    Five guys location

Honestly, a zero star would be more fitting. I walk into the five guys today to order a hotdog and they told me they would not be able to take my order because frankly they're too busy. I don't know who the CEO of five guys but having a business that we don't want your business and knowing that my kid had to be turned away, couldn't even is the worst I've ever honestly you guys should be ashamed of yourself I would never have a business turn away a customer id try to always to earn the business. Shameful

Back at another Five Guys, second time this week. The first one I went to in LA came out so bad, I was actually embarrassed to post the photos. So I came to a different location today just to try again and get better pics. I even told the cook, "Hey, can you make it look good? I'm doing a little photo shoot," and they told me they couldn't serve the burger without it being folded up in the wrapper. Kinda funny. I was like, "Okay, just lightly roll it so it doesn't get smashed." When I got my order, the burger was sitting at the bottom of the bag underneath what felt like five pounds of fries. Way more than I even wanted. And when I pulled it out, everything was glitched. I gave up. These are the pictures I ended up with. Apparently, Five Guys really isn't about presentation, even when you personally ask them to make it look decent for a picture. The flavor's still there. When you go "all the way," you get mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomato, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, grilled onion, and mustard. I always add A1 sauce. But their buns just don't hold up. The burger I had a few days ago fell apart in my hand, and today's did the same. They seriously need to work on that. I've been to Five Guys a ton of times over the years and honestly, I think they're starting to lose their charm. Sure, they were named best burger by a bunch of magazines, but that was like ten years ago. Now there are so many other burger chains out there that are just killing it. Five Guys? I think I'm over it. Fries might be good. Burgers might still taste okay. But they're not at the top anymore. Not even close.

Free peanuts! I wanted to try the Cajun Fires, they were just OK. I think I like regular fries, which are the bomb. Hot, soft inside, salty, little bit of grease. No need for ketchup, but it's there and so is malt vinegar if you want. I stopped in after a rare Angels home game win for a quick snack. There were a few Angels fans that also came here after the ball game. Little Cajun Fries $5.29 Regular soda $3.39

I had to wait a while for them to fulfill my order. I was supposed to have a large drink with the Caniac Combo and the 3 Finger Combo got a regular drink. I told them specifically which drink I wanted large and which drink I wanted as a regular. Well, they gave me both drinks in a REGULAR cup. At this point, I was so flustered that I didn't notice until AFTER I had left. I am so frustrated. 12/9/25 Used my gift card today I received from a student. Hands down best chicken ever! My current favorite is the 3 Finger Combo: 3 tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, and a fountain drink for under $12. My son is VERY picky when it comes to chicken tenders (usually just eating the breading and not the chicken). However, he ate EVERYTHING! Their sauce is also a MUST! I suggest ordering additional original sauces for your order. I love dipping my toast in it too! Pricing is very reasonable compared to other fast food restaurants. The quality is definitely there! I've only been to the drive thru (there are 2 lanes). Highly recommend!

Came in last night, and no, they don't have Taco Tuesday specials, but I will still pay for those bomb ass tacos because it's definitely worthwhile. The whole place was pack and lit up with bright lights. It's by Chapman University, so you gonna see lots of students coming by too. The staff there were also friendly and patient. The lady in the back was nice to cut up new fresh limes for me. Always a good vibe here! It was random seeing some of my homies here too the other day. Just goes to show how popping it is! I got two el pastor and one carne asada, and my partner got a Baja fish and the mushroom taco. Everything a 5/5. Their homemade corn tortilla is on a different level and not soaked in oil. The texture is good. The meat is good quality too and very tender/juicy. My favorite one was the el pastor with those pineapple bites. The mushroom taco on the other to my surprise was quite tasty! All the sauces are bomb, but I really like the super spicy one, the green one, and orange one. You gotta try every sauce to see what matches your palate. The pickle onion was tangy enough and had pepper on it for a nice kick. The guac and chip is so good and well seasoned. Just wished there was more guac in the small cup. You guys gotta come thru for some good tacos and good vibes. Like LeBron always say, "TACOO TUESSZDAY!" lol.

Parking is shared with nearby businesses, but there were plenty of spots. The dining area has lots of tables, though it's a little tight on space. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The food was delicious across the board. I ordered the Molcajete, which came loaded with refried beans, chorizo, avocado, potatoes, a sunny side up egg, carne asada, grilled slice of cheese, and pickled purple onions. The portions were huge -- I couldn't finish mine. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I added shrimp for a little extra and it was absolutely worth it. Others at the table ordered the chilaquiles, which come in red, green, or a combo, and can be customized with chorizo, short rib, or other proteins. The feedback was positive, though the portion size looked a bit small compared to other dishes. The very berry French toast was a hit with my daughter. She loved the sauce -- flavorful but not too sweet -- and the bread was perfectly toasted on the outside with a soft center. The burritos were generously sized. The surf and turf stood out, with perfectly cooked shrimp and meat. The sauce had a bit more kick than expected, but it was delicious overall. The carne asada fries were also a great size, with fresh, quality ingredients and great flavor. A few things to note: there are no fountain drinks, and the agua frescas don't come with refills. The menu has a great selection of Mexican-inspired café drinks -- café de olla, Mexican hot chocolate, lattes, and more.

We got our food really quickly but it still was warm when we had got our food. FOOD: Different styles of getting your food, whether you want a gyro or bowl. I opted for the bowl but my friend got the gyro. The gyro slightly fell apart due to the integrity of the wrap but otherwise, it still was good. I got the combo for my protein (lamb and chicken); I would suggest the lamb because it's not super gamey and it's very flavorful. As for the chicken, I thought it was okay. It was a little dry for me to be honest, even after with the addition of the white and green sauce. I also got the fries there and they came out fresh, hot, and crispy. Seasoned simply, but it still was very flavorful (way better than basic plain fries from a fast food restaurant). SERVICE: Service was simple/fine. We just had our order taken and that was it. They did bring our food to us rather than having us go to the counter which I thought was kind. PARKING: Parking is all free! It is in a busy plaza, but there are plenty of open spots all over the place. INTERIOR: The interior was fine, nothing fancy or extra. COMPARISON: I would definitely recommend this place over Halal Guys by a LANDSLIDE. I have always gotten stomach aches from Halal Guys despite going to several different locations. I have had Naz's twice now and I haven't disappointed by what I've gotten. They also have a buy 1, get 1 free deal on DoorDash that seems to go on every so often! TLDR: I would recommend this place, especially if you're craving this type of flavor/cuisine. It's open late, quality is consistent, and the price to portion ratio is great.
