The fries were seasoned well and had a nice crispiness to them. The shake was also very good. The staff were professional and efficient. The atmosphere was very laid back which was nice. The price stops me from making this a consistent stop. $28 for double bacon cheeseburger, fry and sub a shake. 3*** = Good but no separation from similar restaurants 4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back. 5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there! read more

We went to this location a few weeks to try their food. I knew they did not have combos & everything was Al la cart because I went to the restaurant in the past. We ordered their double cheeseburger and fries which was $20 w/o a drink; very expensive especially if you have a family of 3 or more. The food & service is good just a little to pricey for us. LOST MY APPETITE! I dined in at the Five Guys Surprise location recently. Luckily, I used the men's washroom before receiving my meal. Otherwise I would have actually consumed my food. EEK! Another gentleman was occupying the stall and due to the overwhelming aroma "if you will" I excused my self and waited outside. Hoping to salvage my appetite. Once I heard to toilet flush I entered the washroom once more . Unfortunately, I walked in to see this gentleman exit the stall refraining from washing his hands all together . To my horror the same gentleman was handing me my food a few minutes later and he was none other than the MANAGER! Come on people it takes a few seconds! You handle people's food! We were greeted when we came in. Our order was taken promptly and the food delivered as ordered. The public space was very clean and I observed tables, chairs and doors being wiped down during our visit. I enjoy the available peanuts, but the main attraction for me is the great fresh French fries! And the food is very over priced the best value are their fries but that's because they give you a lot but potatoes are cheap so not that special. Used to go here quite often and quality was great. Even though they were pricy it wasn't as bad as now. Yesterday $30 for small burger double cheeseburger small fry med drink. Not busy but my small burger had cheese that I didn't ask for. I never do. About 5 strings of limp lettuce and 5 or 6 chunks of onion. Barely any mayo. I had to add all these when I brought the food home Barely any fries like they used to. I did the receipt survey and a very rude lady called to talk over me and basically told me concerning the cheese on my small burger that it is supposed to come that way and I ordered wrong. I see way this place has less stars than most burger places. I find it funny that they have all their accomplishments on the walls but don't keep up to that standard. They are a decent burger restaurant. They are very pricey for what you get as the burger meat is very thin and the burgers are very small. For 3 people and 3 drinks, our meal turned out to be near $50. This was with a small fry and a large Cajun fry. One of the things that really bother me is that they say that they can not do crispy fries. They use some excuse that their method of flying is unique and proprietary, and that makes the fries perfect... but my argument would be that there isn't anything overly special about their frying method that most people who make fries, they out in oil, cook, take out of oil... done, the other is... if it was perfect, I wouldn't ask for extra crispy. My guess is they say this to save their oil or something and make it last long. We have been here before, and they did extra crispy fries, so I suspect this is something newer or just now enforcing. A small annoyance was that they had an ant infestation near the drink station, they may want to get their bug person back out soon. read more

My buddies were rolling out of town and one of them had never been to a Five Guys before. Time to sample it, right? Drove down here and had the last supper (lunch) with my boys before they drove home to Vegas. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger which I topped with mustard, grilled onions and regular onions. I ordered a small regular fry and a glass of water. Total was a tad over $12.00. A little steep for a burger and fries but would it be worth it? Today, I would say yes. The burger was pretty much perfect today. Two patties of juicy beef, perfectly melted cheese, plenty of onions and a little mustard tied it all together. The fries are delicious too. They are cooked proper and they give you a grip of them! I couldn't even finish a small order. Two regular sized adults should probably split a small fry. Service was extremely friendly. The cashier who took my order seemed genuinely interested in how my day was going and she was all chipper and smiling the whole time taking my order. When I picked up my food, the guy who called out my number was extremely pleasant too. That is always good to see. Seems like a cool place to work. Overall, I really like Five Guys. It's just too expensive though. $12.00 and change for a burger and fries is up there. If I would have added a soda, that is a $15.00 lunch right there my friends. If it was closer to $8.00, even $10.00, I think I would come here more often. I know a craving will hit sooner or later though, and I will be back. Got the small frys. The cup is now about 2 1/2 in high(about the size of the plastic water cups in the bathroom at a hotel). They do not fill up the cup fully it had about 10 maybe 15 fry s in it. They dont put a big scoop or two of frys in the bag anymore either. They put only a few fry s in there. Majority of the fry s were burnt too. The cost was $5.39. Not worth it at all. Just ordered and waited 20 minutes, saw our burgers ready and sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and had to walk up twice and ask if our order was almost ready, didn't get her name but the lady with yellow hair started talking crap about us to her co worker while they were working on other peoples orders who ordered after us. Not sure how that's customer orientated at all, I don't recommend this place anymore it's been going downhill slowly. We can tell customers around us aren't happy either since they're still waiting. Haven't been here in a few years. Not a stellar experience this time. Too cold - AC blowing like crazy and it's 55 degrees outside. Floor dirty. Tables dirty. Had to ask them to clean a table. There was only eight people in the restaurant when we arrived and we ended up being the only ones and then one other couple came in. Not busy, no excuse for a dirty restaurant. Plus, it's a Wednesday evening. Fries are too salty for most people. I like them but they were too salty for my family. I like a lot of salt though. Burgers were OK but not worth $10 apiece. We also had to stand at the counter for a few minutes because the three employees were standing at the other end of the counter just chitchatting and talking to each other. They knew we were standing there but it took quite a while for someone to come down and although she apologized, there was really no excuse for that. read more

All of these reviews are wrong. This is the best burger place in America. You can't beat them. I have eaten here forever and nothing can compares. Now don't get me wrong the burgers are a gift from God himself, but the only draw back is it leaves you depressed because you don't instantly have a new one in your hands.
