We stopped at farmers boys on Etiwanda and Jurupa in Fontana using the drive through, that was last night around 9 pm. We ordered a hamburger combo with zucchini instead of fries and paid $18.49. We got our food and left them we realized we didn't get our drink, we came back and asked for our drink, a diferent girl came to the window and said really rude, I can give you a drink but you're going to have to pay for it, I said I didn't take your order so I don't know and if you want the drink you are going to pay for it. At that point I was disappointed for the way I was being treated and for the poor service, the rudeness of this people was unbelievable and I said, here is your food, give me my money back. We noticed the place was empty, there was nobody else beside us in the drive through, must be for the poor service. We have been coming here for years since it is the closest location. How helpful or friendly employees are on any given day can be hit and miss. The food has usually been okay and the portion size is good. My biggest drawback is, how expensive it is. A Bacon boy combo is 15.49 and my husband wanted a shake which was even with the combo an extra 2.80. I had fish and fries and a shake and we paid 40 bucks. On our way to an early morning meeting, we stopped off for a cup of coffee: which was fine. At this hour, inside was practically empty. The service was super-fast and the staff was bright and chipper. While I didn't get pics, I did see staff opening fresh avocados for breakfast and lunch. (BTW, I've opened hundreds of avocados myself, but never with the efficiency that they have. Its also good to know that the avocados are fresh at the restaurant.) Check out my pics. The taller male who worked the drive through window picked up trash from the floor and didn't wash his hands. The freaking sink is right behind him. His demeanor and attitude was unprofessional towards customers. I get it, the job sucks, however if you cannot handle working the window with direct customer service, fall back to the kitchen or quit. I would never accept this type of attitude in my business. It's depressing and your dragging down your colleagues. Not sure if this is franchised own but after reading all the Yelp reviews, I would be figuring out what the F is going on in my restaurant.
