The customer service from the cashier was unsatisfactory and very unprofessional. While waiting for the order to complete which is now past 20 minutes the cashier ignores me at the window turning her head to look away from the window. Cashier continues texting on her phone and starts laughing as I honk the horn to get her attention. Cashier never apologizes for the long wait as she hands over the order. This particular establishment has an issue with giving the fried wings away while waiting in a designated area way past the promised time frame. My understanding the manager on site does not care if there are complaints about the staff.
