I don't know if the cook was paying attention to making the meat for my cheese burger or not which didn't seem like it cause he was interested in talking to everyone but focusing on the meat. Well anyways I went in today and got a cheeseburger and the cook didn't really pay attention he kept talking and I guess he was so distracted that he made my meat not fully cooked I got food poisoning after eating it! Alright let's get one thing straight I went into this joint for this first time. I knew of it, the only reason we went was because my brother wanted to for his birthday. But with the way it was set up those free peanuts do not make up for the burgers. I Five Guys Burgers! Better Burgers than In N Out, Carls Jr., Red Robin, etc. I love how you can customize the toppings specifically. My Fiancee and I find any reason to come and get a bacon cheeseburger. They are very generous with the fries. The staff are friendly, hard working, and love to give recommendations on the food and shake types. The peanut butter and chocolate shake is soo damn good! I love the easy going, down to earth, casual dining area. Please do not ever change the music! I love listening to classic oldies while eating here. We wanted to try out the newly opened Five Guys in North Fontana. We ordered online - which we highly recommend!! Our son walked into the restaurant, which was PACKED, and picked up our order. The burgers were ready when our son arrived, and the fries were served up once he came in to get the order. Everything was already paid for, so it was easy, easy, easy! We ordered three different burgers/toppings - easily marked with a number that corresponded to our order receipt. Each of our orders were perfect - no problems. Remember that the regular burgers are really two beef patties, and the "little" burgers are the same size, but just one beef patty. When ordering online, you can customize your burger toppings to what you want, and then it asks if you want to keep it regular, to add more, or to add less for each topping that you want. From what we got, it seemed to be on the less side for the lettuce - so next time we'll ask for "more". The fries were excellent and freshly served when we picked up our order. A large is HUGE and serves 3-4 EASILY, and a small easily serves two. They are put in large cups and overfilled, so expect lots of fries. The fries are thickly cut with the skins on, crispy on the outside, but fluffy inside, and seasoned nicely. (We just got the regular seasoned - not the cajun) Overall, a nice addition to North Fontana! Our burgers were very good - more like homemade (don't compare to In-n-Out . . . our favorite, but a whole different type of burger than Five Guys.) We LOVE being able to order online with each burger being able to be individualized ----WONDERFUL ---- plus walking up to the front of the line and picking up our order - already paid for - was FABULOUS!!! read more

I came in last night to pick up dinner. The young lady that took my order was very polite. The place was pretty clean. But the whole reason as to why I decided to write a review was for the young gentleman that made my order, Edni I believe and hope is his name. He was so polite and professional and just went above and beyond to make sure I had ketchup and napkins. You can tell he cared and enjoyed his job. Any order young person would of called out your number and said here you go. But not Edni. He even asked, would you like extra fries? He stood out and that caught my eye with his professionalism. He was very polite to his co workers as well. I just wanted to make sure I put this out there. Because of him, my family and I will be coming more often to this burger joint.
