    Little bacon burger and fries
    Naomi B.

Although I'm not a chain restaurant fanatic, I can't help but love me a burger from 5 Guys from time to time. I particularly frequent this location because it's only a couple minutes away from home, and doesn't get overbearingly crowded. The food is always made fresh to order in their open kitchen area so you can stand there and drool as your creation comes to life. There are 15 assorted toppings to choose from to suit your tastes or you can go for the gusto and order a burger with everything...either way the toppings are free of charge. My Creation: Bacon Burger with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, and grilled onions I love that first bite...when you get that crunch from the bacon and the juicyness from the burger...and FYI...the "Little" sized burgers aren't actually small, they're quite sizeable, but I'm a freakin' pig, so I always get the regular version, which is huge. Fries: I always get the smallest size, with good reason. They give you a LOTTTTTTT of fries. Like fries for days kind of fries. They're hot, fresh, and tasty, and you can either get them regular flavored or cajun flavored. Service: Never had a problem here, even during the lunch rush, and I've been here on quite a few occasions. Nice people, awesome eats, and fun atmosphere! Thumbs up for 5 Guys!

I enjoy Five Guys....especially their generosity with the fries(seriously, can you imagine McDs being that generous?). They amount of choices for toppings is a plus as well. Sidenote: Every Five Guys is terribly cold on the inside....EVERY!

I'm completely UPSET. I'm on my 30 minute lunch break, ordered curbside pick up. I called the store 30 times for someone to come outside to bring me my food. No one answered. I couldn't walk inside the store because I have a hole in my shorts, Hence the reason for me ordering curbside for a reason. I finally got through 18 mins later and all the GM Chance said was "I'll refund you sorry"... I appreciate the refund but the sympathy could of been way better:" being that I sat outside your store 18 mins, with no answer. The phone was ringing not sure why the staff were ignoring calls. I won't be going here for a while. UPDATE: Today is 08/24/20 & I still haven't received a refund for my order that was never fulfilled. Five guys isn't cheap.

The flavor was just ok. The fries were good and great flavor. The coleslaw and great flavor. Everything was super clean. The staff were very friendly. * The negatives in our opinion; they called out the orders over the intercom system VERY loud!!! One of the girls would yell the person's order over the intercom. Everyone around us would hold their ears. When the guy would call out the order it was fine. We sat outside in the patio area. There were teenage kids at the table next to us that was being sooo loud and yelling back and forth and would even throw things and each other. After about 10 minutes when we sat down to eat thank goodness they left!!!! In our opinion (my wife and I) we felt Cane's was OK. Don't think it's the best chicken in town but definitely not the worst. We will definitely be back some time.

For a fast casual dining restaurant, off the bat, the exterior of this location is very inviting with its contemporary style. The aesthetics of this location continues inside with it's decor and the various seating arrangements which include the standard height, booths and bar height tables. As for the food, I appreciate that there's not a crazy amount of options. It's mainly Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast, Coleslaw and their Cane's sauce. Their drink options include: fountain dinks, iced tea, and lemonade. We learned that the lemonade is made in-house and freshly squeezed each day, which was actually pretty delicious. We got The Box combo so we could try a little of everything. The toast was nicely buttered and toasty. The chicken fingers and coleslaw were just average tasting. The chicken was fried well and juicy on the inside but it felt like it lacked a bit of flavor. It wasn't bland but I guess if you dipped in into the sauce, it's their saving grace. The Cane's Sauce is really good, by the way. The coleslaw tasted as I expected so nothing really stood out to me. There are 2 family restrooms with changing tables. It was nice, clean and well stocked with paper products. High chairs are available outside the restrooms. And the service we received was great!

As a creature of habit, I get what I know and like, and VERY RARELY am I left wondering why I spent my money here. So, I guess that is something to say considering the last time I went to Zaxbys (at any location) has been well over two years. On a time crunch, this location was en route as I left Jacksonville to head back home to Orlando, and the service was quick despite there being a line of cars. I didn't go inside the restaurant, so I cannot speak to the overall look, feel, and/or ambiance of the space, but I am sure it is standard. Most fast food restaurants have a standard look and feel, especially if they are chain restaurants, and are usually devoid of any personality beyond that. As for the food, it was good. I got the kids (chicken tender) meal (do not judge me). Haha! It hit the spot and did what I needed it to do, which was to hold me over on my drive back home. As always, I paired it with the special sauce and some water (because I promise I am an adult - haha). And that's that. I cannot recommend whether this location is the best spot or not, as I do not live in Jacksonville to be able to say yay or nay. But my experience the day I visited was good.

The place is usually packed, but since it was Sunday before noon I managed to beat the post-church crowd. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a steady stream of drive thru orders coming in, so it was louder in the kitchen than the dining room. The lady at the counter was patient and leaned in to catch my order clearly, which I appreciated. I went with the Wings & Things meal. The lemon pepper wings didn't have that crisp snap I normally expect, though the flavor was solid. The tenders tossed in Tongue Torch sauce hit the right note, but the wings just weren't at their best today. I didn't mention it to the counter since the rush was picking up. On the bright side, the fried pickles were spot on. The wife was happy, so that part was a win.

I am not sure of titles or positions, but I am guessing Troy is in management. If he is responsible for the hiring, he has done a great job! In my few visits to this store, I have always been treated like they are actually happy I showed up. This is so rare in the restaurant business these days. On my first visit, I met JJ, an energetic and enthusiastic bundle of energy. On my subsequent visits, she introduced me to Vanessa and Alexis, who were just as effervescent. I really like going to this store! Troy, while a bit more reserved, demonstrated confident professionalism. It is also clear that the team that works with him respects his leadership.
