Had a craving for a thick, juicy and delectable burger and instantly thought of five guys for the first time in 4 years. Location was very clean, employees were awesome, motivated and seemed to have a positive attitude. The burger was superb and the fries were probably the best I've had out of all other locations! Welcome to the demise of another decent fast food joint in Oklahoma City (maybe nation-wide). Five Guys has always charged a bit more for their burgers; but a bacon burger, small drink, and small fry running $23 is a bit much - even with today's runaway inflation. ..and the patties are smaller than they used to be. ..and the fries are a LOT fewer than what they used to give (and they charge almost $6 for regular fries). On the good side: The service at this location was top-notch today, even though there were only two people running the place. Fast and made to-order. The place was also pretty clean today (was at around 4pm, so not quite the dinner rush), and for once the music wasn't so loud you couldn't hold a conversation - which it often is at this location. If my rating were for the food alone, it would be a 4-star rating. But paying $20+ for a burger and fries is insanity. Probably the last time I ever have a Five Guys burger. read more

Husband called an order in for me to pick up on the way home tonight. Girl at register didn't have any record of it. Lady running grill knew about it. I go back to wait. Person after person picked up their orders. The lady at the grill noticed how long I'd been standing there. I give her my name. The guy running fries stepped up, "I just gave that order to another guy. I even asked if his name was **** ****." To which I nicely responded, "well, that wasn't him because I'm still standing here." The lady running grill had to teach the girl running the register how to find the order in the register. The lady running the grill had her act in order. Quite the system. For what appeared to be 2/3 of the weight of each order, she still had an immaculate workstation! We've tried every five guys in the metro at one point or another. This location is our favorite. Always clean. The staff puts on high five shows sometimes. Their a spunky bunch here. Fun communication. But we come more for the Cajun fries. Yes! Cajun. Their just so yummy. My mouth is usually hot after we finish. But so worth it! read more

This is my first time coming to a five guys and they are fantastic. They answered my questions and was so friendly. I'm a picky person and this took me no time to make a decision. I love the fact that you get it in a brown bag so if I wanted to stay or go o could per the nice gentleman that helped me. They even treated me with a shake. Omg this food and shake is absolutely good. I definitely will be coming back here again to enjoy this food again and bring the family to do our Sunday dinners. This restaurant has the worst service of all the Five Guys restaurants in the city area and that's saying a lot because non of them are good. I was at this one at 1:20pm not one employee visible in the restaurant. I walked to the back and found the two who were supposed to be working the counter playing grab ass out back. The food was good but... 1. The music was/is always too loud! 2. They messed up our orders but we were able to switch it around between ourselves. 3. I think the reason they messed up the orders was because the cooks could not hear the girl at the register announce what we ordered because of the loud music!!!!! read more

I have to admit I am a fan of Five Guys from the start but I usually only leave reviews when employees are either amazing or horrible. This was obviously an amazing employee! Jerry couldn't go any further out of his way to ensure everyone in the restaurant was happy! My order was complicated and his did his best to find out the best way for me to order it! If the owner of this place reads this you should know that Jerry still gives his best even when your not around! read more

Very clean. Excellent service. Everyone was polite and working hard to ensure a good customer experience. Ordered 4 burgers and a large fry to go. Was offered a cup of water while I waited, I know it's free but the extended courtesy was appreciated. After a few short minutes we left with our delicious burgers. Will be back. Terrible service. Tried to do a pickup and food was not ready within the time they said. Waited an additional 30 min. Called to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone was rude and proceeded to talk about how their workers don't show up. So I asked to speak to a manager again and she said to call back in 5 min that she was busy. The cooks were playing around and not working efficiently. Poor service and attitude. read more

Good burger. But this the most over priced cheeseburger ever. A hamburger for 9.21 and that is just the burger! It cost me alone 19.00 just to eat lunch. This place is ripping people off. I would not of eaten there but the people that I was with had already paid. read more

Let's start with the staff who are always super cool, friendly, smile, kind...never had a rude or unkind staff person! The burgers are fresh, made to order and so big I usually use a fork to eat them! Wasn't sure about the fries but 9 outta 10 times they're made perfect! Fresh and hot! Milkshakes are a hit with my kids as are the grilled cheese sandwiches - always worth the drive to five guys and even when I'm out of state and we find one - the service and food is has been consistently good! read more

I hardly ever give reviews but the customer service that I was given at this location today warrants is giving one. Although they were busy, I was greeted when I walked in and was able to promptly place my order. Every employee I encountered also greeted me and asked if I needed anything and even as we all departed there was a look in the eye and thanks for coming. too expensive $9.21 cheeseburger... (regular ol burger with kraft cheese) $5.18 for regular fries.... ( this is before taxes. for potatoes HA) $2.86 for a regular soda ( I mean, cmon you already got me for the fries really hard) We are talking about burger meat and American cheese here.... no special seasonings.... to feed a family of 4 here, you're looking at just about $90 after taxes...... help push this place out of here for the love of God. read more

I ordered using Uber Eats. My burger did not have mushrooms on it like I had ordered online. My Uber Eats receipt shows me ordering mushrooms. The Five Guys receipt does not mention mushrooms. Also, I paid $2.95 for a 20 oz Sprite that I never received. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt (405)347-8345 but the number does not work. I called a nearby Five Guys and spoke with the Manager there and had him try calling that number and it didn't work for him at all. I'm originally from the east coast and started eating Five Guys at their original Washington DC location and have been eating Five Guys for years. Never thought that I would be duped by a national chain. Truly unprofessional. read more
