First time here. I love tacos a so decided to give it a shot. I thought it was a sit down, but it's a "fast food" restaurant, which isn't a bad thing. The pros: Very nice, efficient staff. Very clean. The steak for my tacos, other than one small piece, well seasoned, very tasty! The taco shells were perfect. Nice and crisp. The shredded cheese was very good. Very airy place, comfortable to be in. The cons: Not a lot of choice in toppings. I don't like onions, so the tomato salsa was out. Would have been nice if there had been chopped tomatoes, be perhaps with a bit of celantro. The lettuce, romaine was shredded beautifully, but was a little wet. Overall, a pleasant experience, but there could be a little bit of improvement. read more

They forget to put things in the bag. Miss hear what youd like on the side for things. I ordered large chips and queso. Get home the person never put queso in the bag. I mean they arnt jerks about portions like ive seen online so thats good. But i never leave this place with exactly what i ordered. Very frustrating. read more

The service at this location is consistently slow, and somehow the orders are almost always wrong. If you want even a chance at getting what you actually ordered, you're better off standing in the absurdly long in-store line instead of ordering ahead. Even then, the food itself is mediocre at best, and they somehow can't manage to properly cook or salt the chips. This location genuinely deserves zero stars -- literally any other Chipotle would be a better option. read more

If I could give a lower rating, I would. This location is consistently disorganized, and the serving line often appears unsanitary. Every visit feels like a gamble with my health. As of today, I won't be returning. I ordered two meals for about $22 -- one rice bowl and one salad bowl. While the rice bowl was acceptable in portion, the salad bowl was a complete disappointment. To make matters worse, the server carelessly tossed both bowls into the bag, leaving one flipped on its side. Yes, there was a line -- but that's no excuse for poor service. This location has gone down hill soooo far. It's a rarity if they actually have all of their ingredients, a working drink station and enough employees to actually make your order in under 25 minutes. Today there was a line wrapped around the dining room. Waited 30 minutes to be told they didn't have chicken, steak or carne asada. Maybe put up a sign and don't waste people's time. This location really leaned into the "supply chain issues" after 2020 and never got better. Sad to see a once good location go to the dumpster. read more

This is the WORST CHIPOTLE I have ever been to in my LIFE! This place doesn't deserve to be rated in stars. I would rate this place 5 trashcan emojis If I could. I'm in town for business and wanted some chipotle. I stopped here one Saturday and they were so busy. Only one person was making orders AND cashiering! The line was so long. I waited so long. As I got closer to being able to order I noticed how dirty the counter was where all the food is. I saw the employees swiping all the spilt food off the counter and onto the floor with their bare hands! Ive been to many many chipotles and not once have I seen someone do this. I looked at the floor behind the kitchen and I walked right out. About a week past and I stopped by here to give it another chance(horrible mistake). This time was not very busy at all, I got to order my food within a timely manner. BUT the kitchen still looked so awful. The counter by the food was still so HORRIBLE! The beans looked just like a brown liquid. Lettuce in the guac container, yea I know lettuce in guac is not that big of a deal but it says a lot about this location not caring whatsoever about cross contamination and cleanliness. Anyways, I walked over to the fountain drink station if you would even consider it that. It looked like hell. Trash everywhere! I am absolutely fascinated at how this place is even in business! And of course there was no ice, why would there be? This place doesn't care anyways. Trashcan was overflowing. Floor is dirty everywhere. Carpets look horrid. Employees look like they are having the worst times of their life. You can tell they hate their job. No pride at this location. Don't waste your time, you WILL regret it. The kids working here, specifically the young lady working the register, DO NOT CARE if they do a good job or not. They're barely intelligible. The place is very dirty. Literally every empty table had food remnants and/or dirty napkins on it. The floor was also in need of cleaning. The food was normal chipotle stuff - it's fine. However, the salad base had a lot of wilted/ mushy leaves. The degree of filth really overshadowed the entire experience. Looking around at the clear disregard for cleanliness made me question their commitment to food cleanliness. I won't go back. There are very many places nearby that are cleaner and better options. With todays order of chipotle I got nothing with my bowl. I got what I normally order and I got a third of what I normally get. This was not $17 worth, this was more like 5-10 dollars worth if that. It was a group order I also got 2 burritos and another bowl. All proportion were unsatisfactory and the total order was worth about $60 and for that price I definitely was shorted on food. This location almost always disappoints and I do not recommend picking this location over others. read more

Terrible service! This was my second time coming here. The staff is unwelcoming and very rude. The cashiers are disrespectful and jump down your throat when questioned about extra and unexpected charges. A miserable place to walk into overall. When the staff have this miserable demeanor towards their customers, that really speaks volumes. A small family community such as ours deserves better. read more

