First I'll give overall impressions and then my recent experience. Food is good quality. Burgers and fries are top notch. Greasier than competitors. And more expensive. Not our go-to cause of the price. And even disregarding price, prefer in n out. Now for my recent experience. Had a promotional offer so decided to visit. Ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries for $56 before discount($45 with). While waiting for my order, was thinking the process is extremely disorganized despite having what seemed to be too many workers behind the counter. Finally got my to-go order and once i got home noticed a bunch of things wrong with the order. Ordered bbq sauce on one burger, which had none. Another burger had an extra patty that was not ordered. Reached out to the store and manager offered to remake my order, which was appreciated. Coincidentally, when i went for the order remake, manager happened to be there and helped me with my order. Figured they cant get it wrong again, right?? Wrong. Same burger didnt get bbq sauce. One of the burgers was supposed to have lettuce onions and tomato but included none, just a plain cheeseburger. Had to double check the receipt and confirmed it was their mistake. Reached out to the manager again just to give the feedback and received no response. Could be just this location but they're extremely inconsistent. Or consistently poor service. In n out being our go-to, in the hundreds of visits, literally never got our order wrong and at a fraction of the price. Needless to say, not the best experience and wont be returning anytime soon. 3 stars only cause the burgers are pretty good. But service gets 1 star. read more

I went in to Five Guys yesterday for a quick lunch to go. They took their time no one was around and they were just talking away. I needed to get back to work. I just ordered a hamburger with lettuce & tomato. The lady was very rude (Gladys A) but the young man was awesome. This hamburger was over $10.00 which is ridiculous. 20 minutes later... I ate some of the burger in my car before returning to work. By the time I got to work I had to take 5 Benadryl because my throat was closing up. When I eat vegetable's that are not washed and the pestiside is left on them this is the reaction my body goes through. This is the last time I go to Five Guys!! I am also going to spread the word out to my co-workers. My yard crew go often, but no longer. This is very deadly. Instead of standing around talking maybe you can take the time to clean the vegetables properly while you share stories. read more

I am usually not a big fan of Five Guys but decided to try them again. I was not disappointed. I came at an off time so there was minimal wait to order. I ordered the cheeseburger, mini-fries and a cup of water. It takes a little time to get your order but then it is cooked to order so you have to expect that. I ordered everything on the burger because why not? Next time I will ask for the grilled onions and mushrooms on the side as it made the bottom bun way to soggy. I ended up using a fork. The burger was great and I loved the fries. I ordered the mini-fries but there was a lot of fries in the bag. Although it was not busy, people had to bus their tables as I never saw an employee clean up when I was there. The burger was juicy and very flavorful. In-n-out had a huge line so we drove down the way to test out this competitor. First time in a Five guys, and no customers in sight. While it had a similar vibe (color scheme / burger joint), was immediately taken back by the prices. Appreciate more menu options, but almost $50 for 2 burgers, 1 coke, 1 milkshake, and 1 fry is outrageous; I understand inflation but damn! Everyone knows five guys has good burgers and the fries are to die for! But the price is getting way out of control. Went on my birthday with my husband to grab some dinner. We each got a little burger (anything small size is called "little" even drinks and fries) my husband also got a hot dog and we split a little fry and a little drink...so 2 small burgers, 1 hot dog, 1 small drink and 1 small fry, $46. I think that is crazy and no reason for it to be that expensive. You can go to chili's or applebees and get a burger with fries and drink for 9.99. Price for just a burger is pretty pricey. They have good fries and u get to munch on complimentary peanuts while your dining in. Staff is very hard workers- on top of things. My husband got take out for lunch today. We haven't been here in 5+ years and likely won't go for another 5. We got 2 regular burgers and a large fry and total was $36. Granted there were a lot of fries for $9. My hamburger bun was so soggy I had to eat my burger with a fork and no bun. I only live 2 minutes away too and have gotten burgers from further away that weren't soggy once I got home. The meat had zero flavor too. The fries were super soggy too. They had good flavor but soggy as a wet noodle. Disappointed with this meal. Okay, this Five Guys location has been taking a beating as of late. After eating a rather disappointing burger the other week at In & Out - I decided to revisit this location. It had been year's since I have been here - so I'm going with this as if it's a first time experience. I called in and got through after a few rings. The gentleman who answered was polite and friendly. He took my order efficiently and quickly - he even gave me my total before hanging up. Upon arrival I only had to wait a few minutes to get my order as they prepared my Cajun fries. Based in all the recent reviews I expected to find this location to be dirty AND incompetent. Well, my order came out perfect! Great tasting bacon cheeseburger (with all the requested toppings), killer Cajun fries and a yummy cherry limeade drink. Bottom line: Five Guys ain't cheap but what is these days? The food was very good, the service was courteous and prompt and the restaurant was clean. My order got messed up and I didn't discover it until I got home - I two hamburger patties with absolutely nothing on them, like plain! Obviously a mistake but since I was home I ate them and even plain they were good - not greasy but tasty! I'm sure they'd be a lot better with condiments so next time I'll check before leaving. Specifically, I want to mention that my son was nervous to go by himself to the counter to buy a drink and the young man working cashier was super supportive and kind to him even though he's young. This place is garbage. Maybe if they had some quality staff it would be halfway decent. But still, for the quality of a burger I could get at Wendy's for a fraction of the price I would expect a lot more from this place. Nobody who works in this place seems to have a sense of urgency or order. The person making the shakes just lets the orders stack up and just ignore them until you come back and ask for the shake that you ordered (usually after I've already gotten my burger). Then half the time they don't even make the shake right. From someone who has worked in hospitality for most of their life, this place has fully lost my respect and business. The quality of their meat is high so it is a little bit pricy for the type of restaurant it is, which is why I don't come as often as I would like. We usually love Five Guys but this trip had us wanting more (like what we had paid for). We ordered a Bacon cheeseburger, a little bacon cheeseburger, and a grilled cheese and veggie sandwich. As well as a regular fry and a banana shake. The shake was as ordered but everything else was not. The bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon on it. The grilled cheese and veggie was missing the cheese and the little bacon cheeseburger was missing pickles (not a huge deal since we didn't have to pay anything extra for them but still disappointing). The fries were limp and tasteless and even after putting them in the air fryer could not be saved. Of course we didn't see any of this til we got home and opened up the bag and burgers but it was a real disappointment for sure. I'm sure we will give them another try at some point but not for a while. read more

I was originally going to go to Dave's hot chicken but the line was really long and I had a limited time before I need to start work. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a drink and it was almost $18. I switched the small cheeseburger because I thought that would be plenty for me and it was 14 or $15. Which is fine. She asked me if I wanted everything on the burger I said yes please. I get my food and go and I'm eating it in the car the fries are so salty I can hardly eat them. And the burger was literally just a bun meat and cheese. I'm curious what the burger would have looked like had I said no don't put everything on it. I was stunned at the lack of quality at this burger place. I have been reading the "OK" reviews for awhile now so Tom S and I decided to give it a try. We wanted some cheap eats on our way home. To begin with, there was absolutely no A/C on inside the place and it was at least 93 degrees outside. It was like an oven when we walked in the door and I instantly felt sorry for all the employees.
