Please learn how to be professional and learn how to use your system! Not just chatting with you co-workers or sitting there like a Robot during your work!

I found FF on ClassPass after years of defaulting to group classes at LA Fitness whenever I came to…read morevisit family in the area. This facility is fantastic and Coach Ben is the best. The workouts are challenging and thoughtfully planned with a lot of attention and modifications/adjustments to help make the most of each move like a small group session (vs. what you might get in a group fitness class elsewhere). Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for functional training that's controlled but kicks your ass. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

Personal training can be so boring and expensive and large chain gym classes can be overwhelming with sometimes 30 people in a class. Fit Forward is the best of both worlds. Classes are affordable and small enough that Levi and Matt make sure you get the attention you need to succeed! I feel so blessed to have this wonderful establishment in our city! With a kid play area, massive indoor and outdoor pools with a slide, I can see why it's so popular. There is a cafe onsite as well as yoga and all the other things you'd expect to see. Friendly service and excellent service. Everywhere I looked, I noticed someone was wiping something down. Lots of parking and tons of lounge seats for people to take a break from their workout or life. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when in town.

The steam sauna is my favorite, reminding me of a few I used in Norway and Sweden. I have previously used dry heat saunas, but I find I enjoy the steam.

They offer quite a variety of classes and have the most up-to-date, nicest equipment including full cadillac reformers. Sign up for a jump board (cardio Pilates), Pilates aligned, Core-Align, Pilates chair, or a mat class. Highly recommend all of them! The instructors here are so knowledgeable and really help push you to your fullest potential. They also offer private sessions if you are new to Pilates or looking to have a solo session so you and your body are the main focus.
