We went to Fusion Grill today, the first time since his diagnosis, and the owner explained that she could make almost anything on the menu gluten-free. They have gluten-free pastas, breads, buns.... They even have a separate fryer, so we don't have to worry about cross-contamination. Most importantly, the owner really understands that even a tiny bit of gluten is still gluten, and for someone with Celiac, they can get very sick.
