This seemed like a reasonable request -- simply to place the order and wait. Unfortunately, the response I received from Nicole, who appeared to be a manager, was anything but courteous. She flatly refused the request and did so with a visible scowl that made it clear she had no interest in being helpful. Her demeanor was cold, dismissive, and frankly one of the most unpleasant I've encountered at any Chick-fil-A -- a brand built on hospitality and respect. It was surprising and disappointing to be treated with such hostility over something that could have easily been handled with a simple, kind explanation. Chick-fil-A is known for going the extra mile for customers -- today, Nicole didn't take one step in that direction.
