Just paid $6 for fries and the guy didn't even fill the cup and gave no extras. Very disappointing.

The worst consistently for take out. Barely any food , why give the option when ordering online for extra toppings if you are going to ignore it and give less than you would on a normal order. Every other Five Guys location in the area puts Westford to shame . read more

The food is very greasy, typical American burger place that's no much better than McDonalds. The price is expensive for fast food place, a tiny little burger cost $8.50 with little extra bacon. Staffs are working like robots, you can tell they don't like their job. The atmosphere for the store is weird, combination with white and red chairs. The floor was dirty last time i was there and you can see tons of flour bags pile in the dining area, why can't they just leave them in the kitchen. I would rather go to McDonalds or applebees, since the portion are much bigger, although they are all considered frozen burger meat. read more

Ordered for delivery and they delivered the wrong food. Charged $9 for delivery and gave a $10 tip. Was told both would be refunded but we needed to pick up correct food. They said they would it would be ready in 10 minutes and to call when outside. Arrived in 10 minutes called number and nothing for 15 minutes. Called again and told nobody forwarded the message and food was not started yet. Waited for food and one burger still wrong. Did not eat for 90 minutes from initial order. To make matters worse they never refunded any money. I can understand wrong order and attempt to fix but four major problems far too many. I will never go to Five Guys again. read more

McDonald's has nothing on 5 Guys. Really, the star of the show here is not the burger, which is really good, but rather those french fries. With every size order, you get a heap larger than the cup used to contain them. I only wish they would do the burgers on heat/timings less than well-done, but with the quality of the ingredients involved, this really isn't too big of a deal. You can choose as many or few toppings as you wish and the price remains the same for the burger. There is an excellent selection of sodas you can choose from at the machine as well. It's also nice to be able to grab free peanuts while waiting for your order. The sacks of potatoes stacked up near the door is a nice aesthetic touch as well as being functional. read more

I just had the worst experience getting takeout there. #1- Under staffed. #2- The employees were cross contaminating the food by not changing their gloves in between cooking and delivering the food "curbside". When I pointed this out, I was asked if I wanted a new order made. I waited an additional 15 minutes outside. My new "fresh" order was handed to me. (Pre-paid, BTW), luke warm, and minus the large fry. And now I'm stressed about possible. Never again. read more

Can't get enough! I don't care if they're a chain - they are the BEST. I cannot get enough of 5 Guys burgers and fries. Pure, unadulterated quality and flavor the way burgers and fries ought to be. I come here often - with friends and even (cough) alone for the guilty pleasure. read more

I came here after a medical seminar tired and in a generally low mood. The staff here are chirpy and full of smiles ! You can't help but be infected by their exciting demeanor and welcome to the family attitude! First time ever at a Five Guys. Big let down. Usually fill our local burger cravings at Chilis / Applebees, and feed our family of four and 20% tip for less than what we paid tonight ($43). I could notice the quality of the meat and it was a great burger but that was overshadowed by the rookie staff service that gave our order to another person and had to wait almost 20min for our meal watching everyone who ordered after us get theirs. They also got my wife's order wrong on the 2nd try. Aside the service SNAFU, the value proposition doesn't make sense for us to return. read more

He was making these dumb jokes and pretended to not give me my receipt at the end of the order - when I tried to take the receipt, he pulled it away a couple of times. postive: love the burgers, milk shakes, and fries! negative‍: there's always the same man at the register, who is friendly, but every time someone orders something he says "no". For example, customer: can i please have a hamburger and- worker: -no you can't. customer: *awkwardly laughs* and an order of fries. worker: no. and then this repeats throughout everyone ordering. also, to finish it off, when he hands you the receipt, he doesn't really hand it to you. he moves it side to side making it difficult to get. I was there several times before, and I really liked it. I went there today with two kids for a quick lunch, and we had absolutely different experience. Huge disappointment. I ordered 3 little burgers and 3 drinks. The girl who took my order did not ask about any fillings, and I was too distracted to make sure that we are getting our hamburgers with "all". I tried my first Five Guys burger at this location the other day and I was overly pleased with the product. The fries were fresh, hot and salty. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was delicious! The burger was fresh, juicy, and had two slices of fresh cheese, along with some other condiments I had asked for. They offer grilled onions and mushrooms at no extra cost, which is great. I am actually kind of glad I don't live in the area because I would visit here regularly if I did! read more

