I came in today on Labor day holiday and they had regular store hours which was very nice to grab burgers without bbqing in the hot sun as the alternative. There was a lot of people dining in and the staff was very pleasant - Cesar was really amazing. He made sure our order came out right and separated each of our meals in their own bags which we requested for takeout. We got a cheeseburger, little cheeseburger, and little burger with 2 regular fries for $50 (16/pp). Our food was cooked perfectly (patties well done) and all of our toppings were not skipped. I have had a great Five Guys burger & fries before but sadly this location disappointed me...The workers were friendly but the burger itself felt tasteless even though it had substantial ingredients and looked solid. The meat was definitely lacking flavor & the fries felt soggy + lack more cajun seasoning too. The ketchup was empty, most of the drinks we tried in the soda machine were out of syrup. Our burgers were smashed into a bag, mushed and incorrect toppings. They gave us some extra fries in the bag but not near as much as they used to, maybe like 10 extra fries. So at first, we loved going to 5 guys, but that changed very quickly. Once they started to have peanuts on the floor and cooking with them we were out. No hospital trips for us. I get it peanuts oil is cheap and there is a vibe with the shells everywhere. I would however say that having a sign on the door that warns peanut allergy customers before they even open the door might not be a bad thing. On 1/23/23, I was on my way back from the local Post Office, when I decided to stop by FIVE GUYS to grab a SMALL order of fries to go. The name of the staff member behind the counter was MIGUEL. As I reached for my wallet to get a credit card to pay for my fries, MIGUEL said there was no need for me to pay as the order would be ON THE HOUSE. I asked WHY, and he said that it was simply something that FIVE GUYS would occasionally do to foster good feelings. I had had a bad day, week, month and year, so I simply couldn't believe it. I jokingly said that if I had known about the FIVE GUYS generosity beforehand, I would have requested a JUMBO order of fries :) Without batting an eyelid, MIGUEL replied that he would order up a JUMBO fries and that it would be ON THE HOUSE. I was speechless. I was prepared to leave a tip that matched the price of the order, but I didn't have any small bills, so I left only a small tip. I then thought of something I could do that might possibly reward MIGUEL and his company far more than a measly tip. I asked whether he would mind if I mentioned him in online reviews of FIVE GUYS, and he replied that he would not mind. Thus, you are reading my review! Great friendly service, easy parking and great food. Why two stars? Because a regular cheese burger small fries and small drink cost $25.99 and on top of that the receipt requested a tip! People are quick to compare with other restaurants, specially in-n-out. I believe each burger place has its own identity and should be judged alone, not compared to other places. The burgers here taste like a homemade backyard BBQ burgers. The bun is extremely soft and all ingredients are fresh. I love the Cajun fries! They do not carry ranch! Although it's my favorite condiments and most people's favorite as well. I didn't mind so much , I actually like it when certain places don't carry certain condiments . I went with the good old mayo mustard and ketchup. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and enjoyed every single bite ! I see a lot of people here complaining about the increase in price. This is unfortunately not a good review. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger all the way, no mushrooms and add jalapenos. They forgot the bacon. When I informed Marcus he tried to give me bacon. I told him I prefer a remake, he had a big attitude about it then agreed to make it. I explained to him that I prefer a remake rather than put bacon on a half eaten burger. After seeing his unprofessionalism I said forget it and requested a refund. Marcus refunded me the cost of the 9.99 burger.
