I ordered online an hour before , answered all the texts tracking my location, and STILL waited in line 30 minutes after getting a text that "Your order is ready!" I am a delivery driver and I went there this Sunday morning where there was only one other person waiting for their order in front of me. I had been waiting on an order when I asked how long it would take and I was told six minutes. I set a timer on my phone because I do not trust the estimates that are given to me when picking up food. A couple walked in and placed an order at the counter, And I watch them receive their order before receiving my pick up. I then asked to speak to a manager, and asked why they received their order before me because there's absolutely no one in the store other than me and one customer. She explained to me that their order (two orders of double cheeseburgers) required two extra patties. She basically gave away my patties for their order and refired mine making me wait about 12 more minutes (15 in total in store, 20 in total from request to pickup, not including drop off). Mind you there was absolutely no rush to cater to their walk up order over my order that had already been placed 20 minutes prior. Tickets should be fulfilled based on when received and priority. Delivery drivers should not be treated like we are expendable and not prioritized, we all work hand-in-hand and this is strictly business and we keep your flow of business and orders going considering we've had stay at home order for over a year! Other than that I do not personally eat your food although I have in the past I don't feel that the quality is there and this is a given sign I will not even order food from 5 guys again. Phoned order at 12:07 P.M. Arrived at store at 12:25 P.M. to pay. Worker informed other workers of my order and began preparing after payment. Waited 12 minutes for food to be fully prepared. In total wait was 37 minutes. Asked worker if orders placed by phone are made at time phone call is made or after payment. Worker said at the time phone call was made. Workers claimed it was taking 10 additional minutes of wait time for French fries. This is appalling because (i) your worker is lying about his mistake and refuses to apologize; or (ii) your worker believes I am stupid and that is frankly insulting. I saw the worker (Eric M as listed on receipt) tell the workers to begin my order when I paid. Then I literally saw workers preparing my order. Then after asking about the long wait, the other workers said they were waiting on fries, which I believe does not take 10 minutes to cook in the fryer. Also, in the car, fries were lukewarm and knew instantly that the even if fries were cooked for 10 minutes, they weren't in my bag, so that those workers were not waiting on the fries. It's amazing how incompetent your workers are and how unprofessional your manager handles the employees. Not only do they make mistakes, they run away from it, unprofessionally and immaturely deciding to deliberately lie about it, all the while maintaining a smug attitude, insulting my status as a regular customer. I tried very hard to have a positive attitude, after making two weekly visits to this location to pick up lunch for my father and me to enjoy but your staff's minds are so dense, actions so indiscreet that it's blatantly insulting, and management that is shockingly horrid. One I got everything that I didn't want in the burger, the bread was soggy and fell apart when I opened it. Yes they did give me an extra patty but waiting for almost 30 minutes was not worth it. The wait for the food was extremely long even though there were only a few people ahead of me- about 25 minutes, with 3 people and a phone order in front of me. The veggie burger was decent and filling but the fries were completely gross. Tasted stale, soggy, and over salted. So glad I got a small. Took a couple bites and had to throw the fries out. I don't like wasting food but it was that bad. However, I still would have given them 3 stars if they hadn't forgotten my fries. I was already driving home when I noticed there were no fries. Why would you pack a burger and fries in two separate bags, I have no idea. Anyway, I went back to get the fries (which if I had known how bad they were I would have just left it.) My roommate and I decided to get food from this location this past Friday around 4:30pm. Food was good for what it's supposed to be but service left a lot to be desired. The cashier that took our order, Merari, was nice but she had a couple mistakes on our toppings. It wasn't that much a big deal because we got that fixed no problem. Again, her customer service wasn't an issue for me. We ordered 3 burgers, fries and 2 milkshakes. There were a lot of people behind the line working but no one seemed to want to make any milkshakes. There was a guy behind a table that was talking to someone else but it didn't seem like he was working (not sure if he was supposed to be the manager but he was obviously not doing his job). There was a guy washing windows outside. There were like 4-5 employees working and making burgers but they seemed to have a disconnect on the milkshakes. I'm not sure who's responsibility that was but the tickets just kept printing and kept getting ignored. We got our burgers and fries fairly quickly but stood there looking like idiots waiting for our milkshakes. At one point, one of the guys walked over and grabbed the endless amount of tickets printing (at this point, there were a bunch of us waiting) and then tried to hand it off to another employee instead of working on them. That employee acted like he didn't want to do them so he slowly walked over to the front and started grabbing a bunch of paper towels and then proceeded to walk back and forth pretending to look busy at a snail pace but steering clear of the milkshake station. By this time, we probably waited 5-10 minutes before Maria (the only employee who seemed to care and decided that she was going to do her job) came over, asked us if we were waiting for milkshakes, asked us what we ordered and promptly made them very quickly. She was professional and nice. She saw us waiting and came over to help us out unlike her male counterparts that ignored us and the milkshake tickets. She deserves a promotion or a raise or both. I guess all the FG locations are like the Subway of burgers--order the fixings the way you want them. But here's the lowdown. I always judge a burger by the fries, and their fries are TOTALLY BLAH--slightly undercooked and limp. When I put ketchup on them, they bent. There's nothing I dislike more than a non-crunchy French fry. Ugh. The sad part is that I know they're cooked fresh because I watched the guy doing it. Had they been in for another 90 seconds they would have been perfect. As it was, he was pre-frying maybe a dozen baskets, and putting them to the side, so they could be finished off hot later. Also, there was no flavor at all. I ordered Regular fries only to realize after the fact that there are THREE SIZES. Regular is like a large. And the price? $6.90 for subpar fries I should have sent back. Finally, you can get ketchup only on the top layer of the fries since they're in a vertical cup. Dumb packaging and really disappointing product. Beyond disappointing appeal and taste. As for the burger, the condiments did not totally blend, either physically or on the palate. The tomato was one of those colorless, tasteless, hard slices that didn't fit the bun and therefore made the other fixings not fit. There was something off about the taste of the pickles, but I could have overlooked that. What I can't overlook is chopped onions. WHO CHOPS ONIONS INSTEAD OF SLICING THEM THIN SO THEY DON'T FALL OFF THE BURGER AS YOU EAT IT? Five Guys, that's who. After each bite I had to pick diced onions off my lap. The patties were okay, and the bun was lightly grilled and decent. The burger should have come together as a whole burger, a sum of its parts. But it just looked and tasted like its parts separately. tried this place after driving it by so many times. it was okay. the prices are more than high. i spent $30 for a burger, fries, and strawberry shake. i wasn't expecting crazy fast service but damn. there wasn't anyone before or after me and it took them a while to finish my order. the burger was good but i couldn't even enjoy the strawberry shake at all. it was so thick and the straw kept getting clogged with strawberries. idk how they make it but it definitely could've been blended better. if you want a milkshake just get vanilla or chocolate instead lol. the guy that took my order was nice and friendly though. read more

The manager Carla was a bitch to me. She got my order wrong and when I asked her politely to remake my burger without the grilled mushrooms, she gave me a very dirty attitude. Burgers and Cajun fries at this location have been so on point for me and my pregnant cravings! My husband and I go to this location in particular even though the Culver City is closer to us.
