Tried the Half Chicharrón Bowl and a Guanábana drink at Pork N Roll and honestly it was really good. The restaurant has a cool vibe inside and the service was great from the moment we walked in. The Chicharrón Bowl came with crispy pork belly over Colombian yellow potatoes, melted cheese, guacamole, and their house garlic sauce. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and I especially loved all the crispy bits throughout the bowl. It paired super well with their hot BBQ sauce too. The Guanábana (soursop drink) was really refreshing and went great with the richness of the pork. Only reason I'm giving it a 7.5/10 instead of higher is because it was a little pricey for the portion size, but overall the food was delicious and definitely worth trying if you're into crispy pork belly and comfort food. read more

So first off the owner and person that greeted us was absolutely awesome! We went with his recommendations and unfortunately, the food wasn't good. The problem was is that the pork belly was cut too big and too thick and not cooked enough so it was very tough and chewy. I got the bowl and my wife got the tacos and the pork belly was the same. It was really a bummer as we were hoping it would be a great place to go to, but unfortunately, it was a big miss. On a sidenote, the french fries were great. read more

So the food didn't come out as quickly as I would have hoped and it was a little unclear where I should bus my dishes. That is the extent of negative things I have to say. It was delicious. The pork belly had crispy skin but was soft to bite without being rubbery so it wasn't overcooked. I don't love potatoes so I was disappointed that they were seemingly the only side available, but these were roasted slow enough that they turn into mash in your mouth. Dynamite. Everything was seasoned well and the garlic and hot sauces were excellent complements. The dining room was clean and generally a pleasant place to eat a meal. I only went in because everything around it was closed on a Sunday. I'm glad that was the case. read more

An awesome new spot in Draper. We paid 14$ for Farm Burger that comes with fries. The hostess was very friendly and polite. Very cute design, great music. You can see that a lot of effort was put and that they value their customers. The fries 10/10 - super crunchy. We loved the burgers, cooked to perfection. Juicy, delicious with toasted bun. Even with the juices bun did not get soggy. I recommend this place for all the burger lovers :) read more

The service was impecable. Our food was made quickly and came out piping hot. The flavors were amazing, yellow potatoes melt in your mouth. The empanadas are stuffed full, and the masa is both crunchy and soft and velvety. The choridog- delicious. Eveyrything was so amazing here! I walked in and the manager/owner greeted me with a very warm smile. He went over the menu with me to help me understand. He took my order with great elegance and service. I sat down after getting my drink and my food was out on my table in less then 5 minutes. The food was so good I ate it before I could think to take a picture! The restaurant itself was quite nice and welcome. I loved the art and the clean tables. Porko Burger - Brioche bun, angus burger patty topped with melted cheese, dip fried chopped pork belly, bacon, caramelized onions. It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Chicharron Bowl - Pork belly, on top of yellow potatoes (Colombian Potato) and melted cheese, served with guacamole and garlic sauce. The potatoes were PERFECTLY cooked on this one!! Other notes: -Their Garlic sauce is what dreams are made of. -Their branding is top notch. From the wrap on the truck, to the paper bags, to the parchment paper in the boxes for burgers to the frequent diner card, and to the Little Pig BRANDED on the bun. -The Staff is so nice!! This food truck visited my work today and I was very excited to see something new. Service took a while but they provided customers with buzzers so you could wait inside or somewhere warm for your food. The bbq burger was messy, but really good. It came with pork short ribs on it and there were some pieces of rubbery tendon which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The fries and sauces provided were great. A side of the yellow potatoes was $4, and they were like little mashed potatoes inside a potato skin. I would definitely give this food truck another try and give something else on the menu a taste! read more

Are you a fan of food trucks? Well, I've got a brand new one for you today that is also a hidden gem! This is a pork-based food truck - but let me tell you they have SO much more than that! They have a lot Colombian inspired dishes, but it really only adds this extra spice and flavor that makes you crave it more! I was lucky enough to try a variety of dishes like canastas de platano (which was essentially fried plantain bowls layered with meat, cheese and guacamole), the Farm Burger (which comes on a brioche bun with beef, mozzarella cheese, fried egg, fried plantain, bacon and caramelized onions) I added some pork belly as well which made it extra delicious, and the Chicharron Bowl (which is pork belly layered on top of yellow potatoes and melted cheese - topped with guacamole and their special garlic sauce). I can honestly say EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious and so unique! The dishes are simple, but with the added specialty of the fried plantains and that amazing garlic aioli everything was phenomenal. I definitely recommend giving their very popular Chicharron bowl a try - it is a great dish on its own but is so yummy to share with others! Everything they serve does not seem like your regular food truck fair - it is all super fresh and you can tell it was made right then and there. I also love that they serve the meal on real dishes when you eat at their little popup location! They are currently parked at 6813 S State Street Midvale Utah in front of Hastur Games. They are open from 4pm-9pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday & Saturday 2pm-9pm & Sunday 12pm -7pm! I think there is a dish for anyone and everyone to give a try! Truly unique and delicious! The bowls are huge and most will be satisfied with a half a bowl. I had the chicharron bowl. Perfectly cooked chicharron. I added yellow plantains (maduros) to mine and appreciated the sweet and salty. The bottom of the bowl is little potatoes and stringy melted cheese. Attack the cheese early on! What a unique meal. Horrible service. If your hours state that you close at 7pm, you should respect that and serve guests and let them order until closing time. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were told that the kitchen is closed, yet we see an order being packed for picked up.
