Are you kidding me! $15 for a meal that doesn't include French fries or a drink!!!!!!!

Ordered a shake. Waited. Waited more than at the 12 minute mark, I see that one of the cashiers realized the milkshake machine needed more milk mixture. She started getting it ready, but then got side tracked. Then she got back to actually putting the mixture in the machine. At 18 minutes we asked for our money back. It looked like that was going to be a problem. Finally at 20 minutes we got the money back and were able to leave empty handed. We will not be going back. read more

Pretty good overall just very expensive for something so small like you order then wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for them to cook the food but pretty good fries are warm and burger pretty good the prices need to be down for real read more

I ordered my food and while I was waiting for my food "die young" By kesha comes on and they were having full blown dance battles! They were entertainment for waiting on food. It reminded me when I was in my home town doing dance battles at Taco Bell. The food was spontaneously delicious! I might come back for more fries! read more

Normally this place is 5 stars. Unfortunately, the manager on duty at 7pm August 15th is a nightmare. She's constantly yelling and belittling her coworkers over every single order and the food quality is suffering because of it. I was served a soggy mess of noodle potatoes for the first time here instead of the perfectly cooked fries that I expected. Also, The cashier said she could cut a little cheeseburger in half for my 3 year old and when the manager heard she laid into this employee for a solid minute or two about how they don't do stuff for customers or all of the customers will start expecting it. I sincerely hope the franchise owner is able to see this review because this lady is going to drive this location out of business. read more

Earsplitting music being blasted that was selected by someone whose taste got stuck in the '80s, with sticky tables and a floor littered with the shells of the roasted peanuts they offer as customers wait (why?). Music is so loud and the staff is so indifferent to service that on my visit I wound up with a burger coated with about a half inch of mayo on it instead of the tomato I ordered--$9.41 for a burger that went straight into the garbage when I got home. Very friendly staff and manager that went above and beyond!! The food is always good, it's costly but most things are these days and you get what you pay for! I've eaten at a lot of different locations, this one by far is the best! Customer service and kindness go along way!! Top notch! read more

Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered online and the website clearly said curbside. I drive up and call as directed and the manager answers the phone (Rashod) and says it wasn't placed as a curbside order and I would need to come in. I advised I gave a $5 tip and I am literally parked in the door. Can someone not walk it out. Rashod was extremely arrogant and lacked any type of customer service skills. I demanded a refund and was finally given one and they have certainly lost a customer. Do not waste your money here. My order was $25 for a burger, hot dog and fries!! I have been going to this 5 guys since covid started and did social distancing with no mask and had no problem. Now I go and after ordering I get told to wear a mask. When I asked for my money back I was told that is the rule and it is on the door. When I pointed out that by law only the workers have to wear a mask and that is only company policy the manager got argumentative. I will avoid this restaurant until they follow the law. read more

Hamburgers are really good but not worth what you pay for them. 3 of us to eat there was $38. Which to me is absolutely ridiculous! Restaurant was not very clean when we visited. the burgers are great. if you don't mind paying $7+ for a burger, its ok. forget about the shakes, small, all taste the same, and extremely expensive. never enough places to sit, and then, they are pretty uncomfortable, I guess it encourages people to move along. you never know how the fries will be, either in abundance or a cup full, greasy or burned. its your gamble. get a $$$ burger to go and go elsewhere for everything else. read more

The hamburgers were...okay. The place was noisy, disorganized and there were leftover bits of food from previous customers scattered all around, on the tables, in the chairs and on the floor. Went there for what I guess was the unofficial grand opening. I got a double with cheese and a large drink. I guess that is the regular burger. Lots of staff, thus the food was out in about 12 minutes from the time I placed the order. Burgers were actually juicy and had good taste unlike the Macon location. They have the advanced Coca-Cola drink machine and I could get vanilla flavored root beer. Above average food to go with the above average price. Parking is limited and the inside space seems smaller than what I think it should be. The parking lot is shared with 4 other businesses. It will give the nearby Sonic some competition. read more
