    Orange chicken bowl
    Sharaun F.

So this was my first time at this location. I was familiar with this brand and thanks to Tmobile, I gave this location a try. This weeks Tmobile Tuesdays deal was a free orange chicken bowl! I had to use by today or forfeit. I had to do an online order for pickup to redeem. No big deal, right? WRONG! It kept getting stuck at the last step which is place order. Now that i finally got it to work after backing out 4 times, I pick up my order and it is wrong. I double checked my receipt and it was correct there, just not in my bag. I ate it anyway as I didn't want them to throw the food away. The food was pretty good, not great but i wonder if they made my order immediately and let it sit. All things considered, the bowl was free so I'm a happy girl. Next time, i will eat inside though.

chicken and rice in a styrofoam container

A joke. I got a bigger plate with double orange chicken and this was my tray. Not trying to sound like a fatty but I paid for a full order and did not receive that.

Love Panda Express generally, just not this branch. Tried it for the first time about two weeks ago with my husband, and there just seemed to be a lot of tension between the staff, I wouldn't have minded but it costed us a 30 minute wait for our food. Tried tonight to see if the drive through would be any quicker, and it was.. BUT, I ordered the steamed veggies and the carrots are black? Honestly awful and inedible veggies, rather reluctant to return.

My cousin found a press on nail in her food I would not recommend going here unless you want a nail in your food!

Unlike most other cuisines, with which I am extremely adventurous and not only willing, but look forward to trying new things and experimenting. I am a bit timid with Asian cuisine. I find it a bit challenging to navigate their typically extensive menus. Based on a recommendation from a foodie I hold in high regard, we went to "Han Chinese Kabob & Grill" last night. I was informed it is a small establishment so we called for reservations. We were told they do not take them and to be assured of a table we should arrive early. So we showed up before 6pm to a basically empty restaurant. We were seated quickly by a pleasant young woman that spoke no English at all. When we ask a question she went off right away to find our server for help. Within the next 15 minutes the dining room went from empty to full like someone had thrown a switch. It remained that way the entire time we were there. Very soon a wonderful young woman arrived at our table. She provided water, answered several questions, and took our orders. She was very pleasant and professional. I ordered an excellent brown sugar milk tea along with a great cucumber salad and marvelous lamb chops. Some of the meatiest chops I have ever had. Just about everything is available with any level of heat you desire. I am typically very reserved when it comes to spicy foods. I find it hides the true flavors of the ingredients so I always order with no heat. My entire meal was prepared perfectly. My wife and our guests felt the same way about their selections. There was plenty of food to take home for another meal. Our final surprise was when we received our bill and discovered how affordable it was to eat so well. We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely return.

I have been coming to this restaurant in many variations, owners and names, but it still remains consistently delicious and authentic. The decor is so moms, non existent really, there are menu pictures on the wall, Payne Avenue is always under construction or lacking enough storefronts but I will always come home to eat. The egg drop soup, I know it's simple, but it's full of yolk and large pieces of egg, especially if you hit it with white pepper for an extra punch. The beef with spicy green beans are full of flavor, tender and the best I town. The pan fried noodles, tonight we ordered 2 different variations, veggie full of s variety of mushrooms and the seafood full of Chinese broccoli l, shrimp, scallops and garlic, the perfect consistency of crunchy with a little bit of saucy noodles. A visit is never complete without dim sum, shrimp rice roll will always be my all time favorite. I never remember to take pictures, we are too busy laughing and eating to have our phones out.

Authentic as can be as far as aesthetics, service, and food. The pork buns may be some of the best I've had and on par with anything better. The texture was perfect moist, soft, and airy. The pork did not deviate from well done traditional dim sum and there was no surprise flavor alteration. The pork was sliced, not scrappings, well cooked, and fresh. The wonton soup was good, I've had better, but really good. The chicken low mein was good, I've had better, but it shouldn't disappoint you at all! The dumplings had a great flavor profile with a welcoming hint of ginger. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food look no further!

There was one particular time dinning here when the service was terrible, our wait time was egregiously long, and to top it off, the staff were really rude to my parents (the nicest, calmest people). That self-induced ban lasted almost 2 decades and I came back in 2022 at the invitation of my daughter's friend's family. The place was SWARMING and we had to wait for our table. There is free parking but it's limited and usually full up on the weekend. Cart service was quick but I had to go over to the dessert ones to get them to come to our table. Offerings were pretty standard and thankfully, the taste was overall pretty good. Nothing was cold, everything was steaming hot. Wish they had a few more items to select from. The restaurant space should be expanded by now since they are so popular. It's impossible to walk around with all the big tables and people squeezed together. Afterwards, I bought all the kids boba smoothies from their bar in the corner (smart thing to have apart from the dim sum). They upped their prices over the years but portions are the same. Still more affordable than Lao Sichuan in Pinecrest but not impressed with the auto 18% added to the bill (because...weekends?). Cleveland needs more dim sum options! I have dined here for dinner once upon a time as well and I remember the dishes being pretty good and authentic but those memories are from circa 1999-2000 so back in ancient times.
