The quality of ingredients was fresh and top quality. The dog had perfect texture, flavor and was well cooked. The Fiesta dog was like a party for the tastebuds. Imagine a Dean and DeLuca that specialized in unique sodas, chips and other sundries. There were many items in there that I am confident can not be found anywhere else in NC or SC. I saw some HERR's baby back rib chips that hope to get back to visit. I forgot to get a milkshake but hear they are delicious. I also was dog focused, but the pizza looked good. Parking is available in about 5-6 spaces up front and I think this is more of a carry out place. I spoke to the owner - was very impressed. He is focused on excellence and it shows. He has been awarded a Heinz 'Black Kitchen Initiative' award. The place looked clean and he made me feel welcome! It's was seriously the best potato salad I've had in as long as I can remember! The chopped cheese hit the spot as well. I'm not sure of their exact schedule as I just stumbled upon them in this spot, but if you have some time it is worth waking by the area to see what trucks are there, and if Sal's is there the you definitely need to do yourself a favor and go try it.
