Solid, delicious, classic burgers, and fresh fries for feasting! I had the bacon cheeseburger, and it was amazing. Huge charred patty was thoroughly cooked, yet still tantalizingly juicy. I'm from planet gluten free, so I had the lettuce wrap, and it was perfect, like a boat to hold all the caramelized onions and cheese that slid down there, so eating what remained was like a second meal lol. Fries were obviously fresh, perfectly crisp outside and creamy inside, and the right amount of salt. I especially appreciated the cup, which kept them warm until I was finished eating. Service was good food was not really . I got the little cheeseburger the bun was over cooked so it was really hard all around the edges . The burger was dry which is odd because I come here because there burgers are usually the juiciest well not today burger tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned ! It was similar to a Wendy's burger dried up and falling apart kids playing around instead of working is mostly the issue I'm sure The food would probably come out pretty good if they weren't playing on their phones. How the mighty have fallen. The prices have skyrocketed, the service is subpar and the restaurant is not very clean. My wife had to ask for something to clean the table with as it was unbussed. I'm glad Las Vegas has a sizable option for burger joints and Five Guys is one of the better option. I won't go into much detail how their burger meat is done well and juicy, but what sets Five Guys apart is that all the add-ons are free. You can add as many toppings you want (and there are plenty) from grilled mushrooms, extra pickles to jalapenos and it's all included with the price you pay for your burger. My only knock on this place is that one time they messed up two of our orders: I ordered a cheeseburger and my niece ordered a bacon cheeseburger, both didn't come with the cheese or the bacon that we were charged for, so there's that. I was a bit weary at first since the bag was completely soaked in grease and after paying $28 dollars for two meals but I was pleasantly surprised. My fiance's burger was not a greasy mess so it was just because mine was packed with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Yum! Now it's still waaay over priced but it was a good burger. Now I read plenty of people comparing to In and Out which is ridiculous. They are just too different. The Cajun fries are awesome! I have been to this Five Guys location many times when i used to live out here. We recently stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger double with everything on it. Cool thing here you get to decorate your own burgers. They charge you tho for extra toppings. Fries are a bit greasy for my taste. I still dont like the fries here because they have gotten me sick. Delicious burgers very juicy and tasty. Fries has to be eaten while hot they are different but delicious too. The only thing I don't like at this restaurant is ambience and metal chairs. Feels cold with tiles there is no warmth to add to the atmosphere. Then when you order to eat in the restaurant they package it in a brown bag like its for to go order. Friendly service with fresh food when you're in the mood for a burger, they're good especially the fries. The only thing was that there was only one trash receptacle for the entire restaurant and it filled up fast and patrons had to push their trash down, which is unsafe and unsanitary since people was placing their hands in the trash.. they need more trash receptacles. read more

Five Guys Burgers is an OK place. I stopped here with four friends after being at Red Rock Canyon. I have never been to a Five Guys and I didn't know what to expect. The four people I was with had all been there and were fans. They explained that the regular was a double patty so I ordered the "little" bacon cheeseburger. I got my burger with lettuce, jalapeños, and grilled mushrooms. The people I was with took care of ordering two medium fries for the five of us and that was plenty. The burger was a nondescript piece of cooked, ground beef. There was one half of a piece of lettuce that was only partly on the patty. There were no mushrooms that I could see anywhere. The bacon was crumbled pieces of bacon on the bottom bun under the burger, not the more common bacon slices you'd get at most places. The fries were good. I liked the amount of salt they used. Had I been ordering for myself, I would have ordered cajun fries but alas I wasn't. The fact that they have free peanuts to snack on before the burger comes or after or to take a bag home with you didn't phase me at all. I think I had three peanuts and that was good enough. The place doesn't deserve a 2 star rating but I really hate to round it to three. The fries will push it to a three. Let's just say it's not a place to which I'd return! Also, the music was BLARING! The food was not prepared as requested missing and mixed toppings on the burgers. The last trip prior to this one was 5 years ago in TX. Same poor service and lack of attention to detail. So, I called the store mentioned the problem the "GM" dutifully took my information and said they would issue a gift card to use. So far, 2 months later, zero response. Worse customer service than the worst Burger King, less selection than a Little League concession booth, while costing more than Fuddruckers or room service at a high-end hotel, all for a burger that tasted pretty similar to a Sonic Drive-In burger. It costs me almost $20 for a cheeseburger, small fries, and terrible milkshake. I really, really don't get the appeal of this place. Right around the corner there's a Habit Burger Grill that is better by every single metric: taste, selection, price, service, etc.... If you're in the mood for a good burger, go here instead. First off I'm not a big burger eater just because the meat always seems bland or dry when I get it at restaurants. Well, Five Guys know how to make a delicious burger. Fresh veggies, juicy burger, yummy fries and great service? What's not to like?? I got the mini cheeseburger and it was still a large burger. When it was my turn to order, the cashier asked me if this was my very first visit, and took a minute to explain the menu to me. This is what I learned: -The regular burgers have 2 beef patties -The little burgers have 1 beef patty -Toppings are free, you pick which ones you want -They also have hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches -They don't have any combo meals, so you just order everything separately -They offer free peanuts -They pack your food in a brown paper bag, regardless of whether you are eating in or taking it to go I ordered: -Little Cheeseburger (with lettuce and ketchup): nothing wrong with the beef patty, it was pretty juicy and tasty. The problem was the bun. It was waaaay too soggy, to the point where eating the burger was not enjoyable. I guess I just prefer grilled bread, or slightly crispy buns, like how they do it at In-N-Out. -Regular Fries (Five Guys style): nothing special. Most of it was soggy, so I only ate a few and had to throw the rest away. I do have to say that this place is very clean. I think I saw three employees wiping down the tables, the windows, and sweeping the floor while I was waiting for my food. I'm glad I got to try this place. But unfortunately, I wasn't impressed and feel it is over hyped. If I ever come back, I would probably try one of their hot dogs. I'll stick to In-N-Out and Smashburger. read more

I like my burger grilled, with cheese and crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and some pickles. I like mayo and ketchup, no mustard. I'll say this place gives it to me just like I like. The burger patty is consistently even in thickness, cooked well, and the burger is put together well. I don't care for the fries, I think they over cook them, but I am not much of a "fry" eater. The lines can be long, the dinning room crowded, but it moves quickly. If you like peanuts, you can pass the time shucking some, I usually get a handful, it's free! the noise level can be deafening, as the staff are always yelling out and the makes everyone else raise their voices to compensate. As for price, I think it's a little higher than most burger joints, but the burger is worth it. read more

Don't believe the hype... This place was all over the broadcast and print news when they first started opening in Vegas, so when I wanted a burger, I figured 'What the heck?'. Well, as 'cool' as the interiors are, and as nice as the employees were, I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Maybe it's a case of too much hype, since they have quotes from other city reporters and periodicals posted all over the place stating how they're the best burgers ever. I don't know, it just seemed ordinary to me. Not bad, but not worth trecking there if it's not on your way to somewhere else. Everything is served in brown paper bags, which is ok I guess. Conserve water you'd waste washing trays, but kill more trees with paper bags? I guess it's a tradeoff. One cool thing I enjoyed was the boxes of peanuts everywhere, and you nosh on those while you wait for your order. Like I said, I wouldn't NOT go there, I just wouldn't go out of my way to go there. Was hungry for some of the best quick burgers and fries we know of. 1st, Cashier had earbuds hanging from his neck, he was 100 on asking if I had a mask, as he stood behind the plexiglass with his own. We were happy to mask up. Got our food and the fries looked like they were from the bottom of the pan and overcooked.
