Rasheedah is more of a dictator vs. an instructor. Rasheedah does not demonstrate each move and…read moreexpects everyone to automatically know each move. During the class Rasheeda yelled "Michelle! Stop looking at other people and pay attention to yourself!" Apparently Rasheeda saw my friend watching other attendees (for direction), thought who knows what and decided to call her out in the class. HOW ARE NEW PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE MOVES IF THE INSTRUCTOR DOES NOT DEMONSTRATE THEM? SO RUDE AND RIDICULOUS! Not sure why someone would want to come here and pay money to get belittled by such a troll. Better off spending your money at an establishment that encourages people to want to have fun and get in shape!

I am a huge Pure Barre Junkie and wanted to check lot this location. As with all Pure Barre locations Pure Barre is a collection of 45-50 minute total body workouts. At the core of their technique they use a thoughtful series of low impact, isometric movements that are designed to produce results. You'll use the ballet Barre and other light equipment as you move through class, focusing on different areas of your body. Your muscles will shake. You'll get stronger with each class. And ultimately, you'll rise above who you were yesterday. This location is so cute. While the workout area is smaller it doesn't take away from the workout. Everything is clean and organized. All of the instructors know their stuff and work to make sure you're in the correct form. While many people Pure Barre is too hard I would say give it a try. You can always modify the actual exercise. Pure Barre wants you to succeed! You'll be guided through a series low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. They will give you the best of barre - long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.

Every session feels balanced--building strength, improving mobility, and leaving you feeling both challenged and refreshed. The instructors are amazing: knowledgeable, motivating, and truly skilled at meeting you where you are, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. They offer helpful modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently. The music is always great and keeps the energy high throughout class. One of the best parts is the community. It's incredibly welcoming and inclusive, and the instructors genuinely care about their members. If you miss a few classes, they'll often check in to see how you're doing and help you get back on track. I always leave class feeling stronger, empowered, and glad I showed up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive environment and an effective, feel-good workout. Be for warned -is addictive

The instructors are supportive, motivating, and make you feel comfortable from day one. Everyone who works out there is so welcoming and encouraging, which creates such a positive environment--it truly feels like a community, not just a workout class. I also love that they offer childcare, and my son absolutely loves going, which makes it so much easier to get my workout in. Highly recommend Barre3!

It is built better than any of the other clubs! It's fairly new but it's built better than the newest locations. I enjoy playing basketball here and can get some pretty good two on two games going with the guys that go here! The customer service is outstanding! Everyone from the general manager to the front desk guys and girls are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for the nearest pool and they took the time out of their day to find the closest pool and hours! I think every club needs to have a good set of personal trainers! I was able to work briefly with Shad! He didn't have a client at the time and he was able to show me a few shoulder workouts! That is what you call love for the job because most trainers would have been focused on booking you but he just wanted to help me get my shoulder workout done right! Thank you so much for taking that time to work with me! I look forward to training with your team in the near future... Thank you all for the amazing customer service! I wish this was my home gym but I'm glad to make it my 2nd home gym!

I've been a member at Mountainside Fitness in Gilbert for about a year and a half, and…read moreunfortunately my last experience was disappointing enough that I canceled my membership. One morning I was taking my 2-year-old to the Kid Zone when he urgently needed to use the restroom. We were clearly in a rush, but the front desk employee stopped me and insisted I scan a QR code before letting us pass. The interaction felt unnecessarily strict and passive-aggressive. If I didn't have a membership, I wouldn't even be able to use the Kid Zone, so the situation could have been handled with a little more understanding given that I was trying to help my child get to the restroom. What made the experience worse was the tone. It felt like a scene was made in front of my child over something that could have been handled calmly and quickly. For a gym that charges close to $50 a month, I would expect a higher level of customer service and basic courtesy. I spoke with someone at the register afterward and was told the manager would be informed, but it has been over two weeks and I haven't received any follow-up or apology. Between that experience and the already high membership price (especially considering the sauna often smells unpleasant), I decided to cancel my membership. I'm very disappointed and will be going to a different gym moving forward. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location based on my experience.
