They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. The fact that the manager allowed this to happen in front of paying customers is incredibly unprofessional and unfair. It felt like my time and effort were completely disrespected. If customers don't even have a fair chance to buy items because employees get first dibs, what's the point of showing up early or calling ahead?
