1130 am, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 There was mention of a BOGO burger offer on Google for Five Guys' 40th Anniversary after party celebration. They wanted a do over of this promotion from February. I went for it and ordered from the app. I ordered a double cheeseburger bowl with all the toppings except the buns & mayonnaise. I was quite surprised that the lettuce wrapped double CB with bacon tasted so good! The fries were already cold by the time I walked back to the office. I recommend they get eaten first when they're hot. My last visit here to this location, they over cooked the patties which made me hesitant in returning today to give them another try. Earlier I spoke to Eric about a order and rec correcting them and without hesitation he was able to do so the professionalism over the phone was already welcoming and warm along with the staff who picked up the phone in the beginning. I usually drop by here to get a hamburger as it's the closest location to where I live, and there's easy parking in front on Wilshire Blvd. and on the side streets. Today I tried their fries for the first time and they are amazing. They cook their fries to a golden brown and a regular size is more than enough. They are perfectly cooked. I highly recommend them. The service is so nice and it's really easy to order in advance on the Five Guys app and pick up the order here. You can also eat in, and it's clean inside with the typical Five Guys white and red "diner" vibe...and they always have those terrific free peanuts waiting in the box just in case you have to wait a bit for your order. I keep reading a lot of complaints about the prices, but the regular burgers here are actually double patties so if you order a "small burger" or the patty melt it's a less expensive burger with a single patty and more like a typical hamburger. And if you happen to have a gold American Express card, you get $10 credit at Five Guys every month. read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that had so much mayonnaise that the top bun was soggy and the bottom bun was soggy as well with mustard and it was coming apart. Why I made the dumb decision to come here is anyone's guess. A burger isn't a 4 course meal; it's quite simple to execute but for this place maybe not. Highly overrated and frankly burger joints are a penny a dozen! I'm better off getting a meat grinder attachment for my KitchenAid and grinding high quality beef and making my own burgers to the doneness I prefer. If you are blind-folded and led into an eatery where you are slapped with the aroma of burgers on the flat-top and potato frying in peanut oil and, most notably, Eighties rock is blasting, you know you're in a Five Guys restaurant. For fast casual, it's still consistent and solid with the back-yard style burgers. I just wish it were a bit lower in price, but the beef patty is tasty. Some people think it's better than In-n-Out, but I've come to realise they are each different type of American burger beasts that do certain things great. In the case of Five Guys, their french fries are amasing and almost no contest compared to I-n-O. The "little" size is more than enough to share. Or you can just make a meal of it yourself. I'm not from this area. Traveling last weekend, & I love Five Guys in my hometown. This place in particular had great service. It wasn't spotless. Food was delicious UNTIL, my friend spotted a hair in the fries! Killed our appetite. I placed the hair on the cup to show the Four guys, not five, who were standing around chit chatting as we were eating. (Instead of at least 1 of them cleaning or something). I bring up the chit chatting because they're laughing & joking & one of them has a beard. Short & curly, like the hair I found in my fries. I showed them & they were kind enough to grant me a $10 gift card. Ok, but I mentioned to them that they should drain the oil & empty our the fries. (Which they won't) I asked them why they're not wearing hair nets & they stated that it's only if you have long hair. Well, as you can see, short hair makes it's way onto the food too you know. My 16 yo nephew REALLY wanted to go to a Five Guys while we were visiting LA. So, we went. It was good, very usual five guys fare. Inside seating, fountain drinks and all the rest were available. I love any Five Guys! Staff here is great! Love how they are friendly and helpful. I love the cheeseburgers. I can add up any amount of extras and not be charged extra!! The fries made to order just like the burgers. I have yet to try the Cajun fries and milk shake. But I'm good with my free peanuts and I don't need to check in to get some free peanuts. You can ask for a bag to take some home also. Parking is street. Not sure if you can park in the complex and get validation. read more

