She immediately engaged the Manager (Stephanie) and, after hearing what my needs were, she said she could absolutely handle it for me. This was about 12:30 PM and I requested to pick up the food at 4:30. She said she would personally ensure it would be ready at 4:30. I arrived at abous 3 minutes before 4:30 and Stephanie and the same Cashier (can't remember her name) were pulling my items that had just been cooked and packaged and being placed on the counter for me. I felt like I was the most important thing to her and her staff and they now have earned my trust and they will surely see us using their services again!
