Went for dollar quesarito day. The drive-thru menu was bright and clear. Speaker was loud and high quality. I ordered through the mobile app and they asked me to confirm my order on the screen. I confirmed, and then they asked if it was just one order. I paused and asked if they thought I was obese. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, I was greeted kindly by the worker and handed my Diet Baja Blast. I noticed they had their hours posted clearly on the window, along with a small photo of a mustached man. The worker caught me taking a photo of it and asked what I was taking a photo of. I pointed to the mustached man, and she said she had never seen him before. She asked another worker, who also had no idea who this man was. At this point I felt like I had uncovered some sort of corporate conspiracy. The Baja Blast was good, but the quesarito was not. The food wasn't very hot and they forgot my verde salsa packets. Looks as though he's being held captive and forced to work. Asked twice for a large drink and extra sauce. Rolled up to the window to see a medium... no big deal, asked again, got the nastiest facial reaction as if I said the worst possible thing. Credit... he gave it to me. It took 40 minutes for them to START making my food. Not to mention the fact that everyone in there was high, like their eyes were bloodshot. Also they have not once gotten my order correct when going th the drive through. well I just love this place! I was constipated this past afternoon and decided to use this restaurant as a last resort to getting my cute little dookie out and the experience was just splendid! I brought a cup of ice with me into the bathroom to chew on to give birth to this stinky boy only after eating two beef nacho boxes and a cheesy gordida crunch.. boy did I feel better!.. If I could give this specific Taco Bell negative stars I would. I love Taco Bell don't get me wrong I absolutely FAWK UP a chicken quesadilla on occasion but this time they fucked it up. This is where I DRAW THE LINE. Went to Taco Bell and honestly, my nacho fries looked like they took a swim--zero seasoning, just soggy sadness. The chicken quesadilla? Let's just say it was more "raw surprise" than "crispy delight." If I wanted this kind of adventure, I'd go camping, not eat fast food! Definitely not the flavor fiesta I was hoping for. Having grown up within walking distance of this Taco Bell, this location has long been an integral part of my life and upbringing. I've never been inspired to write a review, for a multitude of reasons, foremost among them being the fact that the quality of the food I receive here is standard steelyard fast food quality, nothing particularly inspiring. But recently there has been a consistency of both solid service and food quality that is unmatched in my years visiting this location. I ordered tacobell today on Grubhub I've received a full refund and at this point I deserve more. Middle of eating my food I noticed I had combos with drinks (never received drinks) I had a chalupa no tomatoes and it had literally extra tomatoes like they did it intentionally I took one bite of the chalupa and found a hair not mine or my girlfriends.(photos added) She doesn't eat pork and got 2 steak burritos and they had bacon in them. She got a chicken quesadilla it came with tomatoes in it and it was never cut. Lastly I got some large nacho fries and they gave me a side of velvita cheese instead of nacho I would never ever recommend eating here. This stuff is basically poison. By far one of my worst fast food experiences in Cleveland. I have tried to give this location several chances to redeem themselves, both with their drive thru and inside, but they fail constantly on all parts. If you use their drive thru you will be waiting for a solid 15+ minutes on numerous occasions. If you go inside (usually to avoid the long drive thru line) you will also be waiting forever to receive and incorrect food order. Multiple times they have forgotten to add my drink order or a dessert item that I ordered. On top of that the burrito supreme from the last time I visited wasn't even rolled up properly before being wrapped and placed in the bag. If you ask anyone to help correct your order it's as if you are the one who is an inconvenience to them. Terrible service! The only reason why this review isn't one star is because thank goodness for the awesome kiosk machines at this location! I stopped by Taco Bell to get some fast grub to satiate my hunger while fixing some computers nearby. I ordered a chicken Quesarito and a beef Quesarito. They were served quickly, in a friendly manner, and the beef Quesarito was delicious. I noticed on the chicken Quesarito that there was a salty, orange colored crust on some of the meat. I didn't think anything of it. I finished up my computer work and a couple hours later, I had the worst stomach ache. I wonder if it came from the mysterious salty orange stuff in my chicken Quesarito. The world will never know, but certainly, the bad stomach ache came from this meal. I was in about 5:30 on Oct 20th. The girl working the steam table was also stuffing. There's a row of taco grids that stuffers use to fill tacos. I witnessed in dismay at the girl who was attempting to use the grids to add the meat which is inserted into the taco using a preportioned long scoop. But she was doing it incorrectly and the meat was falling into the bins below. The stuffing was done incorrectly too. A manager walked by like 'nothing to see here' and said, "I'm going home, I'll see you all tomorrow." I also ordered two Mexican pizza's. The result was awful. She missed the stuffing completely and there was no cheese in the tacos, minimal ingredients on the pizza's. I should have sent it all back. Managers: save your restaurant! read more

I don't eat a lot of fast-food but I got a craving for Taco Bell when I was reminiscing on my undergraduate college days. Over to Taco Bell I go. This is the closest location to me, hence why I came here. I went through the drive through, and it was a little slow but eventually it moved. It's been about two years since I've had this stuff so I asked the girl behind the mic what she would recommend, and I went with her recommendation of the Dorito crunch thing? I also ordered my all-time Taco Bell favorite-- the cheesy potatoes (if you haven't had them, you are not real). The girl was sweet throughout, and when I got home which is a short 7 minute drive, my food was really cold but even worse, the potatoes were actually rock hard, well half of them were. They're not normally supposed to be like that, which made me sad but what can I do. Overall a good, convenient location with many other establishments such as Target, Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory, Aldi's, etc. If I go here again, I will check my food before leaving. read more

first trip through was so fast, with a line of four cars in front of me. as soon as I pulled away I realized I had forgotten to add my friends order so I got right back in line, which was double in size. I'm shocking myself by giving this place a good review. I do like Taco Bell, even sometimes when sober. I guess I appreciate the fact that I've never found anything disgusting in my food, and they always have those green salsa packets in stock.
