You are there for us at 6:00 am sharp, not 6:01 or 6:02 with open doors and arms, hot and fresh coffee and smiles galore courtesy the awesome Bri and very nice Karen. Then again at 8:52 pm for that post big dinner green tea with honey. This is a nice, cozy, not too big but just right location that I have never seen too crowded. The atmosphere is chill. The layout is very customer friendly with easy access to the pick up area. The coffee and tea section is well maintained. We have had the Asian Chicken salad - very fresh, tasty and with a great dressing. Tomato soup - just can't get enough. Asiago bagels - toasted just right with the cheese melting and that little almost burnt but well done flavor and aroma. The breakfast sandwiches- the sausage and eggs on Ciabatta with a little Tabasco got 3 out of 4 votes. The restrooms are clean and taken care of. The team here starting with the GM Efrem is solid. This is a training facility for other locations and I have met the awesome Kiara, Team Lead from Yucaipa and Berlyn who will be transitioning to Rancho Cucamonga in a few. Parking can be a bit tight so please do park a 100 yards away in the ample and open Target lot. I love that this is a very convenient spot just off the I 15 freeway Vegas bound or on the return with a quick jump on and off. read more

1/16/2026 4 1/2 Stars - Forgot an additional item on salad. Autumn Squash Soup - This soup was recommended by the cashier at the register. She recommended this soup over the tomato soup. Decided to get a bowl because I was hangry! It was delicious and had that warm autumnal flavors. The butternut squash flavor was rich and creamy. There was a lovely sweetness to the soup with a hint of cinnamon. I know there are other flavors, but that's what I tasted right away. Love the crunch of roasted pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top. I would order again if I ever want some squash soup! Not sure if this was seasonal. Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains - Clean, crisp romaine lettuce with mixed greens. The greek dressing did not have overly strong herbal flavors and acidity, which I really liked. Honestly, it tasted more like a light Italian dressing. Love the additions of creamy hummus, tangy feta, and fresh, sliced cucumbers. The red onions were left as a large raw onion ring than being chopped up, which actually was better. Loved the sweet peppers (aka spicy chopped cherry peppers), which brought the whole salad together. The chicken was a good choice because clean eating for January was hard. I needed some protein! Chicken was thinly sliced and chopped up. It was moist and not dry. One thing they forgot: The farro and rice grains. That would have been a good salad! But overall a very satisfying salad! I was surprised I enjoyed it so much! I would order this again! French Baguette - Each order comes with chips or baguette. I had two separate orders, so they gave me two. I was not eating any carbs for clean January, but they just added the baguettes in there. Had my family eat it. They said the outer crust was not hard, but not pleasant to eat and it was too chewy on the inside. Not that great, but they still ate it. Customer Service - Ordered at the front register. Good, friendly and patient customer service! Also, the person who gave me my order was friendly too. Nice people all around! Had my food to-go and the food came out within 10 minutes. For to-go orders, there is a screen on the wall next to the pick-up counter that shows you if your order is being prepared or if it is ready for pick-up. It helps looking at it and pass the time! Lol! Ambiance / Seats / Bathroom - There is a lot of tables and chairs indoors and outdoors too, so it won't be difficult to find a place to eat. Not a lot of people eat inside, so there's plenty of seats. It is an old restaurant and it shows. It is clean, but the furniture is old. Definitely needs an update! If it's well-established, I think a renovation would be good! Bathroom was clean. A few stalls. Bathroom also needs a makeover too. Parking - Right in front of the restaurant is difficult. This is a strip mall where lots of businesses share parking. However, this is a large strip mall, so you can find parking elsewhere. read more

Ordered from this location on road trip from Vegas to Long Beach. They are conveniently located right off the highway and our order was ready for pickup in the drive thru as promised. They offered the standard high quality items that PB is known for, great bagels and salads. Got a bakers dozen bagels and two salads, both fresh and tasty. We were very disappointed that the team chose to place all bagels, both sweet and savory (everything bagel) in the same bag. It was a huge letdown as the everything bagel is very strong scented and it goes terribly with the sweet bagels. In fact, the smell was so strong that my husband passed on the bagels. Parking here is a bit challenging during lunch time hour , I usually park at the Target side and walk over . The time to retrieve our food was fairly quick, dining room and bathroom were clean . I like Panera Bread but the fact that you have to tell them every single thing like hey toast my bagel and slice it. You have to customize your order. Who else wants to buy a five dollar bagel that's cold and not sliced. I could just buy a bagel at the grocery store then. I needed to do some work on the computer with my girlfriend and went to Panera. I like it because it has the right type of ambience to do work or homework. It's unfortunate that I have to write this. It's been a few days since this happened, so this is not an emotional review. Service and food used to be good at this location, but it's become progressively worse. This was the last straw. Ordered via the app as usual. Got there and food was 15 mins past the promised time. It was curbside. Called the store to see if the order was received or late. They just forgot to bring it out. Cody the manager brought it out, friendly. Got home, and the Baja Bowl was a disaster! The avocado was rotten to the core. See pictures. I called Cody and he was apologetic and gave me a credit for a bowl. We hung up, and I was stirring the bowl & removing the avocado, and there was a plastic lid from a dressing cup in the food, in the bowl. See pictures. I called Cody back, this time I was upset, not just irritated. This time I asked for a refund and he did it without hesitation. Cody was the only good thing from this experience. Felt sorry for the guy to be honest. Not his fault. Idk how it would enter any one's mind that this food was good for presentation, let alone consumption! Absolute trash! Logo is a bit different without the signature lady with bread, just the letters Panera present for the moment, the place filled up all the cups at kiosks for self service, the 2nd location I have seen to practice this, also they have plastic straws which is great, syrup for coffee also available at the counter, water has its own fountain combine with soft drinks machine, finally the seats were clean but a bit wet, so I took down a star, but at least I could stay at charge my phone because they have a lot of outlets. read more

Have been going to this location for a while since it's close to home. I love that we are able to order online but it's been hit and miss with the time to receive the order. Typically it's been fast but there has been a few times that the app said my order was ready when actually it wasn't when I arrived. The food has been pretty consistent which is a plus. I love their chicken and wild rice soup and their toasted Fontega chicken sandwich. For breakfast, I love their spinach and artichoke soufflé as well as their breakfast sandwiches. I been going to Panera for about 25 + years , but now it is becoming a pain in my A!! This is because you have Wi-Fi freeloaders going in there not purchase nothing by taking up a booth or a table that has closed connection to plug-in there. Cell phone ,computers. I've seen as much as three computers and two cell phones plus-in never leave the table or give it up for people coming in whether with small children , handicap or senior citizens I think it's ridiculous for the management of Panera not control that problem because I seen Starbucks in the Fontana area I'm not saying all of them but a few have changed their policy. We had to walk up to the counter and ordered our meal again in person. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards. It always takes awhile for your order to be prepared, but this gives us the time to talk together about our day with my family.
