Five Guys has got great hamburgers. They also have mushroom burgers in the menu for vegetarians. The place is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially, Alice. Kudos to you for all your help.

Still amazing. And not to mention they always overload with the fries lol can't even complain. The cheeseburgers are always my go to

I ordered online for pick up, arrived and degraded me quickly, and let me know my order was still be prepared. It was very clean inside and all condiments were available.. A few minutes later, the young man notified me my order was ready, thanked me for my patience, very courteous, and let me know he'd added a few extra fries for the wait. I ordered a small cajun fries. They were perfectly cooked hot seasoned just right and I will definitely be returning because five guys has the best fries in town!

Love the Five Guys chain of burger places. So far I've been to the one at the Westfield Mall in Culver City, the one on Figueroa by USC, and the one in Midtown or Mid City on Venice and I must say that I received good service at all three. What I also like about Five Guys is that they all look the same inside. They keep it very simple and simplicity is the key. My go to meal from 5 guys is the double cheeseburger all the way around, NO Mushrooms, NO grilled onions but RAW onions instead with a cup of fries. I like the hot dogs too w/mustard, ketchup, relish, and RAW onions, but what I just recently discovered on Nov 18, 2023 is they have a secret MENU. "Wow, I'm so late finding this out" So I got the Grilled cheese double cheeseburger all the way around no mushrooms, no grilled onions, but RAW onions instead and it tasted alright. But I prefer the regular double cheeseburger instead any day. But in the future I will be trying more items from the secret menu.

Giant juicy burgers here! Love the cheese tastes so good with the meat. That bun is tough and holds it all together. The fries are great and they pile them in the bag. Grab some nuts while you wait. This spot is fast and friendly.

I haven't caught his name but this nice black haired man seems to always serve us. The Burgers at Five Guys are PHENOMENAL and this one is no different. The service is really fast and the staff is nice. The food is pricy but its well worth it.

We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:30, no line and very quick service! Finished eating and left around 12:05 so we must've lucked out with no line. We got two double cheese burgers and the loaded fries. The burger had impressively thin patties with a really nice char on the meat skirt, well seasoned, and perfectly crispy. The buns were quite small and a bit smooshed, but they were soft. It came with some fry sauce and pickles as well, overall a good burger. The fries had a good amount of toppings (cheese onions, fry sauce) and were nice and crispy. Kinda wish the onions were slightly more grilled for some extra flavor! Would probably go for plain next time as the loaded fries and burger together had similar flavors The interior has a few benches for seating and single bar type seating around the perimeter - I could see it filling up if there's a big line of people. Would like to try the chicken sandwich and brussel sprouts next time we stop by!

I have carried life's burden and traveled continents, but one thing remains the same after my many moons of life, the taste of a Big Mac. The taste of a burger so consistent and familiar, that my tastebuds can traverse continents and taste fermented shark in the Netherlands, broiled Mackerel in Kyoto, or a cheeseburger in Reykjavik. The Big Mac stays the same. I went to LA to taste, apparently, the best burger in LA at For the Win. I paid $25 for two smash burgers and had high expectations. After all, when you click this joint on Google Maps, a fancy review pops up. Nice! However, when the smash burger entered my cave and caressed my buds, my mind instantly recognized it as a Big Mac. Therefore, my brain could hardly differentiate between a McDonalds burger, and the "best" burger in LA. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in 14 years, but my mind still knew what a gentle and warm face looks like. So overall, it was alright! As the reverend Shane Gillis says "Not Bad". The service was good tho. And the ambiance was a bit weird because the music was off. Haha bye!!!

I'm not going long on this one but I have few things to say. First of all, I had a hard time finding it. No sign on the street. Apple Maps walking mode failed me miserably. It's buried back in a street mall. It's on the ground level. From Broadway, walk in the main entrance of the mall, and it's about halfway in on your left. The sign is subtle, but you'll find it, or just ask someone. That's what I did. It's a small place. A few tables inside and several outside. You'll likely find a place to sit and enjoy your food. I ordered the classic smashed, Amboy style. Very simple burger, and that's how I wanted it. I had it double, because it's just $2 extra. Yes, it's a good burger, but it was really salty. I think it would have been much better with half as much salt. I was super thirsty after I ate it. I had to buy a bottle of water for my ride home. The fries are good and plentiful, and for just $5 that's a great deal! I'm glad I had the burger and wanna' go back and try the non-smashed Slim Thicc burger. I think that one will be money!! The service was great and so was the staff!

They don't just smash hamburger meat, they season the patties and trust me that makes a huge difference. The patties are crispy on the edges and juicy in the middle and their burgers pair very well with their signature ronch sauce with the tater tots. The peppers are an added bonus. They also have great homemade hand apple pies though they do tend to sell out however. I am excited to try their hotdogs because nothing they serve is basic.

Their hot dog is the platonic ideal of what a hot dog should be. The old bay seasoning on their crispy tots is a stroke of genius. The inside is small, so it's basically an outdoor-only seating or take-it-to-go situation. Thankfully a tall brick wall, umbrella-toting picnic tables, and large sails give ample shade to their large lot. There are a few parking spots in the back if you're lucky, otherwise street parking should be easy to find. When enough people showed up to eat, it felt like a backyard kickback. Music was a perfect volume for conversation and their Regular Show-esque bespoke mural gave us a lot to talk about. You put your order in with friendly staff inside, and they call your name on speakers when it's ready. Ice cold water is freely available as well as some select beers, wines, and juices. It's not fast food, but it's not slow either -- you can't rush something as delicious as what they have to offer here.

I happened to be in the area, and even though I'd already eaten, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally drop in. Irv's originally opened in 1946 as Queen's Burgers, located right on Route 66 on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo, and was deeply ingrained in LA's historic car culture. In 1970, Irv Genis bought the stand and renamed it Irv's Burgers, and it quickly became a legendary late-night spot for rock icons like Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison. By 2000, Sonia Hong took over, famously hand-drawing doodles on the paper plates alongside her signature slogan, "Just for you." After closing in 2013 and again in 2018, Lawrence Longo partnered with Sonia in 2021 to bring the brand back to life. They've since expanded quite a bit, even opening locations in Malibu and Las Vegas. On a staff recommendation, I ordered Irv's Original Roadside Burger Double ($11.25). Honestly, it was just okay. While a certain amount of grease and salt is expected with a burger, this one crossed the line into being a bit too salty and oily. On the bright side, the sesame bun was excellent, and I loved that they kept Sonia's legacy alive by printing her classic doodles on the tray placemats. While I'm glad Irv's was saved from history and is expanding, the food itself felt pretty so-so. The outdoor tables were also a bit dirty during my visit. I still love that classic roadside burger stand aesthetic with the outdoor stools, but unfortunately, I won't be in a rush to head back.
