Great BOGO deal, super busy in store even though placed our order on the app. Generally these burgers are extremely expensive especially with so Kueh burger competition out there. So it's awesome to have a deal like this make it relatively affordable. Love that the fries are always plentiful.

Yes! Five guys! A staple in the Bay Area. My go to when, I want to fill an empty stomach and I place I can count on if I want to get the best value for my money. This place never fails to impress me with how much more food I get for my money. My go to order in the bacon cheeseburger with sautéed onions and mushrooms with barbecue sauce and a small order regular fries. I would always recommend ordering in advance. That way the wait time is significantly shorter. If you decide to go in and order, than depending on the time of the day. Your wait time can be anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Five guys is notorious, we known for their burgers, (where you have almost unlimited toppings to add to the burger). Just a tip from a five guys regular. Eat the food as quickly as you can or try to let the burger breathe. If you keep it wrapped up in the foil, it will get soggy, which is a huge flaw if you're not able to eat it within 5 to 10 minutes of getting your food. They have really delicious and thick milkshakes. Most popular flavors are: chocolate or vanilla. You can also order a hotdog, as well as an unlimited amount of peanuts. Those are just there for the taking. Now, there are variations of the menu which you can order. But the go too's are the burgers or the hotdogs. Now the burgers are pricier than normal. That's if you are comparing it to the traditional fast food chains. That's because with that higher price points, you also get fries and a drink. But for that same price, you're getting just the burger at Five Guys. However, it is much better quality than the fast food chains that are out here and significantly more filling, in my opinion. Employees are very professional as well as hard working. Be patient and be kind because they are always doing their best.

This the South SanFrancisco location Five Guys- A solid 3.5 with room to improve Greetings to all, first up l would like to say that being in the Fast food industry of Making Tasty burgers is a hard task to take on by any means. This location is settled on a corner spot with easy access to the restaurant itself that has ample share parking. Inside the restaurant , seating and lighting are ok and not overwhelming. The service is ok as well, and as l have always said, Any restaurant can only pace itself based upon how workers are on duty at the time, now having said this ; this location does just fine in the service category. The food is ok as well in comparison to the other restaurants that are in the same category. I mean what are we Really to expect from restaurants such as these, or we could just make them ourselves. Keep up the good work SSF Five Guys

Solid experience at this five guys. Shout out to Raquel the cashier for her friendliness and patience walking my aunt through her questions as it was her first time there. Food came out quick and hot -- love the fresh fries and the peanuts while you wait. Only sad thing was the bun was a bit smashed. No issues with our orders, despite all of the customization. Plenty of seating and the place was clean. Five stars.

I have five guys was really good. We came here after visiting Christmas tree Lane in San Carlos. Me and my girlfriend ordered the bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the cheeseburger. We ordered two regular fries. They are very generous with their fries as they say, and the bag was loaded with fries. The service here is very nice. We came in here at 9:43 and they still took us in. The ambience is really nice as well as as it is painted red and white like a race car track.

This is one of my go-to spots when craving a cajun fries, milkshake, or burger. There is nothing on this menu that I don't like. Inside the place is spacious and plenty of seating area. Nowadays, I place my order online. I had placed an order online and doordash. I set it up for pick up at a later time when I get off of work. Traffic wasn't too busy, so I got there before the scheduled pick-up time. When I arrived, I was greeted right away. I told them I was picking up, and they told me 4 minutes. I told them that was fine and I'll wait. It gave me time to get my sauces together. Everyone that I spoke to or helped me had great service with a smile. They were very attentive. They asked if I needed a bigger bag or a drink carrier. I highly recommend this place. We ordered: Little bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce and grilled onions - This was so juicy and perfect with every bite. I devoured it Bacon cheeseburger everything on it - My husband enhaled this, lol Cajun fries - This is my favorite, I like it with a side of mayo. It helps cut the heat a little without losing he kick. Strawberry shake and chocolate shake - They are always thick and creamy. I haven't tried a flavor that I didn't like.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo--and ended up with a plain, overpriced burger. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I know friends and family who've had similar complaints. It shouldn't be this hard to get an order right. Management really needs to step up and pay attention.

