The same front door that's been broken for the last six months should have been my first reminder of why I stopped coming here. 25 minutes in and no closer to getting food. The shift super/manager just explained to the kids that ordered when I did, that there's only two people working the line. What is supposed to be a "fast food" option is in reality a training ground for rude, incompetent, and quite frankly unattractive people with nose rings and colored hair giving you horrible service, a rude attitude, and even worse food. 30 minutes in the drive through line only to get treated horribly by today's inconsiderate and unattractive young people who could not care less about your experience, your food, your time or your money. I first fell in love with taco bell at this location 30 years ago. That's why it pains me to say that I can no longer patronize this location. The wait times have gone beyond unreasonable. I waited over an hour in the drive through. It took 40 minutes to get to the speaker. And they advised it would be another 20 minutes. I couldn't cancel my online order, so I decided to wait. Associate seemed in such a rush to get us out of there despite the drive thru not being busy at all. But that's not the main issue, it's my order. We had a moderately sized order with about 4 or 5 different things. Everything was thrown in there in a way that it was impossible for the pizza on a large chip's box to not spill all over the box of the cantina chicken quesadilla. It was put in on its side right on top of the quesadilla box. The quesadilla was NOT COOKED all the way. The chicken was cold and the cheese was very barely melted. The center of the cheese was cold. Part of the quesadilla didn't even have anything in it and was just folded tortilla. Quickest drive thru experience I've had, wouldn't have minded waiting longer for edible food. I threw out the quesadilla. Nachos and green verde burrito were ok, but those were for my mate not me. Those also seemed thrown together as well. No napkins in bag. This sauce is perfect for adding an intense kick of flavor to your gorditas, chelupas, tacos, burritos, fajitas and whatever else you think off on the menu at taco bell. This sauce creates a whole new taste that blends in with their food that creates the right amount of spiciness to make your mouth water even as I'm writing this. My marraige sauce for sure didn't have the right ingredients. However,I loved the pick up lines on the packets that I would always share with my ex wife while I dated her. I have gone to this TB in a pinch post-airport and the last experience was the worst. One of the two main doors to get into the restaurant was broken (no sign). One of the two bathrooms was shut-down/closed (that's when we should have turned around). The wait to get our food was probably 30 minutes (not an exaggeration). The food did come like we ordered, thankfully, but this store will not be winning Store of the Year anytime soon. A friend of mine came in to get something quick, we ordered at the kiosk because no one was at the register,after we paid we stood to the side waiting for the food and drinks we got. I don't eat out much and definitely not fast food, but I had a credit on yelp and wanted to see why there is such Taco Bell hype. Lesson learned! After calling (just to inform them of my finding. I knew they'd offer me a complimentary meal, and I'm good on that!), the manager, of course, apologized, explain they clean and check after cleaning, and offered a comp'd meal. Stopped in the drive through at 555. There were 5 cars in front of me. I wasn't able to place my order until 620 and couldn't leave the drive through trap as someone came in behind me. After a 25 min wait was able to order. With three cars ahead of me took another 20 min to make it to the pay window. Finally able to pay for my food 45 min after getting in line. Even with that wait had to wait for my food at the window only to be handed not just the wrong food but some ice cold wrong food. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't leave a review but I live close to this Taco Bell and it's far from the first time similar things have happened. read more
