Love 5 Guys! If you've never been, this review is for you. 1 sorry but don't trust delivery. They can't help but sample the fries. They are real potatoes and seasoned with Cajun or salt and are DELICIOUS! The drivers can't be faulted, if they had them before they know... but they seemingly, don't know when to stop. LOL! Yes, they are that good... It took me 10 years to realize that "small burger" just means a single patty hahaha! I'm not mad about this. The meat is real, and will succumb to time and go rotten if kept for days/weeks/months/ years. It's real food. Yes I will spend $15 buck for this burger and abundant load of the delicious fries... Do not get more than the little though. It's too many fries to eat at one setting g with that big or little burger. Unless you're really hungry. The fountain drinks have good carbonation, they are always spraying and wiping tables or sweeping (hazards of having complementary roasted and salted peanuts to snack on while you're waiting 5-8 minutes for your fresh food. This may be the reason all those people going through the double arches will pay an equal amount for that... you know... wait the extra mi minutes for the better bang for the hard earned buck$... your gut health will thank you! Sorry but I was on my work break when I got this... no time for posing... see the pics from other happy customers OH! This chain has the BEST shakes, if you're looking for a great hotdog, Five Guys will hook you up. There's a secret menu, but I'm happy with the items on the menu up... when you order, just say "all the way" unless you don't like grilled onions... there are a wall full of adds you can choose, yes fresh jalapeños... get some! Yes you can order the meat and fixings without out the delicious in... comes in an aluminum container... Love me some Five Guys... . I ate my fries in the car and like a delivery driver, I could now help myself and ate them all before I got back to work... had no room for the burger so I gave it to a coworker who I caught eating candy and cheddar fish crackers saying he was hungry... he got the burger and he knows... was mad I I didn't get Cajun Fries... why that ungrateful... again, if you know, yah know... it's not his fault. It's been over 10 years since I've been to 5 Guys, so I going here kind of felt like a new experience for me. They have a good selection of burgers that are customizable without an additional charge, which I appreciated. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish my meal, because I have heard that 5 Guys serve a lot of fries (although, I'm not really complaining, especially in this economy), but I found that ordering a little burger, instead of the regular, with a small fry was just the right amount of food. I also liked that service was quick and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The only caveat that I have with 5 Guys is that they have complementary peanuts in shells in the lobby are that you can snack on and if you have a nut allergy, I would avoid going to 5 Guys. Ordered through delivery. The order arrived in a timely manner so this has nothing to do with the delivery. We ordered two milkshakes one coffee and one chocolate. Both were absolutely disgusting! The coffee tasted like it had about 86 shots of burnt espresso and the chocolate tasted awful as well. We both took one sip and had to throw them out because it was that terrible. read more

Always a hit, giant food portions so you'll never leave hungry. It takes a little longer wait time in comparison to other burger places but the wait is worth it 100%! You have to get the giant bag of fries and a double cheeseburger. read more

So glad they are open on Sunday! We were looking for a good burger place to eat for Fathers Day on our way home visiting our fathers. Stopped by Five Guys around 6:45 pm on Sunday. I was surprised there were 3 groups in there but maybe they had the same idea as us. We didn't have to wait to order which was nice. I really love that you can put whatever toppings you want without it being extra cost. The cashier lady was super nice and patient as we tried to decide on what we wanted. She even told me I could get my kids some soda if they wanted. Didn't take long for our food, the burgers were delicious and didn't disappoint. I was able to get my son Root beer so he didn't get the caffeine of other sodas. I got my girls sugar free blueberry lemonade and sugar free strawberry lemonade. We got a regular fry for the kids and I to eat and they gave us so much. I love that they just pile the fries in there. I got cajun seasoning on the side just in case it was too spicy for my kids, it was good! We also splurged and got a shake, chocolate, peanut butter, and malt. It was good and creamy. read more

A great burger with FRESH meat. The Idaho spuds were excellent and also fresh. The restaurant was clean and spacious.

I used the online ordering system for the first time. It was easy to use and sent me a text to have me check in when I was in my way and when I arrived. I replied to the text I was in my way. Five Guys did say online that fries would not be cooked until you arrived. When I arrived, I clicked I was there and went to get my food. When I walked in, I saw many other people had done the same thing and were eating for their go- order... there were quite a few! The three employees in the kitchen and at the counter were working quickly to get customers their food. I only had to wait five minutes. I am very impressed with how fast they got my order to me. I would definitely order online for to-go orders again. The one drawback is if you order online, you have to choose from specific drinks they have as they do not offer their soda fountain drinks. The free peanuts are a nice touch and they were good fresh peanuts. My burger was very good and made to order except it was well done. I like my burger done medium to medium rare. Where this establishment exceeds is in the service. My order was made as requested an in a timely manner. The service itself was friendly, the location is great, the interior was nice and clean. My order was correct, I was asked if I wanted any fry sauce, basically everything about my ordering experience was as as good as you'd hope going into any establishment. I also like that the vinegar comes in packets as well. While flavor wise, the food was good, it was just too greasy for me at the end of the day (the grease seeps through the bag). I don't believe that's a reflection on this location, but most likely the chain in general. Basically I paid $16 for a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, but what I got was a really bad stomach ache. read more