Five Guys? There's something to love about them. On my most recent visit, I decided to try something else from the menu. That is the cheesy hot dog. This looked more like a sandwich, hot dog sliced in half with cheese on top. So in addition to the usual French Fries I order when I am here, I did something different. I ordered: - cheese (hot) dog - small fries - regular soda In terms of service, it's very good and staff were friendly. You can order your food for eat in or take out. There's a big box of peanuts available. It's free and complementary. Always great having something to munch on.

Watery tasteless patties, soggy buns, over priced. The fries and milkshakes are solid which gave the rating two stars.

This is a tiny little shop that seems to do a tremendous amount of business. Yesterday, we were in the area at 11:30, before the lunch rush officially begins. We parked practically in front at the curb and walked to the front door. Inside were about 10 customers, some waiting to pay, some watching their sandwiches being made and others waiting to order. We weren't quite exactly where to stand so we wormed our way to what we thought might be the end of the line. Probably not necessary. There were three sandwich makers and they simply called "next" when they were ready for the next guest. The first question we were asked was how many sandwiches followed by what breads. We're both fans of Dutch Crunch so that made it easy. Then we were asked what sandwich was first. With everything? What kind of cheese? Any add-ons? Then the second sandwich, same questions. The process was impressive. Our sandwich maker knew his craft and made us two wonderful sandwiches. She ordered the Fire Roasted Steak with everything. I ordered the Lucca's Ultimate Club without the Hot Pepper Sauce (mistake!). We got back to our van and the hot Steak smelled so good, we split it right then and completely devoured it! The Hot Pepper Sauce was not super spicy and the entire sandwich was huge and delicious. This morning, we split the Lucca's Ultimate. We each managed to put away about 1/2 of our 1/2 and then had to put them away. Not to worry, we finished them at dinner. I think because I had omitted the Hot Pepper Sauce, this sandwich wasn't quite as moist. I would have liked more lettuce, tomato and possibly some avocado. That's a note to myself for next time. Yes, there will be a next time. Service was great. Food was great. I wouldn't want the business to change anything. A small shop with huge demand that makes great food is worth the wait. Some might say that enlarging the business would increase speed and capacity but I say don't mess with a great thing!

I haven't been here in ages and I happen to pass by when I noticed them. I checked their reviews and they seemed legit. Usually, new places that pop up have tons of "fake" reviews. IYKYK! Just like the place is named after, they not only offer Subs, but it's a basically a mini-mart that sells Halal meats and Middle Eastern and Mediterranean grocery items. They also have all types of Baklavas, that were sweet, rich and decadent. I've even purchased my very Turkish Coffee and cezve - a small pot with a long handle designed to brew finely ground coffee over a stovetop or sand. The nice gentleman instructed me on how to brew Turkish coffee. I just googled the rest. Anyways, on my first visit, I ordered their Pastrami Wrap. It's basically Pastrami wrapped in a Pita with all the fixins' but with a twist on the sauce. If l'm not mistaken, it's either Tahini or Tzatziki sauce. It gave it a different flavor that was quite delightful. Be careful though as it can get messy as this thing will drip down your hands and clothes as I found out the hard way. On my second visit, I was so impressed by the wrap that I ordered it again. I was more careful to eat it this time around, but it still dripped down my shorts. That's what I get for eating in the car. They have 10 items on their Subs menu, and they all look good. Aside from the Pastrami Wrap, they also have chicken, roast beef and turkey. They have five meat-type subs and one tuna sub all reasonably priced starting from $10.95 to $14.95, which is a great deal in this day of age. The people working here are very nice and friendly. As I mentioned earlier, the gentleman who was providing me information on Turkish coffee was also looking out for my best interest. Instead of upselling me something, he gave me a more practical advice on what to purchase. All in all, a friendly and inviting place where they offer delicious and affordable sandwiches, to which I will certainly be back for more.
