Ambiance is relaxing, plenty of seating, clean, the gentleman that took my order was very polite. I always enjoy good wings. The only issue I had was getting buffalo wings instead of Cajun wings, and when I told them, a lady went in the back with the wrong wings and brought me back the same wings with just Cajun seasoning on top of the buffalo wings. Be very careful with placing orders here I placed an online carry-out order for 5people around noon, to pick up at 6:45pm. Once I placed my order I got my order number, and a message stating that I should be receiving a confirmation email shortly. My bank shows the debit transaction. At 4:45 I called the location and spoke to one of the team members. I told him that I had not received my email yet confirming my order. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesean are yummy, but I prefer my wings drenched. Both of those are dry rubbed. If your going to eat wings, you should do it the old fashion way. Use your fingers and start nawing away, and let it get all over your face and fingers. Then lick your fingers good. Wings come dry or wet. I prefer them wet in a good BBQ sauce. Some of them have a dry rub and are bathed in butter. With the 8 and 10 piece combos you can mix or match 2 flavors. Food takes about 15 minutes.
