Good burgers and my son reports that the hotdogs are good as well. I like the free peanuts that hold you over waiting for the food, it can take a while when there are a lot of people in line because they are cooking to order. First off, the price alone is crazy, $14 for some fries(3.00) a bacon burger($7.59), & a regular drink (2.50). The wait time was crazy, 15-20 minutes. When i did get my food they forgot my order of fries, which I payed for. The fries were really fresh and very HOT! I expected the burger to be the size of my head for that price but it was regular size. My advice if you want to spend your money here for an alright burger than go ahead. But you could go to Nations or In-N-Out for about the same quality if not better and cheaper. read more

Food was pretty good although a bit on the pricey side. A very interesting place, A novel idea with the free peanuts to munch on while you wait for your order. The coke despenser can be a challenge for first time users. Several started giggling while trying to draw their soda. It was as much fun watching first time users and it was trying to figure the despenser out. Good food, peanuts while you wait and entertainment at the soda despenser. My family and I went to five guys a couple of weeks ago. Never been so my hubby wanted to try it. I don't eat meat so I ordered the vege sandwich and my husband got a double bacon burger while my children got cheese burgers. Let's just say there was no bacon on his burger and my son had hair cooked into his cheese on his burger. My husband disregarded the "no bacon" on his burger but addressed the hair issue. They provided us a refund but 3 burgers, 1 vege, 2 drinks and a large fri later was ridiculously expensive. Five guys has young girls and boys working at this location not wearing hair nets or gloves, which explained the hair issue. They just throw the burgers together and do not pay attention to additional items added like the bacon. Don't think we will ever go back! read more

Stopped in for the first time I had the Little Burger (single) and my husband and the Cheeseburger (double). Very good burger and fries. The regular size fries is definitely enough for 2 people. We couldnt finish. The only downside is that if youre eating alone and not a big eater that is the smallest size offered. Inside seating is a little too close and noise level gets pretty loud. I had an "all the way" little cheeseburger (single patty), which included ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and grilled onions and mushrooms. Went to 5 guys tonight. The wait was very long. Specifically told the order taker what my son wanted about 3 times. He read it back correctly. When we got home he had a cheeseburger. 5 stars for the initial experience. 4 stars for the restaurant. The food was overall good and large in quantity. It is a little pricey but the fresh ingredients make up for it. The meat is some of the best quality for a semi-fast food joint. They hooked it up with a ton of fries since we ordered large, filled the bag up. For me and my wife next time a "regular" size fry would be plenty. All orders come in to-go bags, even if you dine in. The Cajun fries were a little salty since they are covered in seasoning but they were a good change of pace from the average fry. Next time I would just get the double cheeseburger, the bacon isn't spectacular. Compared to all of the burger joints up Lone Tree, I'd choose this one. Burgers are great, fries a bit soggy and super salty. The service was the worst I've experienced in a long time. The kid at the registered just stared at me as I approached the register to order. No hello, welcome, hi, no how can I help you, nothing, just a blank angry stare. After what felt like a couple minutes just standing there staring at each other (I actually thought it was a joke) I asked if this is where I order, his response was simply "yes"...still no what can I get you, how can I help you, nothing, just a stupid ass stare. After what felt like another couple minutes just staring at each other he says "what"? I responded with "excuse me", he in return says "what do you want"? His attitude was like nothing I've ever experienced while trying to patronize a local business, his attitude continued through the entire order process. If I wasn't so hungry and looking forward to a burger I would have walked out. I don't know what this kid was going through, obviously something was wrong but you're in the customer service business, you put on a smile and treat people the way you'd like to be treated. Way better than In and Out. I usually get the "small" burger because the Double is just too much burger! When you order fries to go they not only give you a serving they fill up the whole bag! OVER PRICED!!!! WOW! I see my review was removed! I wrote it in May. Well 5 guys was ok. I gave it a low rating because of price. My wife, 2 children, and I went to 5 guys and spent around $40. My and I both got Hamburgers that was not very big, greasy, soggy fries, and a drink for around $12-13 a piece. I repeat, 1 burger, 1 fry, 1 drink came to around $13! My kids got hot dogs and a drink and shared a fry. You do get alot of fries. The hamburger was ok, but not worth the price. You can get much better burgers cheaper else where. I see some of these review and i think what have these people been eating before 5 guys that they think it is so great? You can go to chilis or red robin and get a burger and fry for $7-8. If you want a great burger for a good price go to diggers, lumpys, chilis, red robins, mels, nations, in-out, wendys then maybe 5 guys if your desprate read more

I did read most of the reviews before I started mine. It's just my opinion, but I don't get the folks who like In-N-Out better. I think In-N-Out has very average and not very exciting food. I think everything here is pretty good but overpriced. The burger is good and you can get almost whatever topping you want on it for free so that is a nice option but you could go to any burger joint and order the same burger for less.
