I put my order in at the Kiosk and then had to find someone to get my cup for my $20.00 lunch combo! This is definitely my last visit. This used to be a cool, fun, friendly, efficient spot. Now this is worst than the fast food joints around. Extremely disappointed. Should have crossed the street and went to Harriet's Burgers instead.

The manager, Unique, was very kind and accommodating. I watched her handle a situation with a customer in front of me, and she made sure they left happy. Another employee, Amy, was also going around checking on customers and making sure everyone was doing okay. When I mentioned the wait, she was very friendly and appreciative of the patience. There were a lot of people waiting, but most customers stayed calm and understanding, which helped the staff work through the rush without added chaos. I'm usually a beer batter onion ring kinda gal but this buttermilk batter was seasoned with lots of black pepper and was actually stuck onto the onion quite well which anyone who has ever attempted to make onion rings at home knows.....it's hard to do. The crunch burger was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. It's now my new favorite burger. Crunchy potato chips with the Bobby's sauce were pure heaven. I am in love with this burger.
