I brought my bicycle here when the derailer fell off and the brakes stopped working right. When I…read moredropped it off on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

The discounted shoe section is big right now after the holidays. It's a reliable spot when im looking for sports cards or hot wheels. The only real downside is the pricing. When you compare it to the Big 5 on the east side, this location is noticeably higher on many items, so you trade a bit of extra cost for equal service and similar convenience. Ultimately, a 4 experience for higher prices for the exact same product than the East side location.

Once he came to ask if we need help, he was very short and brash. He proceeded to ask for ID in the form of a driver's license and a bill with her name on it(gas, phone etc). I have range membership and have purchased anther firearm here before and have not had any issues with the sales staff. Think I may take my patronage somewhere else after this incident.

I went in to purchase ammo, I was the only one at the counter.