I've been to this Chipolte mulitple times because my children like it. It is terribly managed and the employees are inefficient. If I do an online order they have one person doing the order and it's been 20-30 minutes late at least 5 times. Today I went in. There were 15 people in line in front of us. They had two people making meals, one person on register and one person who's entire job looked like she was to move the finished food 1 foot to the right to the cashier. She spent the entire time chatting with the cashier and picking at her nails. Even when one of the two girls who were actually MAKING the food (along with refilling the rice, etc, they were working hard) went on break, nail picking girl just stood there, picking her nails. Three people were making the online orders while over a dozen people stood online . The employees and the manager do not seem to be able to understand how to work efficiently and move from online orders to in person orders (or perhaps the manager is unable to correctly staff) so the food is always slow no matter how you order it. Also the garbage can is constantly filled and dining room filthy. The reason it gets one star is because at least they didn't ask for a tip with payment. Went to get food at this location at 6:45pm and waited over 15 minutes for chicken because they were completely out. After we began ordering they informed us that they were ALSO out of queso, however, we could see employees scooping queso at the to-go station. On top of everything the service was terrible. Some kids, who I could only assume are friends of the employees, came in with cameras and were taking pictures with flash of the employees and kept asking them to hang out. Additionally, the employee running the cash register in particular had an attitude with not only the costumers but also other employees and was refusing to help them. I went there about a week ago. Line moved very slowly. For the second time in about a month, they were out of lettuce. I found that out when we finally made it to the head of the line. We are on a special diet and eat mainly salads. So we left. That was not all I saw. Food preparation areas were covered with food. Employees were working around the piles of spilled rice, meat, and vegetables that were there for who knows how long. It would have taken less than a minute to wipe down the work areas. Meat appeared to be dried out. In the past, we were able to ask for extra cilantro with our orders. We asked for some the last time and received a "no". Tables were dirty, as were the bathrooms. There were no garbage pails outside near the tables. In summary, we will not be back. I feel that a return visit would be playing roulette with my health. Take a look at the cleanliness of Panera and other competitors, and learn a lesson from them. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with the management of this specific Chipotle but it's been a consistently bad experience for my family. Last night we ordered some food for a special occasion (Chipotle has long been a family favorite for us) and my wife bit into this disgusting piece of plastic in her burrito. If I could do a negative review I would. The line was out the door and there was one person standing at the cashier, two workers doing online orders, and no one making orders for the people walking in. There was food and garbage everywhere in their dining area. A worker dragged a garbage bag across the dining area and left a large wet streak of some substance on the floor for everyone to walk through. All of the plastic forks and spoons were dirty with some sort of crusted food. When it finally came time for me to eat my food, everything I had seen unsanitary wise made me sick and nauseous I couldn't even take a bite I was so disgusted. read more

My husband & I went to Chipotle tonight to get a bowl for dinner. Once again they ran out of food. This time vegetables. I had ordered a brisket which show a picture of meat with pepper. I got meat & rice. When a said something to the server she said "Well you can get the other stuff" which was the salsa & corn I guess. They only had black beans & that was almost empty. Now we went around 4:30 because last time we went they ran out of chicken. We walked out that time as we waited in line 10-15 minutes & a server yelled out" We're out of chicken, 10-15 minutes before we have more" Really. Very unfortunate that service has stopped. Multiple times orders are not fulfilled as ordered with no notice. When I took two orders in tonight because BOTH (ordered online) were incorrect the two people are register had a bad attitude - that I was inconveniencing them! There was no apology for the errors rather defensive and annoyance. The ingredients add you our bowls were incomplete and one order has allot of cheese on it when the written specified that there could be no dairy because of allergens. Still, I would not recommend this location in consideration of the "out of stock" items (which, when reading thru reviews, seems to happen a lot) and not receiving our full order. This location continues to disappoint. For the last few months they have obviously been short staffed, who isn't? I understand but at least update website hours so I don't drive there and see a sign on the door. They also constantly run out of ingredients at like 6pm. Whoever is completing the food order needs to plan it out better. Yesterday I went there and ordered a burrito and a cup of queso with my chips. I drive home and realized I never even got chips with my cup of queso. What else do I find in my surprise chipotle bag?.. Another burrito that fell apart after one bite. I went to Chipotle tonight and they were clearly overwhelmed. That happens in the restaurant business so, just to be clear, that isn't why I rated the restaurant 2 stars. But, to paint the picture, there were 20 people waiting inside for pick-up orders in addition to the line for people ordering in-store. While waiting in line, I observed two customers bring their food back to the counter. Both times, the burritos were opened up on the same counter that customer meals were prepared. Food spilled out of the burritos and the staff continued to work on the surface, without cleaning it. After watching the second staff person touch food that came back, leave the mess, fail to change his gloves, and help the next customer...I left without the meal I went in for. Unacceptable.
