McDonald's is not the best of choices. But you can't go wrong with a classic. I am going to start with the negatives. Obvious is not healthy to eat McDonald's by no means am I recommending for anyone to eat McDonald's. But every time I go to this McDonald's in particular the fries are not fried well under fried. Now to the positives I ordered a Big Mac and I asked for extra Mac sauce loved the taste it reminds me of my child hood l. The fires when fried properly taste so good and addictive. They said it was "super busy" and that only door dashers are there to grab orders (we placed a mobile order before we got there and they didn't care). The lady that said that was kinda rude. I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but my wife sometimes picks up lunch for the grandkids when we watch them. Hmm that's worth a star. OK, not to get political, but with the increase in minimum wage for fast food workers they came up with s way to beat the system. A kiosk near the front counter. Saves paying a kid who can't make change without a machine telling them, $10 bucks an hour. Here's the problem. I'e tried this system twice and I'm 0 for 2. First time wouldn't take my order so the manager had to come over and override the process. Second time system worked but wouldn't give me a receipt, then I had to wait 5 minutes before my order was ready. Another problem, love, love, love, McFlurry's. Often I'll use the drive thru to avoid the aforementioned issues only to find out the machine is not working. I hate when that happens. Consistently gets my order wrong. Tonight I asked for no mayo and no lettuce when ordering a McChicken. I'm allergic to eggs, and so the mayo would kill me. Also ordered two McDoubles with customization and they were just plain. The employee was also very blasé about the fact that he made a serious mistake. They need to be more careful. I don't usually write reviews for fast food because, well it's fast food. Expectations just aren't that high. That being said, tonight reached an all time low. It was 5 o'clock, but ordered and got to the pickup window relatively quickly (5 -7 minutes about what you'd expect at dinner time). Here's where it started to fall apart. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 sundaes. I get to the window and she said , "You just ordered the two sundaes?" as she's handing me the two sundaes that were already fairly melted. I explained what I had ordered while holding the 2 sundaes in my hands in the drive thru. I would have thought that needing a holder would have been a given going they a drive thru, but apparently not because I had to ask for one. Then as I looked down at the ice cream that is really soupy now that they no longer have solid lids, but a lid with a hole in it. Later as I'm driving around a turn the holder flips over and spills ice cream on the floor of the car. When I opened the bag I was met with limp shoe string fries that were substandard even for fast food. I'm not sure when Mc Donald's changed their fries, but they need to go back. Their fries used to be worth going out of your way for, now they're not even worth eating. All in all just not worth the trip or the $25. Try the Wendy's across the street or even better the Chick-fil-a next door. read more

I understand what to expect as far as the food goes, but sometimes my 13 year old wants to go here, and so we do. IT's weird to say, but they've slipped terribly in the last 2-3 years. The two lane drive thru has done nothing but cause annoyance and problems! There never seems to be napkins in the bag anymore, even when you remind them. How can you eat a Big Mac without napkins? The entire staff seems to have gotten younger and more inexperienced each time we go there. Napkins, ketchup and other condiments are forgotten, entire orders are completely screwed up. Today they made us pullover, the girl at the second window tossed a free medium fry card into my car and asked me to pull over to a numbered spot. I asked if I could have my beverage so I could drink some while waiting, she was visibly annoyed but got it. Then just repeated the number again. I heard a second girl say that "they don't need to pull off, their order is ready"! The original girl said, "no, make them wait", they're being annoying??? What a joke! I didn't say anything to avoid the"special" sauce, but it was frustrating. I pulled into the spot and the girl was literally standing next to our car? We drove home to find half the order missing and a sandwich in there we didn't order? So frustrating because if she made us wait on purpose and for no reason, she probably screwed up our order on purpose. Insult to injury, no sauce for two six packs of nuggets! I visited this McDonald's for a late-night vanilla shake, and was completely satisfied with my experience. The double drive-thru was packed, but moved along at a reasonable pace. The service was a little distracted due to the traffic, but really patient. The interior and exterior looked very clean, and well-maintained. The vanilla shake tasted great, and was around $4. Overall, I'd recommend visiting this McDonald's if you have a craving for late-night fast food. read more

You expect a certain standardization with McDonald's restaurants, which is why we forwent a diner for McD's, but this was lower than below standard. Let's just say, they are SOOOOO cheap! First of all, there was no lettuce in the fillet-o-fish, and HALF a slice of cheese, with half of that half hanging out of the sandwich, and far from melty. Second of all, when I got a McFlurry, the amount of oreo crumbles was so small! By the time you got to halfway down the McFlurry, there is no more oreo. Also, the amount of soft serve wasn't a lot. Finally, the staff is a little less than attentive. You stand around waiting for one of them to figure out you want to order. read more

I have no idea why this location is getting lower than average rating since the decor and the floors are immaculate. The service was very nice and the staff was smiling which is always a good indication. My sirloin steakhouse burger was delicious with the pepper corn sauce. Fries was fairly hot but not smoking hot. Using my Foursquare app allowed me to check in and get free small fries despite my combo that I had ordered. I have been in this location many times in the past and never had any issues. read more

That being said, even when it's pretty busy the staff is really nice and considerate (and even offer free fries, etc. if the wait was unbearably long). The screen kiosks on the inside are usually efficient but there's been times when it would be broken and I'd have to order on my app instead. I stop here frequently for coffee before work and this location by far has the slowest morning crew. If you're looking to get in and out quick don't stop here.
