I show up with my crew of five, wanting some tasty food and fries. This Five Guys is like all the rest pretty much. I came in and the line wasn't too long at all. Unless you get the Little burger, you get 2 patties of meat and it's a pretty decent sized burger especially if you add a bunch of extras like bacon. This extras will cost you though and many times the cheese isn't melted at all. Added grilled onions to all the burgers. I will say the fries are good, but always order the small size, cause they over fill the cup with twice the amount and then I hear if you're eating in, and you do manage to eat all the fries, all you gotta do is ask for more and you basically get another order of fries for free! Ask for less salt on the fries though, they tend to over salt. Service is friendly and well trained, just like In N Out ... sort of rehearsed but they get the job done efficiently with a smile. My main problem with Five Guy's is the pricing vs. what you can get at In N Out or other burger fast chains especially ... I don't wanna have to spend really $19 each for a fast food lunch, though tasty enough, your money goes further elsewhere. I guess the best thing here are the fries, with those huge helpings and refills if you dine in. Exactly what I would expect from a Five Guys. Clean interior, friendly service, good food at decent prices. I accidentally spilled my drink and it went all over the table and floor. Employees were prompt to clean up the mess and were very professional in addressing it. read more

My food was good but I got food poisoning here. Six hours after eating this I was running to the restrroom. Maybe some training on proper handwashing? Idk. I was upset, regretful I ate there. I did Uber eat the food. read more

Wife and I stopped to have lunch, they had just opened for lunch, we placed our order then sat down. Our order came up and we started to eat our burgers and both our burgers were totally over cooked and as dry as sawdust. We usually go to the one in Grants Pass, but we're in Medford so decided to stop there. We won't be eating at this location again, but will return to the one in Grants Pass. read more

07-11-25 We enjoyed our meal. We had a regular hamburger, cheeseburger and split a large fry. Not busy at all when we came so placing our order and being served was pretty quick. Jack took our order he was nice and easy going. The inside dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. I so do like Oregon's no sales tax. I would come back if I'm in the area again. Ordered three burgers and fries via DoorDash delivery. Bag busted through by the time Dasher arrived to my home. The buns seemed water logged--I suspect from the lack of being toasted. Foil was haphazardly placed around burgers...not sure what happened, but the result wasn't good. Dasher had to rebag items in an Albertson's grocery bag. Fry cup upside down and burgers falling apart. Dasher apologized and explained how he picked up the bag and the food just broke through. That was my $50 dinner for my family. read more

Tasteless burger, salty fries. So disappointed! I've been looking forward to trying this place for awhile now. I happened to pull into town very hungry and decided it was a perfect time to have a good burger. Boy was I surprised when I bit into this beautiful looking burger and there was absolutely NO flavor in the meat. My order was to-go, so I did not have access to seasonings to add to it. Who makes a burger without seasoning it? Not one iota of salt or seasoning if any kind. Unbelievable how bland it was. The fries were way over salted, but even eating them with the burger could not save the burger. And these meals are not inexpensive. Unfortunately, I am so turned off by the memory and disappointment, I probably won't give them a second chance. And I'm sorry about that because I want new businesses to succeed here. The burger was good I think 10 is expensive for a burger alone. They give you lots of fries and they were nice size fries, but they were so greasy I would probably try one of their hotdogs cause I like hotdogs with all the trimmings, but if that's not good, I probably wouldn't go back there again for a burger. It wasn't that bad but if you wanna pay $20 for a combo this is your place. The service was very fast to get our food, and the servers were pleasant. This restaurant cuts corners now. Bacon used to be crisp and cut in pieces. Now they just throw full pieces on and it's not crispy. We came in just for a shake and they made us wait 10 minutes when they could have easily just made the shake right then like normal. Rachel needs to be let go. I like the friendly staff and the fact that they greet you when you walk in the door. To me services everything to me, Service is everything. The fact that their burgers are incredible, and their french fries so yummy, helps quite a bit as well. Being able to build a burger anyway you want it and not pay extra for that is a big plus! I've been there many times over the last couple of years and truly enjoy it. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family as well. read more

Friendly staff and the restaurant looked clean and inviting (of course it's a new building so there's that). We had burgers, fries, and milkshakes. You can tell it's fresh ingredients which we enjoyed and the portions are huge. We've learned that we (hubby, daughter and I) can share a large fry cause they give a lot! I got my burger bun less wrapped in lettuce and it was messy and good!! So many options to choose from but yes they are on the pricey side. read more

The place has some of the best burgers around but with jaspers,in-n-out,wendy's,and carl's jr within walking distance they've got some competition still there holding their own with fries that blow them all out of the water their burgers are over the top to id reccomend getting it with the works they put all the right toppings on it the burgers are pricey but their worth every penny and the lineup of milkshakes has them all beat my favorite is the bacon milkshake yup thats right they did it,with the fries i like the salted ones best the seasoned just have a little to much seasoning,but thats just me and to each their own and who can resist eating some of those free salted in shell peanuts all around delicious and then the coke machines any coke flavor well except surge which is only at burger king and for some reason not the ones in the rogue valley, enough ranting, anyway rub a dub dub they got some gooooood grub. read more
