Came here for a quick meal, though it was not prepared as quickly as I expected. My boyfriend and I had gone through several peanuts (found several stale ones) before we received our burgers and small order of fries. It was only the 2 of us, and I thought our order was pretty simple. I had the Little Cheeseburger ($5.99) "All the Way" (mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, grilled onions, and mustard). I thought the burger would be small/kid-sized, but it was a regular sized burger, which was a fantastic surprise. All the toppings are free, and considering the cost of the burger, you ought to get all the toppings you want! I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. The meat was perfect, and the toppings were fresh. A small size of fries is $3.49 and cooked in peanut oil. The seasoning for the fries was delicious, and the fries themselves were perfectly cooked. The peanuts are free and located in a box in the seating area in the back (though it seems otherwise, yes, there's more seating if you keep walking toward the restrooms - yes, there are restrooms). No, this is not one of those places where you can toss peanut shells on the floors, so please don't do it (you might get some mean glares from the employees if you do). The place could use some freshening up, and the staff could be friendlier, but the food was great. read more

Update: This location is under new management, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the manager seems to drive an atmosphere of fun. Special orders are coming out exactly as requested (and without the attitude previously experienced!) and the place is much cleaner. Famine, earthquakes, typhoons. All three occurred at this establishment when I didn't get my food in under 30 minutes. The staff was nice but I got fake people showing fake love to me straight up to my face. "Six cold like Alaska" but Five Guys sent shivers down my spine with their ineptitude. I felt betrayed like Benedict Arnold or even Judas. What happened to me I wouldn't wish to happen on Satan himself. In my nightmares I see a world of clowns kidnapping puppies and forcing them to eat food from the Five Guys on Providence Road. Overall I was very upset with the service of this place. They take so incredibly long to crank out an order. I remember coming here with my friends and their service was impeccable. Oh How the mighty have fallen. Also super disappointed in the drink machine not being very good either. Just an overall poor place to eat your food. Not the best location. Five Guys is my guilty pleasure burger and fries choice! Arboretum location feels dirty. Table was greasy feeling. Floor had a thick "slick" of soap on it-slippery and gross! My star rating has nothing to do with the food. My review is about the pre pubescent child working at the register. I believe his name is Grayson but he cant be more than 16 and id be shocked if he is even that old. He has a horrible personality. I walked in to order and he seemed to have an issue with me walking in. Then i noticed he acted bothered and annoyed by everyone who walked in. He then came around the counter to replenish straws and when the next customer came in he made his little annoyed face, slammed the cabinets shut and went back behind the counter to take the customers order. This child needs to be made aware of who actually pays his bills if he even has any and learn how to treat people. Ive never seen someone be so rude toward people especially in a service industry.
