It clearly states in the air conditioning manual these need to be level so it leaked water from the evaporator pan onto our floor in several areas. They also didn't know how to connect the hoses properly leaking all the Coolant out (cost for this alone $1000). However the biggest business "sin" was they do not answer their phones. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This very expensive air/heating unit is still not working from their installation in April 2021. They said they guarantee their work! They also did not take out permits and are not Licensed Air/Heating contractors we found out too late.

They were great and on time. We had issues with city inspection twice and that's why I had to remove 1 star. Overall, they are great.
