Some may disagree with what I'm about to say but I'm going to say it! Five Guys is one of the best burgers! Period! Lol! The burger reminds me of a nice homemade, grilled juicy burger that your uncle makes in the back yard in the summer! With all that said, this particular spot did not miss the mark. I ate the tasty little bacon cheeseburger with a few toppings. The only disappointment was, I asked for a little bit of ketchup (did not comply) and the tomato slice was too big! Overall, the burger was deliciously scrumptious! Let's not forget the fries, a small fry at Five Guys is like a large. Just enough for one and you have fries that also falls in the bag -- which is a nice treat (when you think it's all gone lol)! The whole time she was angry and was not displaying quality customer service. Her attitude towards me was un acceptable. I will not be coming back because of her. I am a big fan of Five Guys burgers so in my opinion, they can't do any wrong. Luckily, they usually don't. I always get the same order. A cheeseburger with sautéed onions and sautéed mushrooms with fries and Cajun powder on the side. I always get the Cajun powder on the side because I always drench my fries in Cajun powder. I love the spiciness and saltiness that it adds to my fries. I am not a fan of sweets so when I tried their salted caramel milkshake, it was wayyyy too sweet for me. My friends and family love their shakes though. What I like most about Five guys is that they don't pretend to be anything than what they are, which is a great burger joint. I love their soda machine which allows you to make multiple combinations of soda and juices. I feel like a mad scientist every time I go because I am always creating some crazy concoction. They have peanuts you can munch on while waiting for your order. You're not supposed to take it out, but I won't lie. I have taken one of those little cardboard container of nuts out of the store before. They're good and addictive, just like the burgers and fries that they serve! read more

It's been two to three years since I last ate Five Guys. So not sure if this location was a miss or Five Guys has gone down hill. But my boyfriend and I were very disappointed with our burgers. The burgers were pretty dry. I know Five Guys prepare their burgers "well done". But in the past, it was always juicy and well done. This time, they were well done and dry, even with bbq sauce and toppings. Both my boyfriend and I agreed that the burger wasn't the same as the past. Luckily, the fries are still good. And I love the peanuts. Sadly, the place wasn't too clean. My boyfriend had to wipe clean the table before we sat down. There were peanut shells all over the floor. We were there 5pm on a Sunday, and around 6pm, a female staff started to sweep the floor. But on the plus side, the bathroom was clean. Moral of the story, the burgers are DRY DRY DRY!! The burgers are fantastic! You can only get them well done but you get to pick your toppings (all free). Free refills on all fountain drinks too but that's as good ad it gets. There isn't much variety on their menu other than hot dogs and their fries aren't that great which explains why they practically double your fry order when they serve up your food. First time visiting 5 Guys and figured I would give them a shot instead of going to the Applebee's next door. I've heard so much hype about their burgers so I wasn't expecting a lot. My burger was cooked well, friendly service but I just wasn't impressed. I think as a person living near NY there are so many amazing places that makes awesome burgers at the same or lesser price. The burger was no better than the Bubba burgers I make at home on the grill. I'm not a fry person but I wanted the entire experience but not a fan of the fries either so bias on that front. Usually I come to five guys for a nice juicy burger and fries but unfortunately my burger was overlooked and dry, not hot and lacked flavor. For a $13 and some change meal I expect a little bit better. The others problem I had which was probably due to the lack of staff and it was a Friday night, was that the place was just dirty. Half the tables had food and napkins on them, the floors had trash and food on them and then the condiment station was a mess and the garbage was filled to the top... if I came here based on appearance I would have just walked out and I watched other customers looking at the tables looking for where to sit. read more

Back in my college days (years ago), a 5 Guys had opened up near campus and I remembered all the clamor from my friends and students about how great their burgers were. Fast forward a few years, while working at my first post-grad job, I decided to finally see what all the hype was about. I was very disappointed, 5 guys is merely another over-hyped burger chain. We had an order for 6 people and they labeled each of our orders by numbers so we knew exactly which order belonged to whom. Food: You have the choice of "burger" (which comes with 2 meat patties) or 'little burgers' (1 meat patty.) and they come with a massive amount of toppings for free. I ordered a "LITTLE BURGER" with cheese, relish, pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, mushrooms. All the toppings made this meal massive and messy. I decided to eat with a knife and fork because my mouth was not big enough to eat the burger as is. After removing the bun, I noticed the ingredients were fresh and the patty was pretty thin. I didn't mind it since I'm not a huge meat eater so I am more in favor for quality vs quantity. SIDES: We order REGULAR FRIES and CAJUN FRIES for the table. Their fries are freshly cut with skins still on it and I love that specific type of fries. The cajun fries weren't anything special other than cajun seasoning sprinkled on top, which was a bit salty for my taste and not as spicey as some people say it is. I always heard everyone going on and on about 5 guys, so I decided to try it...almost immediately after a few bites in I thought to myself, "a bad choice was made here today". Not only was the burger dry, but there weren't any different options for cheese, their toppings weren't anything special and the fries were just greasy and slightly burnt tasting. I sat there, next to a sack of peanuts, and really wished I had spent the money ANYWHERE else, heck, even White Castle is better than that...and those things are squishy little doom burgers (tasty little doom burgers mind you).
