    Tiny sorry pancakes
    William H.

Is this a joke? I already had issues with ihop due to their ridiculous pricing and canceling value menus but this is the last straw. I order uber eats for breakfast and I get these tiny mistakes for a pancake. Absolutely ridiculous and a total scam. So tiny, it looks like a kids menu size. Will never be coming back and will be telling people to actively avoid all ihops.

It's fine for what it is but I don't like how they make their omlettes now they don't put any of the meats etc inside the actual omelette it was only sprinkled on top a d hardly any ... I'll stick with pancakes I ate half my dads BLT on multigrain it was yummy. Waitress is always friendly when we go we had her several times and always clean inside

Here's my chocolate chip pancakes with maybe 5 chips

After taking our drink order the waitress did not come back for awhile. She was walking past and said oh no one took your order! UM NO YOUR MY WAITEESS! I will not come back to this I Hop! Just opened my silverware and IT IS DIRTY.... YUK THE ADDRESS IS 4837 Nesconset Highway Port Jeff not what this says, guess they did not update it on yelp!

Hubby and I took his daughter for brunch here one day. Since it was on the weekend, we saw a big crowd and had to wait for 15-20 mins for our table. One thing good about this place is that they serve Avocado Toast, something I didn't expect to get from IHOP. They did not serve this at all locations but made a good one here. So, I was satisfied with my brunch. My stepdaughter ordered a chocolate pancake with some icing on top. It looked good and sweet. Hubby ordered French Toast, but I thought it was just ok, nothing great. The service was excellent because they got the order in one order, roger that! My Avocado Toast was served with slices of avocado on top of multigrain bread, which was perfect. The hash potato was awesome, although I didn't care about it. After trying the potato, I like it!

Country fried steak with 2 eggs, hash browns and pancakes

IHOP is always a comfort food for me. I didn't plan on coming here but after trying to search for somewhere serving brunch foods and not really finding anything that speaks to me, I ended up here. Saw the classic blue roof and it just called out to me haha. The service was great - the staff was friendly and the food came out quick. Everyone sat well distanced apart with some tables marked to purposely not seat customers. We ended up getting the country fried steak, a favorite of mine since it comes with hash browns, 2 eggs, and pancakes! The steak was tender, yet crispy on the outside with gravy poured over it. The hash browns are also a fav with its crispy potato pieces on the outside. We also got a ham and cheese omelette with pancakes and mozzarella sticks. The omelette was definitely packed with ham and so much cheese! I hadn't gotten omelettes from IHOP in a while and just found it to be okay. The eggs are definitely from a carton so you get a weird after taste that reminded me of public school eggs. The mozzarella sticks came out hot with the perfect cheese pull but that passed quick. It came with cold marinara sauce, would've been better if it was warm. However, it was crispy so pretty decent if you're craving mozz sticks. Lastly, the pancakes are my all time favorite. IHOP is known for being the house of pancakes and they live up to its name. The pancakes are always soft, super fluffy, and definitely buttery. IHOP is a classic joint for breakfast foods (or even lunch/dinner) but a must get is the pancakes. They never disappoint!

Stick with the Pancakes. They have a pretty Menu showing many other dishes but I do not think they do anything but Pancakes well.

It's a typical sports bar with a large bar area with high top table service and a second table service area off to the side. Plenty of TVs broadcasting area sport games and offering extensive food options: apps, burgers, flatbreads, wings, sliders, quesadillas and sandwiches. There are daily specials as well. Started off either the fried pickle chips and crispy brussel sprout poppers both of which were hot and crispy. Our server Peter was polite and attentive if a little green to the job. Our party stuck with burger selections and I went with the turkey club sandwich all which were very good, were nicely displayed and reasonably priced. I've seen some other reviews commenting on the decor and service and I can say what impressed me was the overall service particularly with the manager who approached every table asking how everything was and even delivered food as well as bussed tables. We had an interesting conversation with Kim 2.0 ( manager) who shared some of the new upcoming promotions and gave us a little history of Alice's. Overall good food reasonably priced and well portioned. The service is good with an engaging and observant manager. They even feature live music. Being a Sport Bar it can get loud especially on game day but that's to be expected. I'll definitely return on one of the promotion dates.

Smelled good so we went inside. Great service. My Gunnies burger was perfect with crunchy fried. Steve ordered a steak salad... it was outstanding. The food and service were great, and I want to acknowledge our server Christine, who was a real joy to interact with. We stopped in for a Friday lunch. I ordered a salad and one of the soup specials. My Burrata Salad was $14 for a big portion of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and basil topped with a big hunk of burrata cheese, roasted peppers and a balsamic glaze. The salad was excellent, especially the creamy decadent Burrata. Half of it came home with us. My soup was a cup of Mediterranean Lentil for $6. It came in a bowl-sized portion with a big hunk of fresh Italian bread. Both were great, and I loved how the soup was served piping hot and not tepidly lukewarm like so many places serve their soups. My wife ordered an Eggplant Parmigiana Flatbread, and this is where Christine displayed her customer service skills. She told us the restaurant had run out of Eggplant the night before and ran back to the kitchen to see if there was a new supply ready for today. She came back and said it hadn't been fully prepped yet, so it wasn't available, but would we like to try Cauliflower Parmigiana instead? That sounded intriguing to us, and we agreed. The flatbread that came out ($16) was delicious. Big nuggets of sauteed Cauliflower with cheese and marinara sauce on a flatbread. It tasted so good, we vowed to try making our own Cauliflower Parm at home. Lunch ran around $40 after tax and tip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Port Bistro & Pub.

We read a recent review where someone proclaimed the owner to be nasty & unfriendly (sure, I am paraphrasing). Those types of reviews are generally emotionally charged and written by plebs I find. More on that toward the end. Pulling up to a rather unassuming east end Long Island small shopping plaza drenched in rain; opening the door, you are taken back to a semi rustic and dim interior. Perfectly elegant in its bucolic charm- with nice lounge music playing. It is a sit where one likes atmosphere. This is meant with the utmost of respect and candour. We were greeted kindly by the proprietoress (Jacqueline), and handed pleasantly robust binders with the wine list and food. Deciding to treat this in the more European café type, we had glasses and charcuterie. I, the Sagrantino, and her the Kerner. Jacqueline was vocally pleased with our interesting choices. The night drew on, more wine ensued, more food, multiple conversations, and I completed reading through each page and wine choice...finding much to be recognised and appreciated (Kirwan, Moric, Georg Breuer to name but a few) At the end of the night, I asked Jacqueline to pick an appropriate nightcap. She not only delivered, but gave us a wonderful story including the provenance and her experiences - ultimately, the word genius came up more than once. To wit, there was nothing here but an exceptional experience with a like-minded wine enthusiast. I felt welcomed and in the frith of old kin. Nasty, belligerent, dullard atmosphere- indeed not.
