspect is there, I just haven't had my 1 on 1 meeting yet (done after your paid membership begins). Everyone is required to take an orientation class at the beginning of the Groupon or membership time where they go thru everything and take your weight/% body fat/BMI. For paid memberships, they have 2 options - 12 month commitment (~$130/mo), and 18 month commitment (~$115/mo). If within your first 30 days you don't want to commit to FBBC anymore, you can cancel... Or if you cancel at anytime (except for injury, move away, etc), it's ~$200 to do so! So make sure you want to do this before begin paying. The employees seem to be genuinely concerned about my health& wellness, especially Kaylen. There's been some workouts that have been more difficult for me (#IHateBurpees) and they certainly modify it so I can do it but feel the burn. I decided to give it a shot, after about 3 months I started to see some serious changes in my body and over all health. I later decided to join long term and continue to push my self to be better. I've debated so much on writing this review but if I can help anyone not throw their hard earned money away at FBBC Like I did maybe it'll help. I went here originally in 2017 for their "fall 12 week challenge" so it was 3 months of workouts included for $20 a WEEK. Then I returned in February of 2018 to start an actual membership because at the time I felt the gym was a "good gym". By the way the director sold a membership that didn't exist because I only agreed to 6 months so what honest employees. After working out here for about a month I was harassed by a trainer & nothing was done till I wanted to quit, the director didn't even tell the owner about what had happened. This made a huge impact on my desire to show up to the gym or desire working out among the fact that they never kept up with measurements & progress photos. They claim to have nutritional knowledge but they changed my diet plan 3 times in those 9 months?! I finally got a meeting with the owner a while after & explained to him what had happened with his trainer & he promised to follow up & make sure I had a positive experience. I had 1 nutritional follow up with him as he has a nutritional degree & after that he canceled all other meets with me. I made no progress here for the 9 months I was here. I felt so terrible with how unorganized & unknowledgeable all of the staff is. I spent a little over $1k here & saw no progress due to THEM taking my motivation after being harassed & then the owner not being able to follow up with me like he said he would. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but in all honesty fit body you fell so short & took my money for no progress. Beware & you're better off with contacting a PT for solo sessions I got more progress in 16 weeks than 9 months when I went else where. read more

Love this place! I keep going back again and again. I lost a few pounds. Wish the nutrition guide was a bit more detailed and I didnt feel a connection with the coaches as I needed alot of help in some areas but I guess it takes time. Overall still part of the team and hope I can get to my goal weight. read more

I don't know what's taken me so long to write this review as I've been a happy client since June. I discovered this workout through ClassPass and was intrigued by the concept of a 35 minute workout. I'd done Crossfit and other HIIT workouts and hadn't fallen in love. FBBC was like love at first workout - a really hard, week long soreness arm workout, but that's not the best part. The best part of FBBC is the community spirit they foster. This is not a gym where no one talks to each other - quite the contrary. Everybody is there to encourage and inspire the people around them. This place is fun! The coaches genuinely care about your goals and progress - they are all experienced and knowledgable personal trainers - Ben, the owner is also a registered dietician, so you get the nutritional counseling and meal plans that work with your goals. I love love love this place and look forward to starting each day with one of their challenging workouts. read more

Absolutely love this gym! I was a little skeptical at first, but at this point, I wish I would have taken advantage of their offer during orientation for a cheaper month to month rate! Two friends of mine and I are just finishing up our second week and we absolutely love it. I can already see and feel my body getting stronger. To top it all off the trainers are great, to name a few - Jonathan, Jared and Mr. Fletcher! Everyone that works here is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Every class is filled with beginners to advanced members and it doesn't matter what level you're at - it's all about how many rounds you can get in per their allotted time they give you. I recently joined FBBC after many months of zero motivation to get back into a gym. I didn't know what I was in for but after my first workout I knew that this was the place. I absolutely love it here! I've had so many great encounters with the coaches and other members. I like knowing what I'm working out and how to do it properly. This is my 3rd FBBC location I have attend. I have attend many because of moving to a new city or state not base on my experiences with unpleasant people... just to make that clear. I have enjoyed FBBC in my previous locations in CA, the sense of community, knowledge and challenge the program brings me. To speak about Tempe specifically and why I am one of the few that rated it a 3. As said before, Tempe gives a good sense of community to the people working out and offer many different times to work out. The classes never seem too big or overwhelming and great for beginners. I have been attending this location for 5-6 months at this point and have seen no results. As I mention this is not my first class or attempt at FBBC and i have always seen some results in the first few months. I feel as the workouts are more strength base and there is hardly conditioning along with the advancement of the workouts. I understand it is all what you put into the work outs and if it is too light to move up in weight. But there is only so much you can lift until you hurt yourself. My diet hasn't changed much as far as when i was first going to boot camp to now. But i never really leave Tempe sore like other facilities or feel challenged. read more

For the first time in my life I'm enjoying working out, thanks to Mesa Fit Body! I've been coming for a little over a month, and am as addicted and excited about going to the workouts than I was my first week. The workouts are intense yet doable, the trainers are positive, supportive and push you to keep going! My meal plan so far has helped me drop 7 pounds, and I'm in better shape now than I was in my early 20s. Everyone who attends is super friendly too! The workout schedules are easy and accommodating for all schedule types. I would like to mention we did not actually try a gym class. I called and the customer manger and she was pleasant and answered all my questions. However, signing up for this gym was like signing up for a timeshare. They bring you in at 7:30pm, tell you about the gym, and offer you prices that are only available that day. They force you to download the application and immediately send you a bunch of emails. The sign up experience itself was enough for us to not even want to try this gym. This gym is pretty expensive and incentivizes you to sign a 12-18month contract. It's pretty frustrating that the only time it is somewhat affordable is when it high pressure to sign and you have not even attended one class. As far as the gym goes, We noticed there was really no cardio equipment. The target audience appears to be individuals that are overweight looking to make a change. We are in pretty good shape and work out often so I don't think we are their target audience read more

I alternate between this location and the Gilbert location. Both locations are small group and nice to work out at. The coaches do great with explaining the drills and making sure you do then properly. It's nice to get back into a small group training session since I hate weight training but this place makes it fun and wanting to do more. read more
