I had a such an awful experience tonight at subway. The lady (Rosy) was handling my sandwich and then decided to handle another sandwich which had pork and due to religious restrictions I didn't feel comfortable of my sandwich being placed in the same toaster with the pork. I ask if she can not put the sandwich together and she began to get mad. There was no line behind me and I was the only person. She was touch surfaces with her gloves and I asked if she can change her gloves when she's handling my sandwich and she had a whole hissy fit on changing gloves. And then she began to get mad and thankfully Nathan came in and began to handle my sandwich in more sterile way. Rosy had such an awful way to communicate and was not following any of Nevada food handling standards. read more

I went with my girlfriend yesterday to get some subway as it's been a minute since we got subway and was super excited as it was a long day for us. We came in trying to get some sandwiches when Rosy gave attitude for not wanting to switch gloves and toast breads separately as each sandwich had two different meats, since we had a tuna sandwich and another sandwich with pork. We can't eat pork due to religious reasons and so we felt very disrespected as we were being very respectful with a kind request to switch gloves and toast separately. Rosy was very aggressive and we felt a little scared with the experience as she was being slightly more aggressive to my girlfriend. The other co worker was very nice and respectful and deserves all praise as he handled our order respectfully and kindly. So thank you! SNHD is definitely going to look at food safety practices at this location as using the same gloves while handling two meat types (seafood and poultry) is highly frowned upon. Additionally I was giving feedback to the young gentleman that helped me with the goal to relay the feedback back to her separately when she over heard and instead of taking another customers order acted very unprofessional and said "if you have something to say say it to my face" which I did! Definitely needs some help with receiving feedback especially from customers! Shame on subway for this experience. read more

I went to the store this evening and ordered a chicken sandwich foot long sub and there was a young Hispanic boy who made it and the chicken was gross slimy and smelled like salmonella so I decided to go back and get a replacement and the audacity of that boy arguing with me about having a nasty chicken from that nasty store. It may look clean but the chicken was disgusting. The vegetables were frozen not fresh like it's supposed to be since it's Subway. It was just a horrible experience. I've been to a LOT of subways in my life. A lot. No, more than that. No, even more than that! This one ranks at the very top. Bread was fluffy and fully cooked. Meats tasted fresh and flavorful. Veggies were crisp and ripe. Service was fast and polite - kept the line moving and the sandwiches coming. read more

Subway should always be a quick visit, and the employees at this location definitely make a line move fast. This location is right on the road leading up to the Red Rock Canyon, and we chose to get our picnic sandwiches from here for our Red Rock day. They got through the line extremely quick and provided great service. We came to try the new rotisserie style chicken sandwiches, and they were tastier than expected! Much better than their oven roasted chicken. They put a good amount of toppings on there to make a great filling sandwich. 2 stars for the taste and the friendliness of the young kid who served me, he was friendly. I went last night and there was a young boy, maybe 12 years old, in front of me. He told me to go ahead of him because he was waiting for someone on his phone to tell him what to get. Anyways, I ordered and heard the other sandwich maker ask him what he wanted. He said he's still waiting , he's not good with ordering. She then said maybe he should've ordered online in a derogatory tone. I almost said something to her because I found that quite rude. I didn't and I should've. I have the subway app and scanned it, now almost 24 hours later the points still haven't shown up on my app. I also have previously submitted missing points on their app, they never showed up. Subway has no more paper coupons , so every little thing helps. RUDE and UNWELCOMING. I've noticed this Subway's slow decline over the last couple years with regard to customer service. You literally don't know what to expect from one visit to another. I sometimes go in typically during the day and the staff is wonderful. I went in this evening at 8:45 and was ignored. I didn't get a Hello or what will you have. I walked to the area to order and two ladies working there just looked at me stone faced as if I should not have bothered to come in to make them "work". I was ignored while the one who was not cleaning surveyed the inventory then went into the back and finally returned. I Didn't get a hello or what will you have she merely looked at me. I placed the order and she followed everything to the T which was nice. At checkout she rings me up and says nothing. I finally ask her if the total I see on the register is the total to which she replies Yes. I was there at 8:45 not 9:55 so did not understand the attitude. Went to this subway, customer service was terrible. I asked for 1 kids meal and 1 meal and 2 sandwiches. Was charged for chips and not given a meal. Tipped them, then asked where's my second cup for the second meal. She said I had to pay separate. Only charged for chips. Then got charged separate for a fountain drink. Should have deleted the first charge, and redone the order. But they didn't care, rushed me out the door. People don't take time to listen and get things correct. read more

Closest Subway from all your Red Rock adventures! Ever wonder how clean a restaurant is behind them closed doors? Like many of the Subways I visit, service was great and the food was fresh! What makes this Subway different is that I was able to take a peek behind the scenes of this fast food restaurant. I ended up here during an off campus field trip for my HVAC class. My professor was able to set up a date with Ben (manager) for us students to check out how their fridges, freezers, and A/C units are maintained on a quarterly basis. After a long 4 hours of detailed information and walk throughs which many of you would not understand or even care about, all of us were pretty amazed with how often these systems actually need to be cleaned to prevent buildup from occurring. Let's just say that if you personally seen the amount of calcium/lime accumulated within 3 months in ice machines, you would not want to get ice from any low end restaurants out there. read more

I am posting 1 star due to customer service. "EV" was combative and extremely rude after she was made aware that she made a BLT sandwich incorrectly and did not add lettuce or tomato. When I called the store she began yelling at me telling me it's the customers responsibility to tell her what to put on a sandwich but she was told because a BLT has lettuce and tomato.... She then got mad and did not suggest making it correctly and told me to contact the manager and then hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I paid for a sandwich and never got what I ordered and I can't even eat the sandwich she made because it's simply bread and bacon with mayo. I am saddened how bad customer service is and how uneducated the employees making the sandwiches actually are about the products they are making. Waste of money and time... I will go to a different subway because of the unprofessional manner of EV". Hopefully I can order from someone that actually cares about their job and isn't just an order taker. I thought I'd be smart and order ahead. When I walked in though the woman working was wondering how I could've ordered my mobile order and like that was something their location didn't do. After I asked her the address of the place and showed her that I had in fact order from this particular Subway she finally realized that their GrubHub machine wasn't on and she had to reset it. She told me that I would have to call GrubHub to figure out my order. I stood in the lobby for some time and she just stood with her back to me while I waited in the lobby. I ended up walking out and tried calling GrubHub. Due to these weird crisis times I was told that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and it would be awhile. I was heading to Red Rock and didn't have time to wait as I was meeting with people. After my adventure I came back to the subway and the same girl was there, I asked how I was going to go about getting my money back for the sandwich I didn't get and she said that she ended up calling GrubHub and found my order. She also told me that she didn't tell me to call them to which I said that it was probably a miscommunication. She had to call her manager and she remade my sandwich. A bit of advice though. I really like the pizza at Subway by in this case I don't recommend it. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese on it, they always add so little cheese. Not to mention the staff of this subway are extremely rude to the customers. I definitely do not recommend this subway to anyone else. read more