I am not a "burger" person but since my husband is I started ordering from five guys using the app. Their burgers quickly grew on me and we go about once a month. Using the app is usually a fail-proof way of ordering however on the last order they messed up on both burgers. Now I will have to open the burgers at the restaurant before leaving since my husbands burger was inedible to him since he hates bbq sauce. I had to give him mine. There was no one in line before me, yet it took ten minutes to get my cheeseburger and fries. There were six people behind the counter doing relatively nothing, save for the line chef, who was squeezing the patties down, getting the juice out (fool!). Others were wandering around, putting lettuce on otherwise empty buns, and sprinkling salt on fries. I asked for a cheeseburger and didn't know it was going to be a double cheeseburger; too much food. The fries were excellent but the small serving was enough to choke a horse. There was no need to wait so long for such a simple order, however the food was good quality. Also, there are peanuts given out as free snacks. This means that the restaurant discriminates against people with peanut allergies. read more

I absolutely love the food. It tastes awesome and it comes in large portions, which I enjoy. I also enjoy the large amount of shake options you have to choose from. But the things I don't like about this FAST food restaurant is the wait. I mean it's not so long you want to leave before you even get your food, but for a fast food restaurant you expect to get your food in about a minute or so, not 10. Also, I don't know if the timing wasn't so great, but the place was not so clean, at all. There was napkins everywhere, crumbs all over tables, and condiments such as ketchup spilled on 1 or 2 tables. In the end you will probably see me there again, just for the food though. read more

Okay, so after much wait, a Five Guys finally opens up near enough to where I live for me to make the schlep, without it being an all day trip just to assuage my pressing curiosity. As a matter of fact it's right on the bus line. That's a plus. What's not? The burger itself. Mind you, the fries were actually fairly good, no threat/challenge to the best-of-the-best, but decent and beyond plentiful. Add to that, that I was offered free fries while I was waiting for my food, and it adds up to well.....a lot of food. The burger is not terrible or anything, (nor was it disturbingly reminiscent of a Wendy's burger like UBurger was) but, it is certainly overrated. The meat is just too soft, not firm/toothy like a high quality patty (like Dylan's in Andover, MA). The thinness of the patty doesn't help, because while I know that they-have-to-cook-it-well done, it ends up going beyond that, and also is breaking up while it's still on the grill, so you get......scraps. Not a whole unbroken patty. A toasted bun might have helped, too. For a chain, I'd recommend skipping this one, and hopping over to Fuddruckers. read more

I love five guys in general, but this one is particularly great. Stopped here while working in the area, greeted as soon as I walked in, and the tall blonde guy at the counter was very friendly and loud (in a good way). Great burger as usual, but the counter guy even came out to see if anyone seated needed anything (condiments, drink refills, etc), which is unheard of in anything closely considered fast-food. If I'm back in Westford, I'm coming back, and bringing friends. read more

My wife and I went to the Westford Five Guys tonight for a burger, and i have to say it did not live up to the hype that the signs hung so gloriously around the restaurant proclaim.The cheeseburger was okay, but "juicy?" Not even close. it was dry, and very well-done (if there is such a thing). I know they are required to cook them well-done to prevent food-borne illness, but we saw the cook smash the heck out of a burger cooking on the grill. Hey! the juices you just squished out of that beef patty keeps the meat moist! Don't go getting rid of it! it's hard to believe they tout "juicy burgers" when their practice is to make the burger just the opposite. Having your choice of toppings for no extra charge is a nice touch, though. But the quantity was stingy. As for the fries, they were also too well-done for my taste; most were very dark and crunchy, not what I'd call a tasty fry. What we both agreed upon was a winner? The ketchup. So sad. The service? That was good. The guy behind the counter was helpful. We probably won't be back. there are too many other places with better burgers (try Burton's Grill in the same plaza. It will definitely be more expensive, but the quality is far better). read more
