Plenty of ample parking around the restaurant. Upon entering it was super cold and the floors were very greasy/slippery. No paper towels in the sink area upon entering. Our order was quickly taken. We ordered 4 regular burgers with all the toppings plus Cajun fries, jalepeno fries and regular fries with a steak burger. Our drinks were mostly ice with very little soda in them. We were given 3 napkins with 5 trays of food. We had to ask for ketchup and more napkins. One of our burgers was the size of golf ball. All were cooked decently. We will not be back. Stay away. Food is great. The only problem I have is the customer service. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Almost every time I go to this restaurant, one of the workers has the nastiest attitude. For example, I went to cook out with my mom a few weeks back and my mother was very kind to this young lady but the worker that went by the name of Kenyata did not speak at all when we came to the drive through my mother did greet her but she didn't say anything back. Also, out of all of the times my mom thanked this young lady, she did not once say "You're welcome" she was very unprofessional and rude. When my mother asked for sauce, instead of putting it in a bag like any normal person would, she took all 6 of the sauces and handed them directly to my mother, causing her to drop them and having to open the car door and pick them up. It was a very messy situation. At the end of all of this, she just closed the window in our faces without saying anything. We got this same young lady today at the drive through when we went, and she still had the same nasty attitude. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! Cookout, please do better on training your employees for customer service. Even though it is basic human decency to have manners, obviously some people weren't ever taught that, so please put more effort into training the employees at this location because almost all of them have the same exact attitude. We ordered 2 chicken and one cheese quesadillas, 3-piece chicken tenders, nuggets, a large fry and a milkshake. When my mom pulled off after we got our food, she immediately parked in the parking lot to check if we got everything. We did not. It even felt like the lady who handed us the food was trying to "rush" us and it was funny because there was no reason for that (considering there were few people in the drive-thru). My mom did NOT get her milkshake, and the drive-thru was already packed so she went in the restaurant to retrieve it. I've tried this place twice since it opened and it was good. This place was always packed with cars lined up all around the restaurant for several weeks after opening, but it appears to have died down and I don't see much cars lined up. Both times, I ordered the cookout tray with 1/4 lb hamburger, 2 sides, and a drink. I didn't realize it, but they charge extra for tomato, cheese, and bacon on the hamburger. A young attendant asked me what I wanted on my hamburger and I said everything. She added the extra charged toppings to my order without even mentioning it to me. If she was trained properly, she should have said the tomato, cheese, and bacon are extra charges and whether I still wanted everything on it but she did not. My order came out quickly. The hamburger was definitely fresh as the meat was still hot off the grill. The sides were a disappointment. I ordered the fries during my first visit but didn't like it. I ordered the onion rings and they only gave me 3 or 4 rings and they were hard and dry. The corndog was good. I haven't tried the milkshakes yet but it appears to be a popular choice. For the price ($4.99 for a cookout tray), it can't be beat and I will be coming back. read more

I love the taste of the burgers at Cookout. They actually taste like they've been cooked out over a charcoal grill. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The toppings are to order and the service is always quick. The price of their trays is amazing. A burger, two sides, and a drink for around five bucks. Also, the sides include corn dogs, beef quesadillas, bacon wraps, chicken nuggets, etc. Each of these would be considered a main dish elsewhere. As new as it is, it's really busy right now. But they're doing an excellent job of getting large crowds thru, both for inside seating and for the drive-thru. And the food came out very quickly. The food is really good - tasty, and well-portioned. And the prices can't be beat! We had 2 of the "tray" meals, and the burgers were almost as good as my own homemade ones. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich, and reports that it was good, too. The only slighty downside of the meal was that my fries didn't stay hot and fresh very long - I suspect that they might've been in the warming tray, despite the quick turnover of customers. First visit I tried the Tray Meal. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with hush puppies and corn dog. I was surprised it was a full sized corn dog. Hush puppies were delicious. Burger was under seasoned but the bacon had a good flavor along with the sour pickles! I love sour pickles on a good hamburger. That really made my day. Not sure about the flavor of the corn dog. The burgers do really taste like they came right from a backyard cookout. I had a Tray Meal with a cheddar style burger, fries and hush puppies with a shake. Everything was excellent! I think it only cost about $7, too. I figured it had to be good since the drive thru line wrapped around the building and I wasn't disappointed. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly.
