Solid burger spot with quick and efficient service. I picked Falafel Burger - The burger itself was…read moregood, though the portion size felt a bit smaller compared to some other burger places. It was also slightly on the drier side, but the coleslaw served alongside helped balance things out nicely and added some freshness to the meal. The place has a casual setup with around 5-7 tables for dining in, though it seemed like most customers were picking up takeout orders. Overall, it's a convenient spot for a quick burger, especially if you're in the area and looking for something simple and satisfying.

I got a giants burger in a lettuce wrap, an order of the small mouth burger, kids sliders, and my husband got a big mouth burger. I also wanted to get a couple of cookies n cream milkshakes but sadly, they did not have that flavor, only vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and banana. We opted for a couple of vanilla/chocolate swirls instead. The milkshakes came out first - they were on the thicker side so we had to wait a bit for it to melt first, but otherwise were creamy, sweet, and delicious. The kids enjoyed their meals - the small mouth burger came with additional toppings like pickles and onions on the side. The sliders were plain. My giants burger came out initially with no onion rings but the staff proactively realized their mistake and brought this out to me on the side. However, they also forgot the BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with it, which would have been a nice touch. The patty was a bit on the salty side. All the meals had fries on the side, with the giants burger coming with garlic/parmesan fries.

We were on our way to the Japanese tea garden, and then we decided to use her gift card and go to five guys. Sadly, Yelp had a pop-up spot that said there was a "restaurant "in an industrial area which it was actually just an Uber eats drop off area. Not an actual restaurant where they cook in front of you. Lol. We were so happy to find this actual restaurant. She was able to get her sandwich with her sautéed mushrooms and all the fixings!! I was able to get a coffee and Pastory across the street at Phill's coffee shop and I was thrilled as well!! This corner spot of five guys had a weird parking lot, so I wasn't too sure if I was supposed to park on the left or right hand side since it's on a corner and there's a light leading out of the plaza within 100 feet of the entrance. I parked halfway in between the coffee shop and five guys so it would be easier for us to get out. Overall, everything went well, and I was able to get a coffee a pastry from Phill's and my girl loved her burger!! We will definitely be back to this plaza again there's so many delicious places to eat and shop here!!

The service was poor. The cashier had trouble communicating. We said we'd be dining in, but everything was packed in bags. The steam made the fries soggy. I also had to clean my table. Just didn't see to be an attentive crew. The burgers also seemed steamed rather than fried. Not hot enough griddle? Vegetables were soggy. The fried onions were mushy. The burger fell apart in my hands. Ketchup is the only condiment. In contrast, the 5 Guys in Paris, France was way better quality & service. This local experience is why we avoid franchises. Too often the execution is substandard. Fast food is no longer cheap & should be made with care. I certainly won't be coming back. We will stay with In N Out & a particular Burger King for a consistent experience. Or just spend a bit more at a Mom & Pop.
