Driving to Vegas, needed a rest stop and a quick bite to eat. For the rest stop, their bathrooms are locked so you have to get the code from the cashier. Also note, no paper towels in the bathrooms but they do have napkins over by the self-serve fountain drink machines (two there, only one working). So if you're not an air-dry-my-hands kind of person, grab a few before you go in. For the food, it's normal Wendy's choices. I almost always go with the burger. Funny that I don't remember it this way but the price difference between the Davy's Single meal and the Dave's Double meal was only a dollar. So, even if I wasn't going to be able to finish the double-cheeseburger, it was worth the buck. Plus, if you check the app, they may have a deal - for me on this visit, it was a dollar off so...win, win! Burger was good, cooked correctly, with the customization as desired (no tomato, no onion, etc.). Fries for good as well. You can order through the app, through one of the kiosks they have in the lobby or directly with a cashier. They did look short staffed though, the dining area could use a little TLC as could the bathrooms. I only saw three people behind the counter. That doesn't seem like a lot to run a restaurant. I'm sure there was someone else farther back in the store or on break but you could tell they were stressed. But, they got our order right and it was delivered quickly. Came to order at the front register, but the manager told us to use the kiosk instead. We explained that the kiosk wasn't working for us, but she still refused to take our order. We tried the kiosk again, and it still didn't work. When we went back to the register, she avoided us, made eye contact, and didn't acknowledge us at all. We only had a two-item order, and it felt like she simply didn't want to help. The service was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. Customer service should never make people feel ignored. Horrible service! This place was empty no one going through the drive thru and the inside had no customers. Tell me why the 1st thing they do is try to add on extra items to my order and overcharge me. They remove it when I have to correct them. I get my order still have the nerve to try to charge me for a sauce. Not extra sauce ( which i could understand, but one measly sauce). I leave i get home. My sandwich full of mayonnaise and missing the spicy chicken lol. Come on!!! You guys were not busy to make so many errors on one order with the nerve to still try to charge me for extra sauce. Be a rebel make the situation right and dont charge for a sauce!! Im sure the employees eat more items for free than a sauce. I'm not sure what happen to this Wendy's - I always get off here from my commute and order the same things I like. The manager was awful - I know people are stressed out and it's a hard job but please do not think your customers are trash. I had problems with the kiosk ordering , went to go ask for help the person who I flagged down for help blew me off and stood silent, like she was offended I started asking the manger why I couldn't get help- just to have her jump in and be little me like I was a rude customer - I was just asking for help as a disabled person I'm upset they dismiss people who they think they can belittle or disregard. Very dirty bathrooms and seating areas. Order was messed up so they took it back to correct. Went up ten minutes later and was told they forgot all about ohhh t what they had to make. Getting drowsy on the way to Vegas in the rain so I decided to pull over. I was happy to find the restaurant was very clean and the staff gave us a warm friendly greeting as soon as we walked up to the register. We decided to split one of their 2 for $6 deals since we there more to wake up and use the restroom before continuing on our trek. Even the restrooms were clean which is a rarity on a Vegas road trip. The food was what you'd expect at Wendy's, nothing special but thankfully no disasters either. The staff was very helpful as we placed our orders so no problems there. All in all a pleasant rest stop to recharge before hitting the road again. read more

Tonight we went through the drive thru and at first the line was really long so I was worried we would be waiting for a long time and the fries were most likely going to just be "one in the batch". Boy was I wrong! The fry debate of today has been solved. Wendy's has the best fries and the price and wait were worth it! Everytime I come to this Wendy's drive thru, they make us go park to the front and wait for our order. The wait is always around 20 mins.

Went thru the drive thru for 2 strawberry lemonades. When I drove up I was told they are all out of straws. I asked the girl if the lids had the sip lid and she replied with "no, but you can take off the lid" I told her I wanted a refund because I was driving and cannot drive sipping lemonades that way. She offered to put one in a coffee cup but not the large. I asked if she can pour the large into 2 cups and she replied with ab attitude with " I can give you 2 cups" I reiterated to her if she can pour it and she refused and just handed me the cups with an attitude. I replied to her that they should have notified us when ordering as a part of having good customer skills. I can only imagine how much busier this shopping center is going to get with lennar building over 1500 new homes, along with new homes going up by a different builder "summit place" along with the new homes which just completed by KB Homes -- Wendys is just about to gain much more customers. Went through the drive thru today, ordered three of their chicken wraps, a cheeseburger and two drinks for my family, they ended up shorting us on wraps, but gave us three extra hamburgers, the girl was sincerely sorry and told us to keep the extra hamburgers which were their chicken bacon sandwiches, and then also fulfilled our order as ordered.
