The biscuit was flaky and tasty - definitely the star of the show. You order through a kiosk at the front of the store, and they call your name when your order is ready. In our case, we were sitting at one of the two tables out front, and they brought our order out. The seating is relatively limited.

Then when you've had your fill, they bring by peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream on top and/or banana pudding! They take cash or check only. They thankfully had an ATM inside. But the man at the cash register said we could leave and go to our own bank if we wanted and come back to pay!! That wouldn't happen at very many places. You will not be allowed inside. There are 2 sections. One section has tables at which you can dine. The other section is essentially a bar behind which the frozen drink machines are arrayed. There is plenty of space to chat and drink your drink after you get your order.

This was our first and last time ever again to your restaurant. 1. The staff here are racist!!!! We walked in and there was a large soda spilled on the floor. Not just a little but a lot. It was all melted and nobody took cared of it. no sign warning people... staff know about it...walked past it... didn't do anything. 2. We ordered our milkshake and proceed to wait. 10 min has passed. Then someone light bulb came on. We have to fill the shake machine. Waited another 15 minutes. So now after 25 minutes..the shakes were ready. Two other family who ordered got their shakes first. We asked about our order thinking... this is not right. They told us in one minute... then proceeded to give the milkshake to the guy who ordered several customers after us. Then we stood right in front of him...he walked around a bit then finally gave us our order. The shakes were watered down. This place is run by monkeys. McDonalds service is more reliable. Guess what... after 25 plus minutes when we walked out... the soda spill was still on the floor. Nobody did anything. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. but hey..... if you want to see how zoo animals can run and destroy a franchise name... come on in!!! Good consistent service from 5 guys. This location might be a little busier than most [location, location, location]. The staff keeps it together & get's your order done & cooked quickly. The prices are about on target for any kind of fresh to order place like this. Seating is adequate my only complaint would be the bathrooms aren't cleaned as often as they should be for a location with this kind of traffic. Solid three stars. read more

This is my first location to try their menu and since first day I have become a avid supporter of this franchise. I love the simple menu and to be able to make your sandwich as you want but by other people hands. While waiting, eat all the gigantic peanuts as many as you want. This is a small location connected to a gas station and kind of tucked in the corner of the parking lot. There are a couple of spaces in front of the establishment, but you may have to park on the other side of the gas station if there is a lot of traffic. When you walk in this feels like a legitimate spot with all of the Philly memorabilia and the juice dispensers makes you believe you are about to get an authentic Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, as you can see from my pictures that was not what I received. In addition to this, it took almost 30 minutes to get our sandwiches after waiting about five minutes at the counter by myself while I watched the young lady working prepare other sandwiches before taking any new orders. Meanwhile, another gentleman who I am not sure what his purpose was, stood behind the counter with his arms folded, and simply watched the whole affair without greeting or offering any sort of assistance with regard to the menu or ordering. Just a really bizarre set up but based on the one young lady working it sounds like they're having some significant labor issues so I'll give them a little grace on that.