They were peanuts in a big bag in the doorway and the place was kind of set up a bit different than I'm used to ramp reminded me a little bit of In-N-Out Burger in the way they have it set up but basically three times the price! Yes you read correctly look at my pictures a burger a small Dr Pepper was $17 and some change it's just not worth it the bread just fell apart and was a little bit not soft... The dough the bread was hard Kinda and it was a cheap bun that fell apart so I ended up having to get my fingers all dirty trying to eat the rest of the burger... I have been to this 5 guys in the past but the service tonight was absolutely horrible. They gave me no fries and when I asked they said that's all they have left. Then don't charge for fries. I had a craving for 5 Guys since I hadn't eaten there in years. I ordered a smaller bacon cheeseburger and small fries, and it came out to $19. Yikes #1. The taste was severely lacking and mushed together (I ordered the suggested toppings) and the fries (which I was looking forward to) were a soggy mess. In some ways, I'm glad I indulged my craving and walked away with a bad experience, because now I know to never go back. Service was good though - no complaints there. Ordered a cheeseburger (which is a double) last night 8/23/22, no fries, no drink. When I said "No" to the question of fries? drink? the employee gave me a look, like "Really?" I ordered "All the way" which is tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and mustard, along with A1. When I got home, eating the burger, I noticed that they had added jalapeños, which I hadn't requested. I couldn't help but imagine that they were trying to punish me for not ordering more. When I crave a burger, Five Guys is not normally in my top...five (ducks thrown tomatoes or whatever you have on you). However due to appropriate proximity, they won this round, and I do not regret it. Located in the same area as an Einstein's Bagels, Hawaiian Ono and a Chipotle, Five Guys is your obvious burger option. I walked in and was greeted right away by the cashier, but I knew I wasn't ready to order so I stood off to the side. A customer came in after me and I swear he ordered about $100 worth of food-which I discover is not too difficult to do-and another cashier named Jose B. opened up his register to take me on the other side. I decided on the 'Little Bacon Cheeseburger' ($7.89) and a Little Fry ($3.89). Added on lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles. Although I had been to a Five Guys before elsewhere, I forgot that not only was everything a la carte, it was also rather pricey. I waited for about 3 minutes and was bagged up to go. I noticed malt vinegar for their 'boardwalk style' fries so I thought this was a great option for those who like that sort of thing. Ketchup was available to be pumped to go, or in individual packets. I also found out that the cajun spice can be added on separately in a pre-made ramekin. Just request this near the ketchup and they will provide it for you. Drinks were offered in the Coke Freestyle machines. Wanted to hold off until I got home but started to dig in about 8 minutes away. Something was off and I realized after a while that although it was delicious, this burger lacked bacon. I debated going back since it was a Friday evening already with traffic but since I paid the extra .70 cents (and I REALLY wanted it), I made a u-turn on La Brea and headed back. The guys were super nice and apologetic about it, and I was offered bacon on the side or they could remake it for me. The female manager also was helpful, and verified my receipt to make sure they made it with everything from before, except this time with the bacon! When I received this bag, I noticed later that they made me a regular size burger-not little-in addition to adding a lot more fries into the order. Similar to my feelings of in-&-out fries, I'm not crazy about them, so having double my portion was overwhelming. But this burger tasted even better with the crispy bacon, so it was worth the extra visit. Due to everyone being so cool-and the food overall being very good-I would go back to Five Guys. I guess I should just check the order before I leave the place. Parking is one hour free in the same structure, just turn onto Burnside Avenue. Also, careful of where you put your takeaway bag in your car or anywhere else, it gets REALLY greasy. *Allergy notice* there are sesame seeds on the buns just so you know. Parking is found on Wilshire, which was not an issue because it was a weekend and the area did not have many people around at the time. The experience here is typical of any other Five Guys location. The customer service and wait time was alright, and the food was delicious. I ordered my usual, sans the fries, and a drink. I'm glad I found this place while I was posted in K-Town, as it gave me the energy I needed to continue frying my brain. As a socal InNOut fanboy, I'd been wanting to try this place since it's apparently surpassed InNOut as America's favorite burger or something like that. It's a good burger - I'll give them that. Very filling. Very meaty and heavy. I still think that InNOut burgers are better. Five Guys doesn't have their own sauce or anything that really makes their burger stand out or distinguishable. When you bite into an InNOut burger, you KNOW it's an InNOut burger. But then I did I give them 2 stars? Well first of all, it took us a really long time for us to get our order. I think the mall was closing up so they were trying to clean up and dish out orders at the same time. It took A WHILE. They started rushing after a while too. You know how I know? Because they forgot to give my friend's burger a patty. They forgot to give a lot of people patties. The slow service and hasty, unprofessional mistake just pissed me off.
