Stars for speed, accuracy, and attentiveness to my partner's dairy allergy. Food was hot and correct, but felt a little skimped on one of my tacos (see photo). We don't come here often, but the experience exceeded our expectations.

GOOOOODD MORNING CLEVELAND!!! Gotta get breakfast, so why not Taco Bell? My wife and I decided to get some breakfast here because it would be the1st time eating it there. I had the steak, egg, potatoes & cheese in it. Now the question is, how did it taste? It really surprised me how it tasted. Everythintogether melded nicely together. However, here comes the hashbrown it was OK it was overcooked, but oh well, it is what it is & it sure wasn't like McD's version of hashbroŵen. Overall, it was a decent meal. My wife had the breakfast crunch wrap she wasn't too fond of it. To me, it was delicious. I wanted to trade, but it was a no.. W will I ever get breaks again? Heck, yeah... ***BUEN PROVECHO***

    A FUCKED UP TACO.

If I could give this specific Taco Bell negative stars I would. I love Taco Bell don't get me wrong I absolutely FAWK UP a chicken quesadilla on occasion but this time they fucked it up. This is where I DRAW THE LINE. Went to Taco Bell and honestly, my nacho fries looked like they took a swim--zero seasoning, just soggy sadness. The chicken quesadilla? Let's just say it was more "raw surprise" than "crispy delight." If I wanted this kind of adventure, I'd go camping, not eat fast food! Definitely not the flavor fiesta I was hoping for. Also Mexican fast food I THINK NOT. Then when I called to complain and talk to them about it I had to call 8 TIMES. To make matters even worse we are missing 4 TACOS. Terrible. The guy in the window though he's a queen give him a raise.

Chalupa Supreme with a hair in it.

I ordered tacobell today on Grubhub I've received a full refund and at this point I deserve more. Middle of eating my food I noticed I had combos with drinks (never received drinks) I had a chalupa no tomatoes and it had literally extra tomatoes like they did it intentionally I took one bite of the chalupa and found a hair not mine or my girlfriends.(photos added) She doesn't eat pork and got 2 steak burritos and they had bacon in them. She got a chicken quesadilla it came with tomatoes in it and it was never cut. Lastly I got some large nacho fries and they gave me a side of velvita cheese instead of nacho I would never ever recommend eating here. This stuff is basically poison. The workers are just absolutely careless

This Taco Bell is not closed. They are open and the inside closes at 9p. Then you have to go through the drive thru.

As we looked around the building started to fill up. There are so many different dining options. I love that they have the country of origin on each food stall. You can learn so much about a culture by tasting their food. All the staff we spoke to were so friendly. You can stroll around the food stalls and choose exactly what you want. We were given a pager to alert us when our food was ready. After ordering food we went and ordered aqua fresca. They have a huge community kitchen and retail area. There is also a huge patio area. We were told there would be events on the patio in the summer. Centro Villa is a great concept and I hope to see more like it. It is a gem!

Now imagine one where all the food is from different countries in Latin America, this is exactly what you will find in Centro Villa 25. Here you will find Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Salvadoran, and Mexican food shops. There was Latin music playing (not too loud) and there was a common seating area with simple tables and chairs. I was with a big group and there were orders from different shops, but I ordered from my people the Puerto Ricans. I had rice and beans with steak and onions, and a sweet plantain dish with ground beef called pastelon. The food was decent and I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in town, especially if I was craving some back home food. PS - I am regretting not taking pictures, but I am getting better at that.

After waiting about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone, I decided to at least check out the restroom while I waited... and that's when everything went downhill. The floors were extremely sticky--every step literally felt like my shoes were pulling off the ground. It didn't feel clean at all. As I got closer to the restroom area, there was a strong smell of what I can only describe as wet, moldy rags. The bathroom itself was dark, oddly designed, and just gave an overall uncomfortable vibe. What made it worse is that the place wasn't even busy--there was only one table and a couple people at the bar. So the lack of service and cleanliness really stood out. By the time I walked back to the bar, I had already made up my mind. No one had still acknowledged me, and based on the condition of the place, I wasn't willing to take a chance on the food. I grabbed my things and left. Later on, I mentioned it at another restaurant and was told this place is known for poor food quality and lack of authenticity--which honestly aligned with what I experienced just from being inside. I can't speak on the food since I didn't stay, but based on cleanliness, smell, and service alone, I would not recommend this spot. It gave the impression that basic upkeep isn't a priority, and that's not something I'm willing to overlook.

The ambiance is great, and the location couldn't be better for a post-theater meal. As soon as we sat down, they brought out complimentary chips and salsa--though the salsa was unfortunately watery and lacked depth. Things improved significantly with the entrees: the quessabirria tacos were delicious, and my wife really enjoyed her shrimp tacos. Where they lost me was the bill. Charging a "convenience fee" for using a credit card is completely unacceptable. Processing fees are a standard cost of doing business, and nobody is carrying cash around Downtown Cleveland. If a business is going to pull predatory tactics like that, it should at least be clearly stated on the menu. Unsurprisingly, that fee came directly out of the server's tip. Great food, but the hidden fees leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Three tacos come in an order with the yummy side of beef broth for dipping. Chips and salsa are quickly delivered to your table upon seating. The chips and salsa were very tasty! I also ordered a margarita. While their house margarita was clearly a better price and size, I had to choose a different drink to get a better tequila. This was absolutely fine, but the margarita was still heavy on the mix as opposed to the tequila. There is plenty of seating for larger or smaller parties, both inside and outside as well as a few seats at the bar. My server was very friendly, as were all of the staff at 1942 Tacos and Tequila. Looks like there are a lot of 1942 Tacos and Tequila throughout the US, so check to see if there is one in your area. I would visit again based on those Quesabirra tacos.
