Five guys has good burgers, but $18 for a double cheeseburger and fries with a drink is stupid. Last time I'll be going to 5 guys. Theres plenty more good burger places in town.

Taste wise, you can't go wrong at 5 Guys. Big, juicy burgers with unlimited toppings. Today I totally forgot the "Littles" were the single patty and a regular had 2 patties. So, wound up with the big guy. Awesome, though. I like mine loaded with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and shrooms and some ketchup. We also split a regular fry, which is enough for like 2-3 adults. This location is always clean, pretty fast and friendly. My only complaint here is price. It's a bit spendy, IMO. Today we had a regular Cheeseburger, a little cheeseburger, a regular fry and 2 soft drinks for a whopping $25. Yikes.

A nine dollar burger. Are you kidding? This is corporate greed at its finest. I do not recommend go elsewhere.

But I have to say, this Lutz location is by far the best one we've visited, and that's all thanks to Corey. Seriously, that's how you run a fast-food restaurant. I've never experienced service this good at a fast-food establishment before. Corey went above and beyond, not just for us, but for everyone in the restaurant. He was constantly checking on guests, making sure everyone was satisfied, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Him and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. The amazing service aside, we absolutely love the food here. The chicken tenders are fantastic, and you can tell the breading is made fresh and with quality ingredients. The mac and cheese was unbelievable too. It wasn't the hottest when it arrived, but honestly, the flavour was so good that I didn't even care. The sauces are always a huge highlight at Chicken Guy! as well. They have some of the best dipping sauces in the fast-food world, and it's always fun trying different combinations. Those Egg Rolls were fantastic too! Very unique. As an added bonus, Corey was kind enough to give my dad and me samples of a couple milkshakes, and they were fantastic too. We genuinely can't say enough good things about Corey and this location. Between the incredible customer service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was easily the best fast-food experience we've ever had, and I'm not just saying that. Easy 5 stars. But I like the express better because the price range is better suited for the consumers. We got the Pernil pork and the rotisserie chicken. The Pernil pork comes with several slices of crispy skin. The first Rice N Beans location was in a modest location and then it became a big restaurant in Wesley Chapel. Now they have this new location which is closer to their first location. They serve rotisserie chicken here and other dishes depending on the day of the week. This is a Puerto Rican restaurant. They do not have mofongo. You can find that at their restaurant. Here, I would definitely say to choose their chicken. It was so good and flavorful. We ordered the full chicken and it included two sides which we chose arroz con gandules and Maduros (rice and sweet plantains). The chicken was our fave for sure and we would definitely get it again. The service was very friendly. I came late on Wednesday night. They close at 7 and it was about 6:45. I picked up a menu and came back the next day. Glad I stopped by and tried the chicken. It was great. There are many chicken places opening up around us, but it's fried chicken. This is roasted chicken. I love Puerto Rican rice arroz con gandules, but I'd ask if it's newly made. I didn't think this rice we had was as fresh and it didn't have much flavor. I would try the rice again if I saw they just made it! This area is becoming a Latin crawl for food. Go to Kinka's for breakfast or dessert, Cosita Rica's for empanadas or soups, and Rice N Beans Express for chicken!

Chuy's has officially become part of our Silver Springs tradition. Whenever we're heading back…read morehome to Tampa after spending the day floating down the river in Ocala, if we're coming this way, we get excited knowing we can stop at Chuy's for some food and drinks before finishing the drive home. Yes, Chuy's is a chain, but if you're thinking typical chain-restaurant Tex-Mex, I personally think it's much better than that. I almost ALWAYS order the King's Memorial combo because for around $18, the amount of food you get is ridiculous--in the best way. You get a crispy taco, three enchiladas (cheese, beef AND chicken), Mexican rice and refried beans, plus crispy chips underneath the taco covered in that creamy queso. It hits the spot every single time, and I ALWAYS have leftovers. Little piece of advice: EAT THE TACO FIRST. Crispy tacos deserve to be enjoyed fresh and crunchy. They are not tomorrow's problem. My friend usually gets one of the burrito combos, which comes with a HUGE burrito, Mexican rice and black beans. She loves hers and usually ends up taking leftovers home too. I've also sampled enough food from other people's plates over the years to say I haven't really found anything here that I dislike. The fajitas are delicious, the margaritas are decent, and the prices are reasonable for the portions. Now let's talk about those complimentary chips and dips. We call the creamy one the "crack sauce." If you know, YOU KNOW. It comes out with the chips and salsa, and we literally have to make ourselves stop eating the chips because we want to save some of that creamy sauce for our actual meals. On our most recent visit, we sat on the bar side and had Ian taking care of us. He was friendly, respectful, quick with everything and checked in to make sure we were good. He even brought us some extra dipping sauce, which absolutely earned him bonus points with us. His name also happened to stick with me for a personal reason, so I definitely wanted to make sure he got his shout-out. The restaurant itself is super cute inside, and although we usually gravitate toward the bar side, the entire place has a fun atmosphere. Our service over multiple visits has consistently been good--20%-tip-worthy good--and the staff is usually pleasant and helpful. There are A LOT of restaurants to choose from in this area, especially if you're already over here shopping, so I know picking somewhere can get overwhelming. But if you like Tex-Mex and you've driven past Chuy's thinking, "Hmm... I wonder if that place is any good?" I definitely recommend stopping in at least once. If you hate it, I'm sorry. If you love it... you're welcome. We'll absolutely be back the next time our Silver Springs adventures bring us through Lutz!
