I could not be happier with that decision. I wanted a very natural result, just a little more fullness up top, and went with 160 cc in both breasts. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours. It was a little more expensive than what I would normally spend on conditioner (bc I normally buy the cheap whatever is on sale) BUT it made my hair smell and feel AMAZING. My hair is damaged from years of coloring but it made it look so healthy. I will be coming here with my jar from now on. I can't wait to get the shampoo! And try more of thier products. It's almost as if they aren't equipped to handle clientele or conflict but somehow other locations are. On more than one occasion, I have left there confused, gone somewhere else and got answers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I've been back (it's also more convenient for me) but I just can't anymore. It such a shame this this kind of treatment is sustained in this neighborhood.

Yet after we used it it was gone in 15 mins. Couldn't find it online and they said that they had a "special deal with the company." BS. Their return policy sucks, too - they're complete scammers. Do not go here and buy perfumes you don't know - stick to the name brand ones. Pay the extra money for the trusted ones - trust me.