I got the single patty cheeseburger. Burger patty was cooked well and tasted good. Grilled onions were only half done and after the patty was gone I still had like 1/4 of my bun left with no meat to go with it. Cashier was friendly but distracted and had to ask me to repeat my toppings, though there were only like five. Coke Freestyle machines were out of almost all options on one machine and a good number of them on the other. Cajun fries had SO much salt on them I had to wipe each one off with my napkin to eat them. Next time I'm going to spend $17 for one meal, I'll go elsewhere. Although I love 5 guys I will not be going back to this location. We did the curbside and seemed to be forgotten after we called to let them know we were there. I called again after 15-20 minutes to get an update and they brought the food out with no apology. I then noticed they did not give us very many fries and asked if we could add another small fry to the order. I'm guessing this offended them or something because a bunch of the fries in the 2nd order were moldy. On top of all this they put the wrong toppings on one of the burgers. read more

The food is very good, but they completely messed up my order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, and a chocolate shake with whipped cream. It took around 10 minutes to get my burger, and I look at it, and the only thing in between the buns are the patties, bacon, and cheese. No other toppings. It took another 5 minutes for me to get my shake and it ended up being coffee flavored. The same thing happened to my friends where the burgers they ordered were completely messed up and they barely got what they ordered. The night crew on 4/16/22 provided amazing customer service. I am visiting from out of town and this was some of the best customer service I received . The food was hot and my order was perfect. Aaron and Aj greeted me when I came in. When you enjoy your job it shows and I'm thankful they were here because their love for what they do shows. What a great place to go for lunch. The patties are freshly grilled and the fries freshly fried. My husband and I visited this location on a weekday around 1:30pm for lunch. It wasn't at all busy. We each had a cheeseburger, I feel like everything is reasonably priced for the quality and quantity you get. We had Cajun fries this time, they are very flavorful, and extra amazing with the dipping sauce. They workers were all friendly and they weren't just wasting time messing around, they were cleaning or prepping for future orders, I appreciated that. They have the cool machines that have the touch screens and a lot of flavors and options for drinks. The interior was clean and well kept. I would visit again. read more

What we saw thru the window was a worker that had his mask pulled down at the drink machine. He saw me to and ran around the corner and then showed up with his mask fully on. I've always heard good things about Five Guys Burgers, and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The burger is huge! Although I admit I didn't know the cheeseburger was two burger patties, and the jr cheeseburger only has one. The cheeseburger was so big I couldn't finish it, next time I'll get the jr. Also the Cajun fries are amazing!! Definitely getting those again. And the amount they give you is ridiculous! Myself and my 3 kids snacked on them and we still had a few leftover. The price is a little more expensive than your average burger place, but you get a lot of food. Also I love that they tell you where your handmade fries are coming from! Not as good as they used to be. The burgers beef doesn't taste fresh. We often get fries that are not fresh. Maybe it's just the draper location They've gotten better at he Draper location. Not sure if it's a new manager or what but the shift lead was very energetic, greeted everyone with enthusiasm and made sure the food leaving the grill looked right. read more

Consistently good burgers that you design yourself and delicious fries is what makes Five Guys one of my favorite burger places. Get the "little" burger unless you're really hungry cause it's a decent size. Love love love their fresh cut fries. They are always hot and crispy and seasoned just right and they have a good fry sauce to go with them. They also have fresh peanuts to snack on while you're waiting which is a nice touch. I really like this chain. I like everything about it, from its simplistic color scheme, to the limited menu, to the idea that I can get some nice roasted peanuts in lieu of being buried under an avalanche of fries. And the Coke Freestyle machines, which are in nearly every one of these places. That goes a long way with me, too...perhaps further than it should. It will entice me, for instance, even when some locations (no names *ahem*) do a less than stellar job with the burgers. Even though there are very few customers in the place at the time. Still, even a somewhat overcooked patty is still at least partially a joy when had my way. And what is my way? Well, to get it my way, choose either single or double patty, add cheese if you want it, bacon, mushrooms, jalapenos, A-1 sauce and get thee face full. Sometimes I will also add green peppers and less frequently a little splash of lettuce, but that's more of an option; the other toppings are standard. read more

I rarely give 5 stars, especially for fast food but this place was CLEAN and I'm super impressed! The employees are efficient and friendly. One guy was literally running with a broom as he was sweeping up the floor and cleaning tables. The drink station and condiment station were clean. Went here for lunch today with my family. I'm not a big burger and fry fan, but this place is very good. They have a customizable menu and they even have bibles options for those of us whom are carb conscious. The free ed are very fresh, and if you like fry sauce, they have one of the best fry sauces I've ever had! There is not a better burger or fry in Draper. This location has milkshakes which is a bonus. Get the Oreo Creme only, mmm. Also, try mixing mayo and bbq sauce (fry sauce variation) with your lite Cajun Fries. Its a game changer. read more
